Excellent service. All workers demonstrate they want to be as helpful as possible. They take extra time to make sure you're comfortable with your product. They have great daily deals. It's a nice shop, very comfortable.

Hit or miss when I come here. But the security guard out front is very rude. I got to watch watch him and a front desk person point and laugh at me for whatever reason 👍🏻

What I think of this location, is that Cassie is a wonderful and well informed employee. I say wonderful, because she is, and she is carrying like a basketball which means she will most likely have a little girl, which is wonderful. I say well informed, because she reminded me about the special whereas i purchased a bag of Weedish Fish, and she reminded me in case I didn't know or in case I forgot to purchase a second edible or medibles which is the term you guys use, then I would have gotten a free medibles soda. So guess what I did? I forgot to buy one of those cinnamon taffy candies. I really like those candies too, but guess what? I still forgot to purchase the extra medibles for my free soda anyway. Isn't that funny? I didn't think so, because I missed out on the extra candy, and also a FREE soda!!!! How absent minded can you be, when you're reminded, and still forget!!!!! 🤑🙄🤔😡😤😨😰😱😭

horrible customer service, half of the time they never pick up the phone.
when you actually go in it's usually a long wait.
this place can't even oil the front door, it makes a horrible metal on metal scraping noise when anyone comes or goes.
I will never come again.
also if you check out the test results for the errl cup you'll notice there flower got tested with mold in it.
Advice don't do leafly pick up cause they will give you popcorn buds at full bud prices...not cool
Despite having pre-ordered, when I arrived and was told to enter the facility there were at least a half a dozen other customers within a relatively small space. I did not feel comfortable entering and therefore had to wait outside for approximately 10 minutes before it was my turn. This is not a good process during the coronavirus. You are not observing social distancing inside the dispensary.

I appreciate the dispensary service and I truly want to support all of our local dispensaries. However, this time, I felt I had to share my disappointing experience. I have visited this location several times. Sometimes, I have been very happy and other times somewhat disappointed. On this visit, the $10 grams I purchased "mothers helper" was not what is posted as the special on leafly (the reason I came in), but I tried it anyway. The medication has a decent effect, but the flowers are so dry, the 4g weighed well short of 4g when I got home, it didn't even weigh up to the amount I paid for! This is the first time I've ever been shorted in a dispensary, usually dispensary medication weighs over by a significant amount. Also, it was so dried out that it had a horrible, bitter taste. I also noticed that some of the grams (individual containers) were a horrible combination of scraggly buds and hardly a decent nugget to be found in each can. I know for a fact that I could've gone somewhere else and got a better deal, with better quality, and tax included in the list price, but unfortunately I decided to go to The Holistic Center. I have seen the manager comments on the other reviews, please, if there is some restitution to make this purchase better I'd be happy to return, otherwise I most likely will pass and go to one of your competitors, thank you.

I’ve been coming here for three years or more. Today on “customer appreciation day” I didn’t bother going in. Why not? There was one rather long line (about 11am) & I asked where the medical line was & was told there was none. So I asked to speak with the supervisor & a lady appeared & proceeded to explain that the logistics with the sidewalk made it difficult to manage separate lines. Lame, very lame. Figure a way. It’s not rocket science. As I see it, H4L either chooses to support their medical patients or not. Ummm, nothing like biting the hand that fed you for, let’s see, how many years BEFORE AZ became recreational? Oh, 8 YEARS? It really pisses me off to have to stand in line with recreational customers. I’m physically not well, this is my medicine. This situation is not fun & this stuff isn’t for fun. Do you people really understand? PLEASE be kind to your medical patients.

Hate to beat a dead horse but Nick is not an informative bud tender. And yes, he does have a bit of an attitude. That's not what keeps me from coming back though. It's the lack of quality. I haven't been impressed with the quality on any of my visits. There are so many better options out there.

Nice small location, but had a long wait to get through. The sales floor is small but clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Cassie, the supervisor, helped me and made great recommendations. Product variety is small in the dry herb, but large on edibles. Overall enjoyable experience and good product

Kinda upset with the staff for lying to me about the thc level on the grow sciences half I bought go to this location for flower I get grow sciences every time and he tells me it’s testing at 20 percent and I get home and it’s 16% I never buy anything under 19% I wouldn’t cared if it was an 1/8th but a half oz I spent 150 on smh 🤦🏻♂️ He is wrong for that foreal
I loved THC hadn't been there for a while, the flower wasn't like it use to be. they had some flower I wanted to try so I did a leafy order. The handicap parking had no lights on at the end of the south side of the building and no Security guard out front. They had moved next door the front desk is now behind glass had to give my card plus my driver's license now I wasn't new customer have had my card for 3 years then she tells I have to fill out paperwork I said oh so I get the 1st time discount again she says no so I'm like then not doing the paperwork again. Nothing had changed. I had put my name and sign the paper. The waiting room has chairs that a larger person will not fit or high bar chairs again not for a handicap people. Gone is the comfort couches. The security guard was sitting in the last chair eating candy and talking with other customer. Finally got called back after waiting 3 people ahead of me. Really disappointed. I was told they had changed owners. Times change and at least flower was worth it.

First time I came here they had me waiting outside while I watched others come and go but they gave a pre roll for inconvenience then I went there a third time for Oz sale ,bud tender shows me what’s available, I asked about a strain that she presented , she looks up strain and another bud tender came and got the last Oz of strain I was going to buy and then says oh sorry I have these now , why show me a product then let another come take it.. I just walked out , won’t be coming back here again. That was messed up .

Was bait and switched over the weekend on concentrates. Was sold a very light shatter, got home and it was super dark, almost black. Not only that but it was a CBD Shatter, which was not marked on the display, nor did the budtender inform me that it was a CBD Product. Flowers all void of smell. Left a similar review which they had removed. Way to go guys removing LEGIT BAD REVIEWS. Very disappointed on this visit.

best in town. first off, I was impressed when I first walked in. the staff was super friendly. best, most personal experience I've had at a dispensary. Cassie Brady was my bud tender and she was so knowledgeable. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

The quality of the meds is not any different than other dispensaries. They all carry the same strains. The prices are very high for me. Being a disabled vet on a monthly fixed income, I can only afford to come here when they run $10 g specials but that isn't very often. I did come in for my free birthday pre-roll. The gentleman who helped me led me to believe I could get any strain but that was not the case. I only had a choice of 3 strains. I picked the Cabbage Patch because he told me it is really good. After I told him that the pre-roll was all I wanted, he got very irritated and rude with me like I had just wasted his time. Don't know if I want to come back.
