FIRST time shopper and it was HORRIBLE. I drove a long way because I made a special order of a specific strain. I got there and they CHANGED MY ORDER WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. Just tried to slip in popcorn stuff that tastes like dirt. and I'm not being bitter just honest. then after spending over 200 bucks and buying over an oz. still don't qualify for the first time deal wowzers. LAME

I love this place I spent somewhere in the range of 6 to 10thousand dollars here between may of 2017 and January 2018, love how small and friendly it is. Decided to try to go in for meds today 4/15/2018 and redeem my invitation for my free gift:( very disappointed there was a line of people in lawn chairs going around the building just to go inside :( ten mins after they opened :( I get it people like the place but I want my meds and can’t be standing in some Disneyland style line, just a suggestion but maybe have two types of stations like loyal customers and other. that way the people who actually help support the business can get there’s too and not have to wait with the people who are only there for the special one time 🤔 won’t denounce y’all yet but definitely put a hair in my behind

When I was first received everything seemed professional and comfortable once I got in the back the staff members that attended to me was very cold very an unattentive and had a dilligaf attitude, meds are pre-packaged and we're very dry probably will not go back...

I liked this place only problem I have with this place is I found a couple seeds and a huge stem that took most of the weight which didn't make me the happiest

I use to come here ALL the time. They were my #1 and I did not mind making the longer drive. But then they increased pricing so much that its not affordable. When there are just as good and better dispensaries in the area, I can't justify the drive and price to this one. It honestly saddened me when they did this and the quality was no better but I had developed a relationship with staff and enjoyed being a member here. I would say, you need to be competitive. I get much better quality from The Greenhouse and White Mountain for much less and now they get my $$$ weekly. Better to lower cost and make more than raise and make less. I felt it should a lack of care to the patients that had been so loyal. I don't even see good specials come out of here for a very long time. I keep checking, hoping they get in line with the others.

So expensive. You have got to get competitive. Your Firebrand shatter is 5-15 more a gram then anywhere else. Your flowers are good but not worth the price. How about helping patient's instead of taking all there money for BS upcharge.

I get home after spending 70$ on two of there top shelf flower eights, different strains to mention and unfortunately discover that it was soooooooo dried out that it litterly exploded into POWDER!!! when I tried packing it to smoke. both of them. complete waste of money. never will I go there again. I'd of gotten a better high just smoking the actual Bill's I gave em for this super bunk weed. did me filthy at this H4L

Unfortunately I have to say DONT spend your money here!!! I purchased a firebrand cartridge but for some reason it didn’t have the plastic wrapping on it it always does, needless to say the cartridge was half full... totally unbelievable smh

The reviews saying this is the best dispensary in AZ are out of their damn mind, I have been here countless times and the only flower I consider top shelf is their $60 or $65 an eighth buds, which are hit and miss as well. There's flower twice as good for way cheaper if you're willing to look for it and drive. Overpriced is an understatement, decent dispensary if you're rolling in cash. This review is coming from an experienced smoker and someone who's seen the majority of az dispensaries. If there was a dispensary closer to me I would never step foot in here. Shop here if you're rich and then you can maybe get one or two buds that are good

First time visit and extremely disappointed. The waiting room area is not large enough for the amount of patients waiting. This was my first visit and I stood crammed in the corner for over half an hour until my name was called. The budtender I had helping me was not knowledgeable and extremely unhelpful. The selection is minimal almost everything I was looking for from strains, edibles, and concentrates were not in stock or they did not carry them. I left feeling like they didn't really care about their patients or their needs. There are several dispensaries in valley that are above and beyond better with customer service, patient care, and medicinal selection. I really hope this location improves. Also sad to see when I checked my receipt that they didn't give me my first time patient discount nor do they take debit cards. So I enjoyed my $2 ATM service fee on top of my small purchase without my discount. What a disappointment.

I fell victim once again to their $100 oz special This time I called before I left to make sure the special was still availabe and it was. I arrived 20 minutes later and it was of course not avvailable anymore. They had only been open for a little over an hour This has happened to me three times now from this dispensary.....

Been here a bunch of times but I’m done for a while. The flower I get always ends up being old and dry. They have decent deals from time to time if keep you an eye out, like i normally but the deals on shatter(mids). Nothing high grade just something that does the job for less however, that’s a bust now too. The last time I purchased I went during the 420 party dealio. I bought the 7g deal they had and now that I’m down to my last couple of packs, I gotta say not good. Pretty terrible actually. None of the grams looked like what I was shown in the case and I don’t mean just the color. The shatter is old. Very old. It’s so old it’s gone from shatter to actual dust. It’s nearly impossible to get on the nail and doesn’t burn right. BUT worst of all, I have to smoke way more than I normally do just to get any sorta outcome. They’re open later and fairly close to me which is a plus but there are 3-4 other places near by that have better product. Far as service goes, its in the middle. I personally have never had a rude bud-tender but I have had unknowledgeable ones and a lair or two.

completely horrible I went in there for the first time Patient "deal" it say that you get a bogo on Mpx well, that's a lie because I was going to buy an 8th of wax (which is 3.5 grams ) and the bud tender says I can't do a bogo with that , I'm like that's fine I'll do a gram , still No , ok well do I get my DA discount, again No , so what the Hell is the point of giving my DA information, better yet wtf is up with the MPX deal , pretty shady they only wanting to dictate what you buy for your deal. NEVER EVER RETURNING TO THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. and definitely letting everyone know.

Put an online in at 9:00am; they confirmed online; went to pick up order and they didn't have my order complete. Why confirm the order if you are just going to sell to someone else? Very disappointed

Sad that you guys today started to raise prices up on grow science flower when the company said it hasn’t raised anything...Price gouging at its finest !!!!

This place is ok. But It’s ran like a mill. The front desk people are not friendly. The first time patient special is good. Unfortunately the Strain I got gives me headaches. They have a small cartridge selection.
