Meds are only sometimes good, only here and there.. And it seems like it's always short, or dry. Most of the employees are very uneducated on cannabis flower, very rude, even to patients that keep coming back. All the male employees are very rude, and not helpful at all. Get new staff. Get better flower.

First dispensary I ever went too. Original staff was awesome.....don't know why this place changed but I would look also where. Unless you enjoy waiting (even when you order express, expect to wait), enjoy being treated rudely & like overpaying for low quality shwag weed you've found the place. Look elsewhere, plenty of good dispensaries out there. Avoid The Holistic Center.

This place was recommended by a friend. Went in, front of the house was clean, staff was friendly. Noticed the pick up window and made note of that nice convenience for a later date. The back of the house was nice, very dim lighting which is great if you have a headache but bad to inspect product. The atmosphere is much different than most places. A little more business like, instead of medical or casual. Found the flower to be decent quality. I recommend you try them if you are in the area.

Sorry to say good bye! You lost a Good Customer and was a simple fix! STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT! The facts holistic center is one of the more expensive facilities! They do have some great staff.but to not stand behind a brand new defective product is a rip off!

The Holistic Center is awful! First of all the person answering the phone is extremely rude! This is not the first time I have experienced rude employees when calling THC. The xpress order is NEVER EXPRESS! I was told today that my order would be ready in 45 minutes!?! 45 Minutes to put an 8th in a bag? Give me a break. The prices are NOT the best prices you can find, there are other LEGAL dispensaries that are way cheaper. I use to be a weekly customer of THC and was willing to overpay because of how close I live to them however they continue to disappoint me and will not be receiving my business or my recommendations. I would rather drive 25 minutes to a dispensary that has KIND, helpful employees with cheaper, better quality medicine. THC is going downhill fast and there medicine is average. Poor selection, poor prices and EXTREMELY POOR customer service.

This is the first dispensary I've been to and didn't know what to expect or what I needed. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. Don took his time explaining the different products to me and made recommendations for what I needed. I would highly recommend them and defiantly make it my go to dispensary.

I love the location... it was the first Dispensary I found on the day I decided to use my card,,,the guy that helped me answered all my questions without making me feel rushed...nice selection of all kinds of meds...I have enjoyed the Vaping and medible choices!

I was helped by Mckenzie Beck my first time here and she did an excellent job at showing me how everything works and was very professional and educated. Overall great experience and such a nice clean modern environment.

Ordered a pickup order, got to store and they told me my order was “sold out” so I ended up paying $25 more for a strain I didn’t want. If you have pickup orders, put them aside for the person picking it up. You don’t sell it and make me pay more. WTF?

SO besides being over priced, I ordered on line Sunday and received a text to pick it up but they closed early but continued to take orders. When I arrived they were closed. When I called today the young girl really seemed bothered that I was wasting her time on the phone with my small problem. Was not offered anything for my troubles and my purchase did not qualify for the Monday "deal", turns out my strain was not part of that deal either. So I will take my money elsewhere where the staff is trained in customer service.

there is a light skinned girl I think her name is Nicki or Vicki she's always at the front desk. her attitude is awful she is rude and condescending, I visit this location at least once twice a week and 1st time she didn't apply my $25 off then when I nicely asked "is that the total with the $25 discount?" her response was "no, I didn't know you wanted to use the discount" I was like "well yes I do its a great deal" and she again just being condescending responded "well how was I supposed to know". Then on another visit here recently there was a gentleman that was behind me in line but hot called before so I POLITELY inquired "omg did they forget about me" & again her response was condescending she goes "well someone's coming for you now, is that ok?!" but in the most nasty rude way. IDK what her deal is but she definitely needs to have a talking too

Trash place , horrible overpriced flower , have online orders cancelled all the time. Stay away.

I've been coming here for over a year and the way they just treated me az a customer that is very loyal im very upset. They don't keep there rosin from any companies out so you can see what your getting. well they just sold me a 80 dollar gram of GREEN ROSIN!!! so much plant matter that it tasted bad and also burnt black. I contact customer support and they pretty much tell me f@#k off and contact grow science support. which they really dont have any and only a fb page. extremely disappointed you guy's Changed. ever since going Rec they don't care for their patients!

Confused as to why I had to go all the way inside to get my mobile order, and not pick it up at the express window?? I am immunocompromised and the whole reason I mobile order is to minimize interactions. The cashier was not friendly at all, very perfunctory. The budtender was great! Not sure if I will return. There are plenty of dispensaries to choose from here. Product AND service is important.

Don’t try to use your “stackable” 10% off discount that I’ve used multiple times before. My partner was in front of me, used his 10% off for the same item. Then my different budtender said I wasn’t able to use it. The used points for a free eighth, and was charged tax… it’s these little things that can really cause you to lose a patient. Each visit gets more and more difficult and inconsistent. Might be time to find another dispensary.

From checking in until walking out it is a great experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent pricing and product. The deals are great and they always remind you if there is a special going on that meets your purchases so you get a better price.
