Purchased a few 1/8s of Jack Herer which was excellent. I also picked up an ounce on sale, it was really bad. It was unsmokable. I brought it right back it looked so bad. I could not see it at purchase as during the Rona, with pickup, you cant inspect the product first. As another customer told me as I waited (these places could take your money and give you the finger, cant do a single thing about it). It was so bad the manager felt sorry for me and admitted "If any manager saw that ounce first we would never had sold it to you. So they compensated my ounce with a free quarter. I lost $90 or three quarters in the transaction. To this dispensaries credit they admitted I was ripped off and would have to go without medicine for some time unless I had more money to try and gamble again. I did not so I just have three weeks of vomiting and pain. The managers were sympathetic to what they did to me and what my future held due to their mistake but said its company policy to stick losses to the customer (although they put it more nicely). I mean really, you expect a dispensary to throw out weed with mildew on it when they can just sell it? They told me this place cares about customers so I should write "Jason" who cares and he will respond for sure and take care of this as they noted my account. I have emailed three times, no response. I would not come back here. They even told me that bad ounce that they admit was bad and should not be sold was their "top shelf".

I dont live on this side of town but I happened to be going to my dads and I saw the BOGO on Select and $65 half oz so I decided to take advantage. After doing the Leafly pick up and once I was home (on the west side), I realized they only gave me 1 Select CBD tincture not 2. I checked my online order and I had quantity 2 on there. But only got one. Not only that...there was a 20%off all CBD sale that day. Even if I had ordered 1 bottle why wouldnt I get the 20%off? Long story short I had to drive back the next day to get my 2nd bottle and I was a dissapointed there was no offer of free pre roll or anything for the trouble. Won't be going back here. Too many issues when I get Select products here. Wasn't the 1st time.

excellent product and selection but absolutely no social distancing or mask enforcement. Does this facility care about patient safety at all? Some MMJ patients have AIDS and other immunocompromised conditions. In the middle of a pandemic, the security officer is not wearing a mask, staff direct patients to stand very close together to make their transactions (even for online orders). And, you may end up waiting a long time, even for online orders, so be prepared. the staff seems exhausted so maybe it is a management issue. it's concerning to me as a patient and a consumer especially considering what i spend here. i hope this concern is received in good faith. thanks.

Well if I have to be honest, the quarter of slurricane #4 I bought yesterday has no flavor, no smell, no effect. Basically I bought $40 worth dried broccoli. Don't think ill be stopping in again to buy flower, cartridges maybe, certainly not flower. I don't like to be told one thing and sold another. Your company pretty much lost a customer and I will tell others about the sub par value of your daily deals. Just because the quarters are on special doesn't mean the quality has to suck, such a shame.

Went in for there 125$ get 5 1/8ths deal and all my eighths are popcorn and look nothing like what was presented, for that price I could go down the road and get a full oz of popcorn nugs if I wanted but no I want real buds and didn’t get them

This Location was my main despensery not really because of quality but because of location and convience with the express orders. The buds from a year ago to today are much different and much improved i will say!, i smoked some stuff in the past from here that wasn't done curing. The edibles are usually very stocked with a nice amount of choices, the prices could be better though. Holistic Center was on the right path when they introduced the live resin! but seems they have gotten off that track with the concentrates once again. All the concentrates are very low in THC and don't look/taste very pure for example: K.I.N.D extracts is like the Walmart of extraction companies, and PURE concentrates are so low in potency its better to just buy bud. some of the concentrates are sold in plastic containers to where you loose most the product cuz its sticking to the sides and lid, use silicone if your or parchment paper.

Good quality flower. Pure concentrates are yum. House "shatter" is really sugar-waxy. You can't agitate the batch people!! Then it disappears?? They need a house concentrate that is what is advertised, or at least a more competitively priced one. Excellent customer service. I was really impressed they had the newport I was looking for. Grabbed the torch, a mixed batch of grams to try their flower, and an eighth of the house faux-shatter. The sugar wax posing as shatter tasted great. Had to be sitting under 60 percent tho... no real head bang with a fat ass high temp dab session. Flower samples were great. The 98 bubba, always a favorite. Their purp was dense and aromatic. Really nice. I will be back, but only for specials or a specific strain. Nothing here to keep this "dab-head" a regular.

They say they have specials and then when you get down there they don’t have the specials they had the last time because they can’t make enough money so they keep changing your specials is it buy two get one on all cartridges are just the ones you get special deals on. First you discontinued timeless specials now you’ve discontinued select specials. why do I keep coming back here I have no idea but I won’t be back

Extremely small space, you have to wait in line outside. There’s no separation of Med/Rec so medical patients have to wait in long lines. Don’t recommend for medical patients. Other dispensaries take special care to ensure medical patients receive quality service. Avoid.

normally love this place and am not going to let a single bad experience ruin my view on this dispensary but i am absolutely appalled at the quality of the Original Glue(GG4). as someone who has been medicating for over a decade i know when i get true gorilla glue #4 and this was nowhere near that. advertised as original glue(gg4) but has the nastiest “cooked noodles” smell and does not even remotely have that concentrate taste that the gorilla glue strain is known for having. i’m very upset with my recent purchase of that and i would stay away from Original Glue(GG4) as it is not that strain.

I'm sorry, but my first visit will be my last. I visited them in the am on a short break from work. I felt a bit pressured to spend more money than I had for, then I got halfway back to work to find out I donated 30 more dollars than quoted！ I was in a hurry didn't notice, had to drive back and wait even more time(thought they would of had the correction handled in the ten minute journey back?) I'm done rambling. DonD

This place is going down the crapper.. It use to be my favorite store not anymore. The new staff sucks and new clients that came with the new staff suck. I probably won't go back.

Great location in NW valley and boy did we need a great dispensary. On my first visit, I found the selection and quality of the meds to be among the best in the valley (and trust me I've tried quite a few. Most don't live up to their hype but THC isn't about hype. It's about quality meds and good advise). To that end, mission accomplished. This could very well be my new dispensary. It's definitely my new "neighborhood joint" (pun intended). I would like to see more daily specials and lower prices but, in the end I don't mind spending a little more for great medication and excellent service. This place has a really great "vibe" to it. You don't feel like your dealing with your old "weed guy". It's a really laid back environment, clean, well managed and you feel like your meeting with any other medical professional.

SO besides being over priced, I ordered on line Sunday and received a text to pick it up but they closed early but continued to take orders. When I arrived they were closed. When I called today the young girl really seemed bothered that I was wasting her time on the phone with my small problem. Was not offered anything for my troubles and my purchase did not qualify for the Monday "deal", turns out my strain was not part of that deal either. So I will take my money elsewhere where the staff is trained in customer service.

Was going to come till I saw Rec gets the same deals lol I know the flower trash based off of that.

Don’t try to use your “stackable” 10% off discount that I’ve used multiple times before. My partner was in front of me, used his 10% off for the same item. Then my different budtender said I wasn’t able to use it. The used points for a free eighth, and was charged tax… it’s these little things that can really cause you to lose a patient. Each visit gets more and more difficult and inconsistent. Might be time to find another dispensary.

This is the one and only spot to come if you want good energy consistent product and efficiency. Alex and juice are always making sure I get taken care of . Nothing but good vibez from health for life cave creek .

I didn’t get my battery for first time patient so I could not try my free cartridge but who cares Flower was meh , my bud tender was super cool.
