I really like this place. Everyone is super helpful, professional and kind. There’s never a really long wait and if you do have to wait, it’s very comfortable. I’ve been really happy with the products and the staff is knowledgeable.

They’re actually super helpful here if you have questions about strains or want recommendations. Gil was super nice and friendly. It’s very easy to get in and out here and I like that they have a public waiting area.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me make a selection that would best suit not just my condition, but my lifestyle. They explain the various ways of consumption and the pros and cons of each.

Best dispensary in Illinois in my opinion for many reasons. They have the most variety in products available than every dispensary in the state and one out of the two dispensary’s to showcase their products. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and understand what you are looking for. The herbal care center also has sales every weekend which personally pays off for me. Plus if you spend 140 dollars you get to spin a wheel which could possibly take money off your final amount. They also provide with a parking lot next to their building which is very convenient. All around the best place to go to.

The area is fine with me because I grew up on the Westside of Chicago. The staff our warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable.

I’ve been to a few different medical dispensaries at this point, and The Herbal Care Center is by far the best. Sure, it takes me 30 minutes to get there from my home, but it’s generally worth it. Previous experiences at other dispensaries close to me were lackluster. The first one had a super limited selection, limited product knowledge, and no deals ever. The second was very uninviting, expensive, and I got terrible suggestions. Which was partially due to being unable to see any product and partially limited knowledge - but cockiness - on their part. I have to say, The Herbal Care Center *use to be* none of these things. The employees were always on top of their game, very knowledgeable; not just in theory, but they had tried the products themselves. I don't know if it's new hires still learning, or having a larger team is bringing down quality, or what, but lately this has not as much been the case. There’s also much more information posted about, and the inside of dispensary itself is larger and inviting - space to walk around. In addition, many of the products are displayed. I used to think the deals & the specials were the best part about coming here. Although I still mostly agree with this statement... after several months, and THE REMOVAL OF THE WHEEL, I realize, it's still expensive, and the deals usually aren't that great. ESPECIALLY WITHOUT THE WHEEL. BRING BACK THE WHEEL!!! Still recommend for sure if you're in the city.

I'd never been to a dispensary before, but after watching this place be transformed from a Firestone auto shop to what it is now, I was curious. THC is a beautiful place! Professionally staffed with helpful people. Excellent selection. Already planning my next visit!

The herbal care center has a super friendly environment from the front desk staff to the staff in the back. I’m a veteran and I get medical services from the Jesse Brown VA which is in walking distance from the herbal care center. The deals are amazing, the lobby is state of the art. The wait time is absolutely reasonable especially on the busy days like fridays. I’ve already recommended the herbal care center to a lot of my veteran buddies.

I had never been to a dispensary before. The lobby is clean and offers refreshments. The check-in is easy and the people in the showroom are very helpful.

I have went to this dispensary for over a year now and plan on continuing using this location as long as I am living in Chicago. They have great deals and friendly staff.

The med sign up process was a breeze, front desk person was very nice. one of the managers had to help me with my selection and he was not wrong at all. will visit again, only problem I had is that my first tender did not have much knowledge about terpenes or profiles. Manager did know and gave me a good recommendation on katsu bubba. I would go on a non rec day if there is any, probably less hectic for the staff to be able to talk to you or to see a strain consultant. will be back

The wellness advisor we had was so nice and very thoughtful. I kinda knew what I wanted going on but my husband didn’t he told him and he gave us his opinion and it was a good one!

The staff are really nice and patient. They’re knowledgeable which is helpful for people new to Mary Jane.
