WOW! That is the only word I can think of. Forgive me if this is too wordy, but the dirt is in the details. New to this medicine. Been to five other dispensaries. Could not say a negative syllable against any of them. This is something altogether different!!! The MD (Mj Dr) was so incredibly knowledgeable! No shit! This dude has the details!

This was my first visit, and although I loved it so much I told them I'd never shop anywhere else, I have to admit I did shop elsewhere. BUT, nowhere is better than The Herbal Gardens. It is incredibly comforting to know how gung-ho they are about testing the meds and going for the absolute top-notch stuff. It may be a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. So in terms of the price, at the end of the day you're getting the strongest, purest stuff here. That is great peace of mind. On top of that the owner and everyone else are absolutely great at what they do. You can tell when someone has a passion for what they do and the owner is a passionate man. He clearly is genuine in his desire to help patients. They are patient, funny, engaging and helpful. You'll likely get a good discount if you do spend big as well, so if you're worried about the price of a few good O's here, DONT, it will floor you, the best stuff I have ever smoked. I'm sure I left something out, but this is a must visit, 10/10 , great job and props to THG.

Wow this place lives up to the hype and reputation. What an awesome selection, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, nice discounts(if they apply to you)and even the free joint was significant not like the free stuff that other places give out, awesome place! Definitely in my Top 3

Stopped by for the first time a few weeks ago and will definitely be making this a frequent stop. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful in finding the right product for me. Very nice selection and very knowledgable on all of them. The fact that everything is so well tested is a huge plus as we'll.

I love this place!!! Brenda is always very pleasant. Matt, Dean, and Lou have always been very patient and full of knowledge. I learn something new every time I go in. My favorite thing is they really know their product. When I have a specific need, they always point me in the right direction with their recommendations. They haven't failed me yet. I highly recommend going here, especially if you are new to medicating!!!

this place is amazing. the staff is awesome and very nice, you get a military discount they are very thorough on the strains they sell and the testing. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come out to herbal garden and get treated like the king and queen you are. thank you herbal garden for making my experience feel like I was family from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out.

This store has everything a first time visitor needs. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is top notch. I was educated on what would be the best product for my ailments. (They also cater to pets as well. ) It was a relief to be able to have my needs met in the most professional of way. I will definitely be back.

I got my license today and naturally THG was my first choice of places to visit. I came in only because their website said that they tested all of their products using mass spec, which is impressive and a unique thing to read. I had a great experience the moment I walked in the door, everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful. I was able to explain why I was given a license and several different products were suggested, from oils and lotions to edibles and flower. Louis and a few others (I'm sorry, I can't remember their names) spent the better part of 20 minutes answering my questions and I was even given a couple samples. I left happy with the things that I had chosen to try and I will definitely be back in the future.

Top notch product that is tested. In fact, the test aspect is what first motivated me to visit this dispensary. The test results help understand / predict a strain's effect. The herb is always fresh, nicely trimmed and presented. The staff is excellent. They are knowledgeable and it is obvious they care about their customers, two rare qualities that are seldom encountered these days. The pharmacy itself is clean and comfortable. We drive approximately 20 miles from dispensaries that are closer to home but it's well worth the drive for the quality and service.

An odd location, but once you've found it, it is not trouble to find again. This has become my go-to dispensary. The staff is top notch and I've never felt rushed. They've always taken the time to answer my questions have given me good advice concerning new strains. Excellent web site, menu updated often.

I've been all over the world, this place hands down blows all other places out of the water, You can't even go to Amsterdam and get the what they have right here in freaking Tacoma, WA They say they are the BEST kept secret in the North West and I promise (They Are!!!) The Director is a man with passion!!!

i loved this place. it was a little tucked away so i passed it but it was definitely worth turning around. the woman that greeted me when i walked in was very sweet and knowledgeable. she informed me that they were originally a medical despinsary but were now recreational and she took be to the back of the room where their collection was and it was very neat and organized. the young man behind the counter also knew his product very well. i told them what i like, which was indicas, and they showed me multiple pages that had the name and info on their flowers. i bought a gram of mothers dragon and blue sugar cookies for $14 and a 0.5 pre-roll of og kush for $9 and it was all totally worth it. I'd definitely recommend this place to a newbie or anyone that wants to try some grade A medical.

I will definitely always shop here. They are so welcoming and are very educated on their products. If you are new to the cannabis world or you are vet they have any and everything you need. I don't feel rushed or pressured to get anything I'm not interested in or I don't feel will work for me. The atmosphere is nice and casual also. I will also shop here☺
