best dispensary hands down I almost went to saguaro dispensary and when I visited there it was horrible service I left due to the fact the lady budtender was unable to count money and didn't know anything about the strains and I left to come to The Holistic Center

The new ownership lowered the military discounts to veterans not good

Don't bother ordering online, they won't have what they say they have, or what you ordered. You'll go down there and have to take what they substitute with, shop and hope they have something you want, or leave without and go shop somewhere else online or in store. I won't be going here again. I already planned on along my medical card go once it's up at the end of the year. I'm growing and have grown tired of these Dispensaries doing everything half way. Very soon, I'll be very glad that I no longer need any of them. I ordered Indica and Sativa Tinctures from their Leafly Menu, and they didn't even have the Indica. A Joke.

This is my go to spot for top quality. For your new system....maybe have the queue available for waiting people to see where they are at. I thought the text message with the little link would show me the Q, but it just took me to the website for you're queuing service. Other than that I love this place. And I will continue to shop here. The staff is excellent and so is the quality of my medicine

Didn’t end up getting my “to go pickup” order because when I got to the location after being auto messaged that my pickup was ready I was informed there would be at least a 30-45 min wait just to pick up something they had made ready for me? That’s absurd.

This place is down the street from me and super convenient. Always get great service and answer all my questions. Sometimes the quality of the actual flower lacks but anytime I've mentioned it they're sure to make sure my next batch is perfect. Really appreciate their customer service here which always brings me back!

Bud tenders are great. Weed is good. The front desk receptionist was the most unpleasant person to talk to

horrible dispensary great products horrible customer service, I order 200$ with of meds to be delivered just like I do every week because I have a compromised immune system my order placed at 11:30am confirmed at 2:20 and said it was on the way 4 hours later still hasnt arrived nor any communication from dispo or superb. I called superb and got the owner he said he would personally teach out to the dispo and make sure they contact me well that didnt happen and I'm back at work tomorrow so thank you so very much for not taking care of your immune compromised patients!

something needs to change in reference to the new pick up guidelines, having people wait an hour and a half, is absolutely ridiculous, have more staff on hand or let people order the night before, open earlier.....the current system isnt working for all of your patients.

Extremely small space, you have to wait in line outside. There’s no separation of Med/Rec so medical patients have to wait in long lines. Don’t recommend for medical patients. Other dispensaries take special care to ensure medical patients receive quality service. Avoid.

Great dispensary , tried the caviar gold moonrocks but would rather have Dr Zodiaks any day . These were trash.

This place is awesome and I am not just talking about the atmosphere the customer service but the reefer is on point the flower is definitely not your typical dispensary carpet weed covered or just plated in fake frosted THC this is actually the real deal the nugs are usually nice and dense from your $25 eiths all the way to your full ounces of growth science from the real deal this is awesome product. I usually stick to the $35 eiths super good quality for your buck. They also have all kinds of concentrates and edibles you name it...

I didn’t get my battery for first time patient so I could not try my free cartridge but who cares Flower was meh , my bud tender was super cool.

I'm sorry, but my first visit will be my last. I visited them in the am on a short break from work. I felt a bit pressured to spend more money than I had for, then I got halfway back to work to find out I donated 30 more dollars than quoted！ I was in a hurry didn't notice, had to drive back and wait even more time(thought they would of had the correction handled in the ten minute journey back?) I'm done rambling. DonD

I love this dispensary! They always have great deals, a good selection, and they are always friendly. They have also gone above and beyond to implement new procedures to allow people with disabilities, like myself, to continue to have access to medicine during this pandemic. 🖤

I've been to this dispensary four times- once in April, twice in May and once in June. Each time I've received top-notch service, answers to all of my questions. I've had a couple visits where I've asked a LOT of questions and still, very polite and friendly interactions, with sincere efforts made to answer my questions. They do get busy and I have had to wait a couple times, but their waiting area is comfortable and the people up front are friendly as well, so there's nothing negative to report about that either. The meds are already pre-packaged by weight, and I tend to prefer watching them being weighed, so 1 star off for that. I have no doubt as to the accuracy of their weight, it's just my personal preference. They carry a nice selection of products here, and I WILL return to this location in the future.

Fortunately recreational marijuana will be legal for any asshole to purchase in the next few months because there was nothing medicinal about this place! Not only did they let unmasked Patron into the small Lobby but continue to give him service after he insulted and name called another customer in the lobby who was concerned over the fact he wasn't wearing a mask. This place is obviously in it for the money and has very little concern over the health and safety of the community!

Well if I have to be honest, the quarter of slurricane #4 I bought yesterday has no flavor, no smell, no effect. Basically I bought $40 worth dried broccoli. Don't think ill be stopping in again to buy flower, cartridges maybe, certainly not flower. I don't like to be told one thing and sold another. Your company pretty much lost a customer and I will tell others about the sub par value of your daily deals. Just because the quarters are on special doesn't mean the quality has to suck, such a shame.

My #1, go-to-dispensary in the entire state. Great vibes, great bud, and the people remember you by name and take an interest in getting your individual needs met. Its awesome here. My dad also recommended me to come here and its been my favorite since. Thank you THC :)
