Ever since the new name the product went up, bravo guys

I ordered on of my favorite strains and it wasn't what it was supposed to be there was like three little nugs that was the strain I ordered I guess just to make it smell like it but the rest of it was some dark seedy ass dry shit an this was supposed to be a premium strain so I paid premium prices but got shit an this ain't the first time I will never go back to this dispensary oh yeah I never go any of my first time patients deals or anything at all

I'm sorry, but my first visit will be my last. I visited them in the am on a short break from work. I felt a bit pressured to spend more money than I had for, then I got halfway back to work to find out I donated 30 more dollars than quoted！ I was in a hurry didn't notice, had to drive back and wait even more time(thought they would of had the correction handled in the ten minute journey back?) I'm done rambling. DonD

I will come here if they have the right deal going but, honestly its not a positive customer experience. You put in your express order and they text you INSTANTLY that it's ready. Then you get there and first you wait in the outside line (116 today!). THEN after 20+ minutes in the heat you're lucky enough to wait again in the INSIDE line. Keep in mind... this is a pick up order that has been "ready" for 30+ minutes at this point. The front desk employees are cranky. Everything takes forever. I saw a reply from management to a different review that their system was down. I don't understand this reply because it's always this bad. There is only ONE person doing Express for probably 10-12 employees doing walk ins. I get they're busy but, other dispensaries deal with a lot of volume too and don't have the same problems. Usually I'm in and out in minutes even if there are huge lines for in-store service. I almost ALWAYS make an express order because my time is valuable. On past orders they've switched out my edibles when they're out and replaced them with MUCH lower dosage versions without letting me know or asking what I want it replaced with. I tried to call to let them know that I don't care about the type of cookie, I care about getting the adequate dose for my medication. They would just pick up the phone and hang it up without saying anything and I never got a replay when I emailed management. It was particularly frustrating because on a prior order I was charged more for items in the store than what was showing on leafly (express order of course). I took a screenshot of my leafly order and the receipt and the front desk person did credit my order ($8, not a big deal). But chastised me about how I needed to call immediately to correct items instead of fixing it the next time I go in (this was less than a week between visits). So to then try to call and be hung up on is like... how do you win? I'll come for the right deal if I can save some money but, I'll avoid it if I can. I will say I've had some truly AWESOME and friendly bud tenders here before. And some of the deals are pretty decent for bulk flower.

excellent product and selection but absolutely no social distancing or mask enforcement. Does this facility care about patient safety at all? Some MMJ patients have AIDS and other immunocompromised conditions. In the middle of a pandemic, the security officer is not wearing a mask, staff direct patients to stand very close together to make their transactions (even for online orders). And, you may end up waiting a long time, even for online orders, so be prepared. the staff seems exhausted so maybe it is a management issue. it's concerning to me as a patient and a consumer especially considering what i spend here. i hope this concern is received in good faith. thanks.

I love this dispensary! They always have great deals, a good selection, and they are always friendly. They have also gone above and beyond to implement new procedures to allow people with disabilities, like myself, to continue to have access to medicine during this pandemic. 🖤

Meds are only sometimes good, only here and there.. And it seems like it's always short, or dry. Most of the employees are very uneducated on cannabis flower, very rude, even to patients that keep coming back. All the male employees are very rude, and not helpful at all. Get new staff. Get better flower.

Always a quick visit..., I rarely wait long to get inside and purchase my product..., My favorite dispensary to go to, everyone is always so nice and always seem more than willing to help

It's a family atmosphere here. They really do care about their patients. Their are many places to go but between the great staff and service I wont go anywhere else. Also shout out for all of the programs they set up to give back to the sick and less fortunate.

Placed a TO GO order and they refused to give me my order because I didn’t have a mask. They were also out of masks. No offer to bring my order out to me. No curbside service like other dispensaries. Was just told to come back when I find a mask. I do not have plans to return to this location in the future.

I just got bogo MPX and I’ve never been so disappointed. It’s not holistic’s fault, but if you staff could pass on the word it would mean a lot. I kid you not there is half of each carti gone, monster cookies and wedding cake. It wouldn’t even hit because the bubble was so large at the bottom that the wax had to melt down!! I’m so disappointed in this product and price for basically .25 of concentrate.

This place was recommended by a friend. Went in, front of the house was clean, staff was friendly. Noticed the pick up window and made note of that nice convenience for a later date. The back of the house was nice, very dim lighting which is great if you have a headache but bad to inspect product. The atmosphere is much different than most places. A little more business like, instead of medical or casual. Found the flower to be decent quality. I recommend you try them if you are in the area.

Sorry to say good bye! You lost a Good Customer and was a simple fix! STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT! The facts holistic center is one of the more expensive facilities! They do have some great staff.but to not stand behind a brand new defective product is a rip off!

This is the first dispensary I've been to and didn't know what to expect or what I needed. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. Don took his time explaining the different products to me and made recommendations for what I needed. I would highly recommend them and defiantly make it my go to dispensary.

I love the location... it was the first Dispensary I found on the day I decided to use my card,,,the guy that helped me answered all my questions without making me feel rushed...nice selection of all kinds of meds...I have enjoyed the Vaping and medible choices!

Good quality flower. Pure concentrates are yum. House "shatter" is really sugar-waxy. You can't agitate the batch people!! Then it disappears?? They need a house concentrate that is what is advertised, or at least a more competitively priced one. Excellent customer service. I was really impressed they had the newport I was looking for. Grabbed the torch, a mixed batch of grams to try their flower, and an eighth of the house faux-shatter. The sugar wax posing as shatter tasted great. Had to be sitting under 60 percent tho... no real head bang with a fat ass high temp dab session. Flower samples were great. The 98 bubba, always a favorite. Their purp was dense and aromatic. Really nice. I will be back, but only for specials or a specific strain. Nothing here to keep this "dab-head" a regular.

Health for life is the best dispensary in the state bar none. Bogo offers for new patients both medical and rec, multiple daily deals and the best Sunday deal in the state. How can you compete with the house flower too? Quality flower and wax at the best prices. Big shout outs to Omar the general manager and all the staff who made my first experience there a memorable one.

Not only do the prices keep me coming and the awesome specials.... But the staff.... The staff literally starts my day right before I've even enjoyed my goods. Always feel great coming out of that place. I would work there just to be around these awesome peeps. Stevie, April, Jessica, Chase, Mark ALWAYS make sure I know exactly what deals I can save on. They redeem know what prerolls I love. Seriously just the best customer service, and best product.
