Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to fully rate this location since they denied my first time patien purchase, even though it clearly says buy ANY MPX product get ANY MPX product. I was told batter buckets are not included. Might want to change the fine print in your leafly description for new patients.

I love this dispensary! They always have great deals, a good selection, and they are always friendly. They have also gone above and beyond to implement new procedures to allow people with disabilities, like myself, to continue to have access to medicine during this pandemic. 🖤

This store is quickly turning into a terrible business. They have completely changed the check-in process, making the wait prohibitively long while standing outside. Prices have been increasing, which is strange coming from Colorado where prices have dipped considerably considering how prevalent dispensaries are. Seems like greed could be playing a part in that. And items on leafy are not labeled properly. I selected 1 oz of Runts for $150. My receipt from the store says 1 oz @ $150. But then you find out it’s really only 1/2 oz @ $150. Completely unethical to sell something at an advertised price just to find out it’s wrong at the last moment, causing the customer to pay double what they intended. I have frequented this store since I first moved to AZ and got my medical card. I love this place and would like to continue coming, but I’m currently debating a different dispensary. The changes and lack of care are making this an undesirable company.

The place was quiet and small very attentive staff, I was helped out by Mikayla G. She was friendly and fast my favorite combo! The product was top of the line will go back.

I was helped by Mckenzie Beck my first time here and she did an excellent job at showing me how everything works and was very professional and educated. Overall great experience and such a nice clean modern environment.

Good quality flower. Pure concentrates are yum. House "shatter" is really sugar-waxy. You can't agitate the batch people!! Then it disappears?? They need a house concentrate that is what is advertised, or at least a more competitively priced one. Excellent customer service. I was really impressed they had the newport I was looking for. Grabbed the torch, a mixed batch of grams to try their flower, and an eighth of the house faux-shatter. The sugar wax posing as shatter tasted great. Had to be sitting under 60 percent tho... no real head bang with a fat ass high temp dab session. Flower samples were great. The 98 bubba, always a favorite. Their purp was dense and aromatic. Really nice. I will be back, but only for specials or a specific strain. Nothing here to keep this "dab-head" a regular.

I was in a hurry so I placed a Leafly Pickup order. Got there 10 mins later. Stood what ultimately ended up being in line for another 10 mins. Asked if they still did normal express pickups and was told "It depends." Asked about the free battery that was owed from a promotion in Dec. Was told they aren't getting them so neither am I. So basically your experience with them will vary greatly so expect that. I placed express orders and they were pretty quick. But if you hit them on a bad day, you are just going to have to deal with "Express" orders that take 20 mins and "Promotions" to not be fulfilled after two months of lying. I, for one, will be taking by business somewhere where the service is less dependent on the whims of the workers.

The girl at the front desk is super rude and made me wait a lot longer than I needed to by not listening to me telling her I had an express order. She then tried to argue with me about if I had told her i had an express order or not. I used to love this place but that feeling is fading fast

Bud tenders are great. Weed is good. The front desk receptionist was the most unpleasant person to talk to

The delivery driver is on point and I didn’t tip him . I appreciate your customer service . Next time I owe 2x .

Extremely small space, you have to wait in line outside. There’s no separation of Med/Rec so medical patients have to wait in long lines. Don’t recommend for medical patients. Other dispensaries take special care to ensure medical patients receive quality service. Avoid.

I've been coming here for a year the atmosphere used to be really professional and they used to treat you like a patient I came in with my husband And man named Trayvin helped me he just made me feel so uncomfortable I am a cancer patient and I'm here to pick up my medication not to be hounded on especially when my husband is in the lobby. The medication is always on point thank you for always having the top quality in town.

I’ve been doing superb delivery for some time now and I have to say I’ve been through a lot of different dispensaries that deliver and walkins out of any dispensary this one and all there staff members are truly excellent caring efficient just truly bad ass and they always have the Best deals compared to other dispensaries But I always recommend you to several of my friends Thanks again

Used leafly pick up for the 1st time and it was smooth fast and easy I was in-and-out in a couple minutes this place has some of the best flower

The Holistic Center is awful! First of all the person answering the phone is extremely rude! This is not the first time I have experienced rude employees when calling THC. The xpress order is NEVER EXPRESS! I was told today that my order would be ready in 45 minutes!?! 45 Minutes to put an 8th in a bag? Give me a break. The prices are NOT the best prices you can find, there are other LEGAL dispensaries that are way cheaper. I use to be a weekly customer of THC and was willing to overpay because of how close I live to them however they continue to disappoint me and will not be receiving my business or my recommendations. I would rather drive 25 minutes to a dispensary that has KIND, helpful employees with cheaper, better quality medicine. THC is going downhill fast and there medicine is average. Poor selection, poor prices and EXTREMELY POOR customer service.

Ordered a pickup order, got to store and they told me my order was “sold out” so I ended up paying $25 more for a strain I didn’t want. If you have pickup orders, put them aside for the person picking it up. You don’t sell it and make me pay more. WTF?

Trash place , horrible overpriced flower , have online orders cancelled all the time. Stay away.
