The website says their new patient BOGO special is good for all mid tier 8ths, but when I went to pick up my order I was told that I couldn't use the BOGO deal for the "mid tier: redwood" 1/8th I had ordered. I tried to place a recreational order for pickup through leafly, but leafly is out of date and it wouldn't let me place the order without including a medical card #, so I put in all 0s for my medical card to get the order to go through. I was just trying to make things easier for everyone by ordering ahead! But when I arrived and asked to pick up my order, they acted like I was some scumbag trying to pull one over on them, somehow. Idk what they thought I was trying to do, recreational Marijuana sales are LEGAL! It's not like I thought that was going to pass as a real medical card lol. It's not my fault that leafly is stupid and it won't let me place an online recreational order without putting something in the field for a medical card#! Now I know that I can't do that and I have to walk in if I want to order from H4L, but they could've explained that in a less accusatory tone. I'll just go somewhere else that will let me order ahead instead, next time.

I went in today which was my second visit and took my sister. Katie helped us and it was such a great experience she answered all our questions and was so helped!. She made sure we were happy with our products. I definitely recommend her to anyone reading this! 🤗

Nice little joint, with a nicely wide selection of goods. I would hit it up more were it not for the somewhat early closing hours. As is, it's always a treat when I get to dip in, which usually makes for a BIG dip.

Recently placed a large online order. Not only did I order the wrong items and had to message Sam a couple times. I know it was a a pain but she was so nice! Health for life is so lucky to have Sam on their team! I would love to have 10 of her on my team! She’s the best!!! Thanks Sam!

I love this dispensary....but, Preroll: Orange Melon Smoothie (Hybrid) by Seven Leaf - Throw this mess in the garbage. Total waste of money. Couldn't even smoke it. Utterly disgusting. One puff, put it out & threw it (literally) to the side. Good thing it was only a pre-roll. OMG. I wish you could give it less than one star for the quality. Somebody should have said DON'T DO IT. This is the only time I have ever gotten anything like this from this dispensary. I still think the staff is great. Love talking to them. Great people. Try the pre-roll before you get that 8th.

I misssssssssssssss Rj. This place has really changed. Atleast he would tell me the deals and my points and he would do whatever in his power so I could leave happy. On top of that he would tell you if something is good or not. Now it’s a bunch of people working there who literally a year ago couldn’t even buy weed at this place. I mean if you don’t smoke weed atleast know the product or your wasting everyone’s time. If you hire someone with a fraction of a skill set as him I will come back. Thank you for providing me with meds the last 5 years until you hire better employees I’m not coming back. Who’s the manger in charge hiring these people it’s honestly laughable the service I recieve. I tip I spend money I’m nice what do I have to do to get good service. Honestly thank you.

It isn't just this location, it's all dispensaries in the valley. You have someone on staff that can help you pick out a good strain that works for you. Problem is, you'll have to pick another strain every time you come back. They NEVER have the same strain twice!! Seriously, WTF!?!?

ordered online with a link that said 10 off if you order with us first of all that coupon code would not work when used in check out online then I called ahead and asked if the first-time patient deal wood stack with the $10 off deal as well they said it did I said okay and I'm driving across the valley once I got there the price of the product that I had ordered online had changed and they weren't honoring stacked deal anymore as well as they said they couldn't apply the $10 off for ordering online I drove 25 miles for this not coming back

I haven't tasted this product yet, On this site the raspberry gummies are advertised as 500 THC and 500 CBD, when the bottle came in the door, according to the labelling on the bottle, it contains no CBD at all. What's with that?
