This was my 1st time to this place. Was impressed with the staff, especially Nick. I got 2- 1/8's - GDP and CJ. The GDP weighed right on, but after weighing the CJ three times, was a bit disappointed that it did not weigh - was .3 short, (which isn't a lot, but would like to get what I pay for), plus it had a pretty good size stem to boot. I will be back though, since you are only a couple of miles from my house and overall was quite impressed with the center. Order #936

While I usually love the product and the people. I waited in the lobby for a online for 15 minutes and walk in people were waiting 90 minutes. You put on an amazing sale and didn't have enough staff to cover the demand. I hope you are better staffed next time.

Dispensary agent gave me the wrong GS strain. By the time I discovered the error they were out of GS flower. Offered me a 20% discount the next time I shop there, but I will never return.

Over an hour wait. Team was nice but I got a gram of wax that hadn’t been stored correctly. They have no fridges it seems for solventless extracts. Also refuses to open up more than 3 registers, making it nearly impossible for “express” orders to be, well, express-esque.

I've been going to THC since I got my card back in 2016. I hate to rate the quality as a 1* but this is a 1* rating. Everything is a mass produced corporate product now so "quality" is a moot point as it relates directly to dispensaries. This is the second time I've made a Leafly pre-order, received the text that it was ready (not the first one where they say they're making it) and when I arrived at the dispensary I was told that my order was not ready. I get it, you're busy. Don't check my order off as ready if my order is not ready. It's that simple.
