I was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the staff. I was sold a product that was not what I was told it was.

I’m in love with this dispensary, however I do have to say I’m so incredibly disappointed with how they handled their reward point system. I had over 80$ in my rewards built over 3 years of purchases.. because of Covid 19 I didn’t go in for a few months only to come back to “sorry you’ve missed the window to claim your points” by some female sales associate who seemed to be not very sorry, more annoyed with me for bringing it up.

These people are absolutely wonderful. I purchased a battery over 2 years ago and it died. They jumped through so many hoops to help me it made my head swim. One of the employees even offered to give me HIS new battery. I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to work with them - I'll be going back for sure!

Favorite dispensary so far... The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are the fairest around, not to mention the specials they run from time to time. There is never a long wait, yet I never feel rushed or hurried. Lots of good informational materials available too. But none of this would matter if they didn't carry quality meds. Flowers, edibles, drinks, balms, candy and more. This place is great!

Out of the several other places I've been to these guys are by far the best! PRO's: -Large selection of top notch strains that are well lit case. - Very friendly/proffesional staff - Pre-rolls are 1.4 grams and they have blends of many top strains which I can't find any where else! - They have strains that are leaps and bounds better than the same strain at other places. These guys know what they are doing. MINOR CON's: - You will wait for at least a couple minutes before entering. They are slow but they are also new. - ALL grams are 20$ regardless of the strain. It makes it tough to try new strains when they are all so expensive. I wish they were priced according to quality like other dispensaries instead of one flat price. I find my self experimenting with new strains at other places even though these guys are by far the best. If they dropped the price of G's they would put the other guys out of biz! CHECK THEM OUT!

Best dispensary in North Phoenix/Scottsdale Area❕

I've been going to THC for over 18 months and have watched as the quality of product and service continues to dwindle. they have recruited from outside the industry and only hire retail employees now. I've had to break down an entire batch of prerolls after pulling dozens of stems. good for them on becoming the first AZ Weed Walmart. My advice is to find another dispensary that is properly motivated

Great location. Far for me to go but well worth it.

Been coming to this place for many years and was so disappointed this time. The service has dropped so much.i was the only one there, they never tell you about the deals. (Supposed to be spend $100 get a free cartridge) instead I spent $190 and had to pay for it. On top of that it's my birthday, asked about my free birthday preroll and was looked at like I was putting her out or something. I spend $150 - $200 a WEEK at this place. Or did. Do it's time I DID NOT tip my budtender. I will think twice about going back so bummed

I wanted to add something on to my order and the person helping me. Told me next time just to add it before I come in because now they have to start all over. Why does it matter when I decide to add it what if something else caught my eye and I liked it. Plus I’m making you more money and it’s not like you’re that busy at the moment anyway #notcomimgback
