Mark the lead went above and beyond to help me out when I visited this location. He and the manager know what they did and I greatly appreciate it. Also to the woman in the waiting room I believe her name was Nicole (I super apologize if that's not your name but I remember you!) gave me a dollar because I was short and it absolutely made my day thanks again everyone for a great experience and Easter!
I love going here every time I go they look out for me treat me just like family when they forgot to give me my pre-roll for review I had did the girl at the front counter looked out for me really appreciate it
I consistently have to correct the budtenders ring up to include the daily specials I usually get buy one get one and then include a 40% off item constantly they're forgetting to go ahead and either include the best special for that day and charge me for one item full price or sometimes tell me I have more items than I actually do in the bag I have them count them and they don't add up.
