John helped move quickly through my purchase though there was a tiny hiccup he explained things clearly and politely and tho I had been disappointed his congeniality help immensely. It was at this point Haley was passing by and overheard the convo, saw an opportunity to add brand value to the situation, and assisted me with kindness and aplomb getting me to this point where I praise their customer service skills, kindness, and the extra little je ne sais quoi that builds loyal returning customers and instills the type of trust that allows them to add more value to your customer base through building trust with people.

They say they have specials and then when you get down there they don’t have the specials they had the last time because they can’t make enough money so they keep changing your specials is it buy two get one on all cartridges are just the ones you get special deals on. First you discontinued timeless specials now you’ve discontinued select specials. why do I keep coming back here I have no idea but I won’t be back

I’ve been doing superb delivery for some time now and I have to say I’ve been through a lot of different dispensaries that deliver and walkins out of any dispensary this one and all there staff members are truly excellent caring efficient just truly bad ass and they always have the Best deals compared to other dispensaries But I always recommend you to several of my friends Thanks again

Wow they didn't even care to inform all their patients that tax is now added to the prices listed. I asked why and I got a well the state wants their money. No the holistic center doesn't want to pay the state anymore. It was in the az newsletter about how all the dispensaries are making lots of money. I'm sure holistic center is doing just fine. Always a long wait sometime to be disappointed by med quality. There is no strong medicine there at all, just average. Jack flash has baby seeds in it. I think the holistic center needs to start informing their patients better. They lost my business and I been going since they opened. Other places treat you better....

No knowledge of cannabis and the real benefits!!

Usually I love this place. I always get the ten grams of shatter for normally $125 or so, but this time it was about $150 which I was totally fine with paying for the product I love. I asked for 5 grams of Sweet Black Angel and 5 grams of AMS. Then without my knowledge the bud tender gave me 5 Sour Banana Sherbert and 5 of the AMS and let me walk out of the store not knowing I had the wrong strains in my bag. Of course I got home and opened up the bag and saw this, figured everything would probably get taken care of the following day by the wonderful people over at The Holistic Center. Called them up this morning and they told me once you leave with the bag that's it. I should have been shown what was going into the bag if this is how your policy is. I have spent well over a thousand dollars here and I'm just very disappointed with how this played out. Especially because of the fact I work at a smoke shop and have sent many people here and I don't want this happening to them too.

To be honest I live near the dispensary and only go out if desperation. I use flowers and you are by far the most overpriced dispensary in the valley for flower. I am sure I am not the only patient that feels that way. I think you should address this if you want to keep flower customers happy. Just sayinG 😊

This Location was my main despensery not really because of quality but because of location and convience with the express orders. The buds from a year ago to today are much different and much improved i will say!, i smoked some stuff in the past from here that wasn't done curing. The edibles are usually very stocked with a nice amount of choices, the prices could be better though. Holistic Center was on the right path when they introduced the live resin! but seems they have gotten off that track with the concentrates once again. All the concentrates are very low in THC and don't look/taste very pure for example: K.I.N.D extracts is like the Walmart of extraction companies, and PURE concentrates are so low in potency its better to just buy bud. some of the concentrates are sold in plastic containers to where you loose most the product cuz its sticking to the sides and lid, use silicone if your or parchment paper.

The Holistic Center is awful! First of all the person answering the phone is extremely rude! This is not the first time I have experienced rude employees when calling THC. The xpress order is NEVER EXPRESS! I was told today that my order would be ready in 45 minutes!?! 45 Minutes to put an 8th in a bag? Give me a break. The prices are NOT the best prices you can find, there are other LEGAL dispensaries that are way cheaper. I use to be a weekly customer of THC and was willing to overpay because of how close I live to them however they continue to disappoint me and will not be receiving my business or my recommendations. I would rather drive 25 minutes to a dispensary that has KIND, helpful employees with cheaper, better quality medicine. THC is going downhill fast and there medicine is average. Poor selection, poor prices and EXTREMELY POOR customer service.

I like the bud I got but I do not like the bud tender I had..her name was Cassie and she was extremely rude with me. I don't know if she was having a bad day but it made me not want to come back..fortunately my friend vouches for this place and says Nancy is the best you could have so I'm going to go back and look for her. Thanks for the meds though, the quality of the product itself I was super satisfied with!

I have shopped at this store before but not for a long time. I ordered all Leafly and expected and express line pickup. Instead I was told just to join the regular line. Very disappointing to order ahead of time and then be told you're just in the regular line with everyone else.

This is the one and only spot to come if you want good energy consistent product and efficiency. Alex and juice are always making sure I get taken care of . Nothing but good vibez from health for life cave creek .

I order online because no in store...COV19.!!!! First time here. I ordered 1/2oz of HighGrade. Get the bag it's all baby nugs popcorn shake and no where on the package does it say High Grade!!! On top of that because I didn't have anything in my order that qualifies for the first time deal so I loose it theysaid!!! What a joke!! Totally Disappointed

Budtender Rob and the Manager gentleman working the night of 5/12 really impressed me by fixing an issue I had with some product from a previous visit. For this reason, Health for Life remains my go to dispensary. Thanks guys.

Purchased a few 1/8s of Jack Herer which was excellent. I also picked up an ounce on sale, it was really bad. It was unsmokable. I brought it right back it looked so bad. I could not see it at purchase as during the Rona, with pickup, you cant inspect the product first. As another customer told me as I waited (these places could take your money and give you the finger, cant do a single thing about it). It was so bad the manager felt sorry for me and admitted "If any manager saw that ounce first we would never had sold it to you. So they compensated my ounce with a free quarter. I lost $90 or three quarters in the transaction. To this dispensaries credit they admitted I was ripped off and would have to go without medicine for some time unless I had more money to try and gamble again. I did not so I just have three weeks of vomiting and pain. The managers were sympathetic to what they did to me and what my future held due to their mistake but said its company policy to stick losses to the customer (although they put it more nicely). I mean really, you expect a dispensary to throw out weed with mildew on it when they can just sell it? They told me this place cares about customers so I should write "Jason" who cares and he will respond for sure and take care of this as they noted my account. I have emailed three times, no response. I would not come back here. They even told me that bad ounce that they admit was bad and should not be sold was their "top shelf".
