I love this place!

As a newbie, I researched dispensaries in my area. The Herbal Garden was high on the recommendation list and, as I found out, for many good reasons. First, the environment there was gorgeous, earthy and relaxing. The professional, friendly staff took a great deal of time to educate me about medications and helped me get started with some suggestions. They even let me tour the facility to see how all medications are thoroughly tested for safety and true effective levels. The Herbal Gardens is definitely a dispensary I trust and look forward to visiting for my medical needs.

I always learn something when I come to your store and the service is top notch! Everyone is friendly and willing to answer questions anytime. I have been going to Herbal Gardens for nearly a year now and there are many things that keep bringing me back. A huge variety of strains to choose from including several top shelf options as well. The most welcoming and personable staff that I have come across in a business. Mostly though I can trust the information they give and the fact that they test onsite adds to their credibility as well. Love you guys because you have helped relieve my pain and increase the quality of my life. Thank you!

Beautiful shop. I loved the interior. It smelled nice! Both of the pre rolls were broken which is sad. I'll probably come back just to buy regular bud.

Just found my favorite dispensary! Very knowledgable and friendly staff who take their customers seriously, and spend plenty of time to explain the multitude of strains that are available. Tried the Lemon Haze and for a bottom shelf strain it was great! Will DEFINITLEY be here again, and I highly recommend this place if you're looking for fairly priced herb that is of high quality. All strains are tested and information is readily available on the strength of the THC and CBD content.

just hope for a functionalable online menu like most dispensaries have on LEAFLY.

I'm very impressed with how professional THG is. The staff are knowledgable and friendly, their products are tested to ensure patients receive top quality, and the atmosphere is beautiful, clean and very welcoming.

Old school medical feel. Prices are comparable to the mid-low tier averages, but better quality than most of cheaper stuff around.

Just wanted to say it was my husband and I first visit into the facility. We had such a great experience with the people we worked with and felt so comfortable we will be back again real soon. Thanks again you guys for making it such a great experience for us.

The Herbal Gardens visit was my first time there and I read all the wonderful reviews and I was impressed. I had such a great experience the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I was greeted with warm smiles and a nice welcome. A big thank you to the caring staff, Lou and Fred for going the extra mile to educate me on every question I had. THG,s professionalism and knowledge is the best I've encountered. I honestly felt they truly cared about my specific medical needs and they got me started off with great suggestions for me. I will be going back to The Herbal Gardens for all my medicinal care. Thanks guys for making my first visit awesome and spending your time helping me and with what works best for me.

Good quality cannabis that is in home tested. I've been to many places in tacoma, and this is by far the cleanest and nicest store.

first off the quality of their strands here compared to the other dispensaries ive been is outrageous.. everythings so great i couldnt reccomend just one strand you'd have to try them all.. but besides the great cannabis the customer service is great they help you find exactly what you need!

Always treated like a VIP

This was my first visit to any dispensary, but after doing a lot of looking and research, I'm super impressed with THG! I chose THG because they have many more high CBD strains than most dispensaries and they actually test the meds they're offering. I think both are important to any patient who's looking to treat their symptoms vs. get high. Anyway, the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and the customer service I received was top-notch. They went out of their way to help me get exactly what I needed, and they even made some special accommodations for me. I got the $199/oz special, which seems to be right in line with the requested donations other places. I also picked up some "ground nugs" for a great price so I can make some less potent coconut cannaoil without going broke. They even bagged up some edible samples for me to try when I got home. Maybe THG isn't the cheapest and doesn't give a bunch of freebies to new patients like some places, but if you're actually concerned about using high quality meds (or something more specialized, like higher CBD strains) for a fair donation, I'd strongly suggest choosing THG over dispensaries that don't test their stuff and/or cater to the more recreational user. I'll check out some other dispensaries as well, I'm sure, but I'll definitely be back to THG!

One of those places that scans your DL for whatever reason. One time I went they wanted my phone number. Give them a dummy number and you'll be fine. Their product and pricing are top-notch - easily the best weed in Tacoma.

I went back into the Herbal Gardens today and man it was great walked in took barley any time at all to get service, got everything I wanted this time and some bomb cookies. This guy plays some sick games looking forward to my next visit. Hope I continue burning this sweet gc. It was top notch.. Might be one of my most fav's and he had on stock.. Its highly rapped about strain and has some power for a brief time but a good one.. :) Thanks again THG

Outstanding pharmacy. Knowledgeable staff that will take the time to cater to your needs. Strains are individually tested on sight for purity and potency - perhaps the only pharmacy in the are to do so. I really recommend this place.

Easy to find location, attentive and friendly staff who know about their products, I loved the testing on all product and still only 10 /g. It was my first time but I would definitely come back I really like the beast mode og I got

One of the finest of Tacoma's MMJ shops, cheerfully hosted by it's King (and owner) Lou, that offers a generously wide selection of top selling, properly-cured strains, oils, topicals and edibles. Frequent specials and deals. A professional, upscale venue in a discreet, safe location. Excellent.

if you want quality, quantity, customer service, medication educated staff & great atmosphere this is the place to try!! once I found them, have not gone any where else. :-)
