I didn't care for the waiting room. Got there and have the option to order from my phone. That was a cool feature although this cannabis is not worth 18 a gram. Maybe 15. Definitely glad I don't live next to this and it was just on a way home from a trip up north.

Ordered online thru Leafly drove all the way over there took another 10mins to even be called, once I was called I was told I'd have to fill out paperwork and show ID again and was treated as a 1st time patient due to a 'system" change but was told I wasn't entitled to any deals for 1st time patients (which is BS) thn why even make me refill out paperwork

what a joke! I went there as a first-time patient, and twice corrected the bud tender on the kind of flower I was asking for....mind you I'm spending money and having to tell the person twice which weed I wanted, and I still got the wrong kind. when I called to ask about it I got no answer and the voicemail is full. when I emailed them nobody replied back to me. gonna leave a review on Yelp and contacting the better business bureau cause this how you want to treat a first time patient I might as well go to a shittier dispensary and actually get the weed I asked for.

Ive been hearing a mix of good and bad reviews from some of my friends regarding THC and the level of quality and service but, since it's so close to my house I thought I'd try it myself and take advantage of the $25 8th's. I was kinda off put as a first impression.. especially when I noticed that the same strains being offered at $25 an 8th are still being advertised at $18 a gram. But, I decided to try them out anyway cause you can't judge a book by its cover.. boy was I wrong. Upon going back to purchase my meds I was met with fairly low grade bud that had almost no terpene profile. I realize the samples are handled all day everyday so again I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I finally just got home and smoked what I purchased and unfortunately I am not pleased. Ive got a jar of half cured ineffective bud. Not impressed guys.

This use to be my absolute favorite dispensary in the valley. I don’t know what happened in the course of a lil over a year but it’s not good. And what’s up with this new manager. That dudes wack. I feel like he lies out of his teeth so that he can get you to move on. And lastly never forget its patients over profits.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Bad quality, horrible customer service, I have been a MMJ user for several years and have never had a worse experience that I have had with this store and their sales people and manger.

I could put up with dry $50 8ths, but with the price increase to $65, I will not be back. There are higher quality strains that are cheaper elsewhere.

I have been going here for over 6 years and service has never been any worse the meds and prices what available has only gone down.I spend 200$ a week and only go to holistic no other dispensary.I’m pretty pissed about my service with blonde with tattoos on her face she made me so mad I don’t think I’ll be back she was just short with every question and didn’t treat me like a customer I don’t know if she was under influence or having a bad day but that’s not How You Treat Customers.almost 15k a year just at holistic

I waited an hour just to have someone who checked in after me, go before me and when I FINALLY go back there, sold out of what I was going to buy. They didn’t try to work with me or do anything. The girl shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. I’m really happy that everyone likes to turn the music up loud and have lots of fun at work but maybe keep better track of your inventory so that your patients WHO HAS ALREADY BEEN TO A DIFFERENT DISPENSARY don’t have to wait just to be told that they can’t be helped. I don’t plan on coming back.

I have had a weird roller coaster ride at this place. I had a few bad experience last year so I stopped shopping here. This year I heard they hired friendly employees so I decided to see it for myself. I went in to check out smoking alternatives and the two ladies helping me were great. I picked up a bottle of tincture to try out. When I got home and finally opened it I realized that the bottle had only a few drops of tincture . now I didn't realize it was empty because for a tiny bottle it carries some weight and the dark color of the bottle did not show that the inside was empty. So I called and left a message and some lady named Joy called me and left a message to call her back and she'll take care of me. I called back immediately and was told Joy is gone for the day and the lady answering the phone said she don't know how to help me. I called the next day and then was told again Joy was not there. Then a Candace called me back telling me the same exact thing that the Manager is in a meeting. Well long story short I lost $35 and some change only to learn that my first intuition about this place was correct. Yes the employees are friendly but its probably because they are using the tincture sitting on the shelves. Learned a valuable lesson to drive to downtown to get my medicine. The management is probably still in a meeting. Way to go The holistic center

Super disappointed because they carry cultivars I love. Grow Sciences being one of them. I got product that ended up being old, brown, turns to dust type flower. That I couldn’t even smoke. This is for medical patients only mind you. This place took awhile for rec. Honestly the only reason I’d ever go back is if they have a Grow Sciences drop. Because it sells out in a day. Any flower at this place is probably kept very poorly. If I could give the quality no stars I would. Waste of my time, money, and the reason I use medical cannabis as a patient wasn’t helped. Never will go again. Probably why they are taking forever to get rec going because they can’t store that much volume safely to keep all the product to regulation. Again. Never will go there again.

the new check in method is pointless for express. makes you wait in line with everyone so what's the point of express order? why do I order ahead and be made to stand in line for 20 mins cause the 6 people in front of me plus the 5 in the lobby are walks in? so I have to wait when I order ahead. still no managers care.

I don't understand how this place still exists. Lines are short because prices are way to high for the same strains every other place is selling. Customer service sucks! Nothing but rushed every time and I'm a disabled veteran with problems standing. Please close your doors or change big time, until then I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I agree with everyone doggin the place. Loved the samplers and the $10/g specials. Always walked out with other products because I saved $ on flowers, but now I can only get a $55+ eighth with tax which is brutal. Looks like just another group of money mongers running the joint. Too bad cuz it's a nice atmosphere and pretty good staff. There are so many options for the same meds, don't pay max price from THC.

Rude employees whoever that dude was working Saturday is no good whatever his name was Travis or whatever doesn’t know how to speak to people with respect and needs a reality check lucky I didn’t react how I wanted to after spending $800 in the past 2 weeks I will never ever return to this dispensary ever again glad I cashed out my credits there learn to hire people who want to be there and people who are more educated with the inventory and what’s going on

About to dump my medical card like the dispensaries dumped us medical patients. Growing my own, baking my own and buying off the black market. Congrats you played yourself. The medical program is non existent now. Spending $60 instead of saving $60. This is why I voted against rec.

This is my second and last time I’ve been here. I haven’t been a patient at this dispensary since roughly 2016 and today I went in because I was in the area. I called ahead and asked for Strawberry Tahoe and she said “let me check if I have it” then came back on the phone and said she had it. So I went in. I was told they couldn’t find my profile and made me fill new paperwork out, rudely. I asked if I get the new patient special since it had been so long and they had no information and she again, rudely told me no. Then I go back finally to get my order and I was told they actually don’t have the strain I went there for even though I was already told yes. The Woman at the front desk also made a comment to my bud tender how agitated I already was, instead of just apologizing to me. It was a terrible experience and definitely won’t be going back. As someone who’s been a DA for a few years I can say this isn’t proper patient care. ✌🏼 also, my flower was EXTREMELY dry, it became dust.

FIRST time shopper and it was HORRIBLE. I drove a long way because I made a special order of a specific strain. I got there and they CHANGED MY ORDER WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. Just tried to slip in popcorn stuff that tastes like dirt. and I'm not being bitter just honest. then after spending over 200 bucks and buying over an oz. still don't qualify for the first time deal wowzers.
