Health for Life - Cave Creek

I have not been there in sometime, a year, it is worse now. Order online and I have to give my name, phone number, almost PII, just to get into a pre-ordered, on-line window. I brought this up to the guard and she was over whelmed, the "interesting gal" behind me giving me shit. Maybe it is too much to expect after all this time to find professionals in this industry instead of idiotic stoners. Never again, but now I need to find a new favorite and backup. The banks are not necessarily hesitant to do business with this industry because of the dope, it is the idiotic management who will not conduct their business as professionals. Stop hiring stoners, build secure web sites, prioritize on-line pre-oderers so they can get in and out. It is about a commercial transaction, nothing more, do not care to have a deep and meaningful relationship with my fellow "patients". Order, pay, pickup and leave. What is so hard to understand? Mature your business and help mature this idiotic industry.

Can you say pathetic, I would have to say that after today's experience I would not recommend shopping here. I placed my order at 9am and my order was confirmed. I've tried calling them since 9am to verify that they received my order, but haven't been able to get through to them. I also tried contacting them through the leafly app. At 1pm I finally got a message stating that my order had been cancelled. So glad I didn't waste my time going there for nothing! Just an extremely horrible, HORRIBLE experience!!!!! I will how ever like to say that Sol flower was awesome and came correct today, thank you for that. They even delivered all the way from Sun City, to the 51st Ave and Indian School Rd area. Y'all may want to try hiring Sol Flower up in the future, forget Health for Life until they can come correct and honor patients orders, and get themselves organized. I mean how hard is that, or even simpler how hard is it to answer your damn phone 😉

I’ve been coming here for three years or more. Today on “customer appreciation day” I didn’t bother going in. Why not? There was one rather long line (about 11am) & I asked where the medical line was & was told there was none. So I asked to speak with the supervisor & a lady appeared & proceeded to explain that the logistics with the sidewalk made it difficult to manage separate lines. Lame, very lame. Figure a way. It’s not rocket science. As I see it, H4L either chooses to support their medical patients or not. Ummm, nothing like biting the hand that fed you for, let’s see, how many years BEFORE AZ became recreational? Oh, 8 YEARS? It really pisses me off to have to stand in line with recreational customers. I’m physically not well, this is my medicine. This situation is not fun & this stuff isn’t for fun. Do you people really understand? PLEASE be kind to your medical patients.

This is my go to dispensary. Most of my MMJ $$$'s are spent here because of the staff and atmosphere.

This is my favorite spot RN, great weed better prices. I love this spot the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always say my name correctly and make me feel like family.

Happy to visit as a first time patient but the service made it a horrible experience. Taking my business elsewhere.

ftp,check in was easy,the lady behind the desk was very friendly.And so was my tender..razberry kush flower was very dry,,free 1/8 lemon kush also dry.free pre roll royal kush,have not used yet..flourish p.b. 100 mg cookie,was good..keef cola-blue dream,was also good,flourish 25mg cbd candy,have not used yet...all and all nice place,,flower could have been a little moister.all staff great job and very clean,safe. SUN CITY SINNER

The blue haze I got from here actually had mold on it. It was so scratchy and harsh on the throat and lungs I threw it out. A complete waste of money. All their flower is dry and harsh af, its mass produced unflushed garbage that is not even enjoyable at all. They get a lot of complaints and just shell out the same generic copy and pasted response of, "Thank you for the review! Please feel free to reach out to our management team directly if you feel you weren't pleased with the quality of flower you purchase" They also bribe their customers with gross pre rolls for 5 star reviews. Don't waste your time here... literally the worst dispensary out of the 30 in the state ive been to.

I loved THC hadn't been there for a while, the flower wasn't like it use to be. they had some flower I wanted to try so I did a leafy order. The handicap parking had no lights on at the end of the south side of the building and no Security guard out front. They had moved next door the front desk is now behind glass had to give my card plus my driver's license now I wasn't new customer have had my card for 3 years then she tells I have to fill out paperwork I said oh so I get the 1st time discount again she says no so I'm like then not doing the paperwork again. Nothing had changed. I had put my name and sign the paper. The waiting room has chairs that a larger person will not fit or high bar chairs again not for a handicap people. Gone is the comfort couches. The security guard was sitting in the last chair eating candy and talking with other customer. Finally got called back after waiting 3 people ahead of me. Really disappointed. I was told they had changed owners. Times change and at least flower was worth it.

I have been to many many collectives around the Phoenix area, THC ranks among the best. The Budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are very fair, the main reason THC is my first choice, is the way patients are treated, the staff, especially Jennifer, sarah, and the manager Omar always make me feel welcome and appreciated...if I could give a 6th star rating, I would because of those three in particular...great people, great flower

Do no go here. Min 30mjn wait every time to get some dry flower not worth your time.

Their covid paractices are great, But, I always do leafly and as many times as I’ve asked the tenders to place the concentrates flat upside right so that the sauce, batter, etc does not get all over. It’s EVERY TIME!!! Bought 4 sauce batters ($60/per) and the sauce was all over the lids. Not acceptable, plus no reward loyalty is BS. A preroll costs you maybe $3. There are too many other great places. We out - Heath for life!

Hate to beat a dead horse but Nick is not an informative bud tender. And yes, he does have a bit of an attitude. That's not what keeps me from coming back though. It's the lack of quality. I haven't been impressed with the quality on any of my visits. There are so many better options out there.

First time I came here they had me waiting outside while I watched others come and go but they gave a pre roll for inconvenience then I went there a third time for Oz sale ,bud tender shows me what’s available, I asked about a strain that she presented , she looks up strain and another bud tender came and got the last Oz of strain I was going to buy and then says oh sorry I have these now , why show me a product then let another come take it.. I just walked out , won’t be coming back here again. That was messed up .

Poor service. Very very inefficient. Lack of enthusiasm from staff. Under prepared for the rush. Been here multiple prior, but i will not be returning anytime soon.

Quality and service had been good, til lately. Ordered product online, received text saying it’s ready and to pick it up. Got there and they were out of half my order. Gave no apologies and no notice, drove 30 minutes to have them try to upsell to alternative product. Worse yet, in this covid era where we all have to wear masks, one of the girls in the pay area had her mask pulled to her neck the whole time, she went into a coughing and sneezing fit while I was there. Yes she’s behind plexiglass, but there are holes cut out of that plexiglass and other employees consistently in and out of that same 5x5 room. I spoke to a manager who said “they aren’t required to wear masks behind the plexiglass”. Seems odd when literally working right next to other people and speaking through a hole to another person standing 1 foot away. Anyway, disappointed in the service and lack of intelligent safe guarding.

This is the 2nd time I went to this dispensary with problems or out of stock products. I took them off my "follow" list. Not purchasing from here anymore - too much of an inconvenience.

Kinda upset with the staff for lying to me about the thc level on the grow sciences half I bought go to this location for flower I get grow sciences every time and he tells me it’s testing at 20 percent and I get home and it’s 16% I never buy anything under 19% I wouldn’t cared if it was an 1/8th but a half oz I spent 150 on smh 🤦🏻‍♂️ He is wrong for that foreal
