The biggest bait & switch act I’ve ever experienced. How can you offer specials that either you conveniently ran out of or the price is higher when I go to cash out. WTF......I don’t think I will recommending this store to anyone. Never had a good experience

I just got bogo MPX and I’ve never been so disappointed. It’s not holistic’s fault, but if you staff could pass on the word it would mean a lot. I kid you not there is half of each carti gone, monster cookies and wedding cake. It wouldn’t even hit because the bubble was so large at the bottom that the wax had to melt down!! I’m so disappointed in this product and price for basically .25 of concentrate.

Don’t try to use your “stackable” 10% off discount that I’ve used multiple times before. My partner was in front of me, used his 10% off for the same item. Then my different budtender said I wasn’t able to use it. The used points for a free eighth, and was charged tax… it’s these little things that can really cause you to lose a patient. Each visit gets more and more difficult and inconsistent. Might be time to find another dispensary.

I can't believe they could not accommodate me. I bought 2 products I liked the candy. The disposable vape was so harsh I could not smoke it!!! The manager said there's nothing he can do but he doesn't understand. I could not smoke it it burned my throat. yes he could have. I had similar experience at jars with stinzy she took it back and gave me a few things that made me happy. I'm a single mom and I don't have a lot of cash. very disappointed!!! won't be visiting there again.

The girl at the front desk is super rude and made me wait a lot longer than I needed to by not listening to me telling her I had an express order. She then tried to argue with me about if I had told her i had an express order or not. I used to love this place but that feeling is fading fast

I'm a concentrates person and I feel like they lack options when it comes to wax or shatter. They usually only have crumble, which kinda has a fishy taste to it. I love the place itself, but would love to see more shatter and wax options. Until then, not my go to place.

Extremely small space, you have to wait in line outside. There’s no separation of Med/Rec so medical patients have to wait in long lines. Don’t recommend for medical patients. Other dispensaries take special care to ensure medical patients receive quality service. Avoid.

Maybe it's the COVAID situation but receptionist were taking my order and do not have the customer service skills I hoped they might. This place has the best flower in the Valley. My first visit won't spoil what I know about the company. It's a hiccup but I wasn't pleased that a PSP wasn't available to make sure my needs were met.

I'm sorry, but my first visit will be my last. I visited them in the am on a short break from work. I felt a bit pressured to spend more money than I had for, then I got halfway back to work to find out I donated 30 more dollars than quoted！ I was in a hurry didn't notice, had to drive back and wait even more time(thought they would of had the correction handled in the ten minute journey back?) I'm done rambling. DonD

Well if I have to be honest, the quarter of slurricane #4 I bought yesterday has no flavor, no smell, no effect. Basically I bought $40 worth dried broccoli. Don't think ill be stopping in again to buy flower, cartridges maybe, certainly not flower. I don't like to be told one thing and sold another. Your company pretty much lost a customer and I will tell others about the sub par value of your daily deals. Just because the quarters are on special doesn't mean the quality has to suck, such a shame.

Half of the Full Spectrum Cartridges for $30, are not the Grow science Collab ones. The Purple Triangle being one of them. Very disappointing seeing that I spent $96 for 3 of them Friday and it's Saturday and I have one and a half left. The size of the MPX Live Resin cartridges are not consistent. One will be not bad in size and the next one will be horrible. I don't believe that lame story how the reason for that is some of them have had more oil soaked up in the wick so they look smaller than others. Bull-##&@. Overall good taste but just are not worth the price unless you don't mind going thru a cartridge a day.

THC is my go to place. Great staff and I am usually pretty happy with what I end up with. Happy you guys are close!

First dispensary I ever went too. Original staff was awesome.....don't know why this place changed but I would look also where. Unless you enjoy waiting (even when you order express, expect to wait), enjoy being treated rudely & like overpaying for low quality shwag weed you've found the place. Look elsewhere, plenty of good dispensaries out there. Avoid The Holistic Center.

This place was recommended by a friend. Went in, front of the house was clean, staff was friendly. Noticed the pick up window and made note of that nice convenience for a later date. The back of the house was nice, very dim lighting which is great if you have a headache but bad to inspect product. The atmosphere is much different than most places. A little more business like, instead of medical or casual. Found the flower to be decent quality. I recommend you try them if you are in the area.

This Location was my main despensery not really because of quality but because of location and convience with the express orders. The buds from a year ago to today are much different and much improved i will say!, i smoked some stuff in the past from here that wasn't done curing. The edibles are usually very stocked with a nice amount of choices, the prices could be better though. Holistic Center was on the right path when they introduced the live resin! but seems they have gotten off that track with the concentrates once again. All the concentrates are very low in THC and don't look/taste very pure for example: K.I.N.D extracts is like the Walmart of extraction companies, and PURE concentrates are so low in potency its better to just buy bud. some of the concentrates are sold in plastic containers to where you loose most the product cuz its sticking to the sides and lid, use silicone if your or parchment paper.
