I thought the text message with the little link would show me the Q, but it just took me to the website for you're queuing service. Other than that I love this place. And I will continue to shop here. The staff is excellent and so is the quality of my medicine

Dispensary agent gave me the wrong GS strain. By the time I discovered the error they were out of GS flower. Offered me a 20% discount the next time I shop there, but I will never return.

Over an hour wait. Team was nice but I got a gram of wax that hadn’t been stored correctly. They have no fridges it seems for solventless extracts. Also refuses to open up more than 3 registers, making it nearly impossible for “express” orders to be, well, express-esque.

Used leafly pick up for the 1st time and it was smooth fast and easy I was in-and-out in a couple minutes this place has some of the best flower

Great dispensary, lots of deals, bud tenders are very helpful about getting you whatever you need, all their recommendations are great too. Found a new go to spot, leafly pickup was very fast, when there's a line you can wait in your car and get a text when your spot is next. Very nice when its 110 out. Heard so many good things, thought people might be exaggerating, nope, if anything this dispensary is underrated

Way to expensive especially considering how many new places have opened up. There's no need to go here anymore till they lower their prices.

Don’t try to use your “stackable” 10% off discount that I’ve used multiple times before. My partner was in front of me, used his 10% off for the same item. Then my different budtender said I wasn’t able to use it. The used points for a free eighth, and was charged tax… it’s these little things that can really cause you to lose a patient. Each visit gets more and more difficult and inconsistent. Might be time to find another dispensary.

I have been to THC twice, I found they've got great flowers and edibles. But yesterday I got some headband butter that definitely could have been purged better.

I'm as new as new can be to medicinal marijuana, well any kind of marijuana. I have to wait to see what quality I get before I comment but I will just speak about my first trip here. I just got my card and was excited to help with sleep and anxiety. The lady who greeted me was super nice and made me feel right at home. They called my name and I went back to get what I needed. As I mentioned I'm new, never tried marijuana and I am under the age of 40. I read how knowledgable these bud tenders were and was hoping someone could lead me by the hand. The girl that helped me was very sweet and nice but I don't think I was the right customer for her. I was pretty confused and she did her best trying to help me but I honestly think I needed someone who is good at talking to a brand new user. I wanted to save some face and sound like I had some idea but I was lost. I won't judge this place on this experience and plan to go back I just have a lot to learn I guess but I don't feel I know any more than when I walked in.

I'm lucky enough to live just down the street from THC, so this was the first dispensary I'd gone to. Never looked back, why try the rest when you're already at the best. Can't say enough great things about these guys. The staff are professional, friendly and know their medicine. The make great suggestions and are always willing to offer advice. The meds are top notch and reasonably priced. Their daily specials are awesome. Geez if I could I'd work here! :)

First time visit. Cassia was very helpful and patient with my questions. Discussed the many varieties and options available to help my migraines. Great selection and variety, friendly staff, well organized and nice environment.

First visit to pickup a particular strain. Very experienced staff. Meds were at perfect moisture content. Very surprised for Arizona as I often find things on the dryer side of the cycle. Great experience nice atmosphere would visit again. :)

This place is horrible not only is there weed or/flower always dry turns to dust but then they can’t get their online orders done correctly they’ve got nobody taking online orders on a Saturday morning you got to go in only to have your online order canceled so now you got to stand in line only to see people that have made an online order after you get theirs your place your people are not nice they are rude and disrespectful you really need to get something together especially on a Saturday morning have somebody doing your pre-orders that come in online people don’t want to spend their Saturday in your establishmentFor longer than necessary
