I didn’t get my battery for first time patient so I could not try my free cartridge but who cares Flower was meh , my bud tender was super cool.

So today was my first visit since the dispensary has changed from Holistic Center and I was asked for my ID and also I'm just wondering why if you needed my ID why do I not get a first-time special if I've never been to the new brand dispensary

Half of the Full Spectrum Cartridges for $30, are not the Grow science Collab ones. The Purple Triangle being one of them. Very disappointing seeing that I spent $96 for 3 of them Friday and it's Saturday and I have one and a half left. The size of the MPX Live Resin cartridges are not consistent. One will be not bad in size and the next one will be horrible. I don't believe that lame story how the reason for that is some of them have had more oil soaked up in the wick so they look smaller than others. Bull-##&@. Overall good taste but just are not worth the price unless you don't mind going thru a cartridge a day.

I traveled all the way from Glendale to try this dispensary and they messed my order and gave the wrong item and my my wait was hot in the waiting room

The biggest bait & switch act I’ve ever experienced. How can you offer specials that either you conveniently ran out of or the price is higher when I go to cash out. WTF......I don’t think I will recommending this store to anyone. Never had a good experience

Usually I love this place. I always get the ten grams of shatter for normally $125 or so, but this time it was about $150 which I was totally fine with paying for the product I love. I asked for 5 grams of Sweet Black Angel and 5 grams of AMS. Then without my knowledge the bud tender gave me 5 Sour Banana Sherbert and 5 of the AMS and let me walk out of the store not knowing I had the wrong strains in my bag. Of course I got home and opened up the bag and saw this, figured everything would probably get taken care of the following day by the wonderful people over at The Holistic Center. Called them up this morning and they told me once you leave with the bag that's it. I should have been shown what was going into the bag if this is how your policy is. I have spent well over a thousand dollars here and I'm just very disappointed with how this played out. Especially because of the fact I work at a smoke shop and have sent many people here and I don't want this happening to them too.

SO besides being over priced, I ordered on line Sunday and received a text to pick it up but they closed early but continued to take orders. When I arrived they were closed. When I called today the young girl really seemed bothered that I was wasting her time on the phone with my small problem. Was not offered anything for my troubles and my purchase did not qualify for the Monday "deal", turns out my strain was not part of that deal either. So I will take my money elsewhere where the staff is trained in customer service.

Big girl working 9/24 330 pm at reception was absolutely rude and ignorant when asked why people were getting called back out of order. I’m med, with an online, no reason the person behind me in line should go back before me. Get better, while you do so I’ll be getting my product elsewhere. Experience starts with customer service and y’all failed that part so nothing else matters.

Great location and flower selection. Will be back soon for sure. I do wish the prices were a bit lower, but Sooo glad they accept credit cards. Great staff also. Thanks so much guys. See you soon.

Overpriced for subpar meds. This was my second time just to make sure things had not changed from a few months a go. Same story. Overpriced, some flower may look and smell good, but you will be disappointed when you get home because the flower is really weak. Tried several, all junk for that kind of money hahaha. I will never return

Love this place been goin since they opened, havent been going as much anymore though because the deals are super wack now, and since the change Ive only got a few eighths, definitely still guna keep coming just wanted to say you guys suck for the deal changes.

Staff is always knowledgable. Front desk always friendly. I'm huge on customer service and this place always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. Good meds and goods. Definitely recommend this place !

Out of the several other places I've been to these guys are by far the best! PRO's: -Large selection of top notch strains that are well lit case. - Very friendly/proffesional staff - Pre-rolls are 1.4 grams and they have blends of many top strains which I can't find any where else! - They have strains that are leaps and bounds better than the same strain at other places. These guys know what they are doing. MINOR CON's: - You will wait for at least a couple minutes before entering. They are slow but they are also new. - ALL grams are 20$ regardless of the strain. It makes it tough to try new strains when they are all so expensive. I wish they were priced according to quality like other dispensaries instead of one flat price. I find my self experimenting with new strains at other places even though these guys are by far the best. If they dropped the price of G's they would put the other guys out of biz! CHECK THEM OUT!
