Online ordering means nothing now. I had to wait in lobby to be called back just like I would as a walk in. On top of that I got skipped by 2 individuals and serviced last.....not even the order checked in AND my order should have already been ready. So technically there is no such thing as an online order for this place only a menu basically. I am super disappointed with the transition from Encanto Green Cross to Cresco. I would not recommend to anyone anymore. only plus side was the budtender Tony. Very friendly and courteous. He apologized for the inconvenience and ensured I was taken care of.

i think this place its ok for the first time patients deals they should hv a better one . other than that its friday the 13th and its pretty empty thats a good thing natures medicine packed right now

Horrible service, I was ignored and talked down to and ultimately sold flower that was not an indica, but rather a hybrid, which I specifically asked to not have due to the migraines that they trigger, by the associate. When I talked to the manager I was given nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse as to why I was treated so poorly with no apology at all. There are 4 other dispensaries around this one I would choose one of those over this one any day!

Accepted my order, got order confirmation and building locked up, No entrance. Went to Nature Wonder instead

These people are doing everything right! The employees are all so dope, they make me feel super welcome and comfortable. They make sure I have what I need for my level of pain and no matter what I throw at them they have the answer. It means so much to me! Their product is fire and their prices are fantastic! Y’all fkn win!

have to say I am disappointed big time. I went online asked for secret recipe and cookies kush. You didn't have cookie kush that's fine so budtender suggested fortune cookies. whyyyyyyyy push a product with so many seeds? I feel like I was suckered into buying this. If I wanted seeds would of bought reggi. I hope this is a 1 time deal because I really love the service and the most of all the people.

This is the second time your employee has asked to handle my phone with heir dirty gloves on. I also attempted to call but the voice message said they were “too busy”. I get there and they’re throwing papers at one another out of boredom. Stop saying your protecting me when the the clerk thinks it’s ok to handle my phone with dirty gloves. Other than that the product is always awesome!

Stopped in to try out the special on the Purple Kush shatter grabbed the last one $25 cant go wrong, my first time buying concentrate and so far it is superb, takes me right where I need to be with pain issues. Took a bit to get to the back, but once inside greeted by friendly staff and had a few questions, treated with respect, thanks for the meds next time, EGC has won me back

The customers are usually very rude and its like being at walmart times 50 in the waiting room/ parkinglot. The empolyes are usaly nice and helpful tho. You definitely feel like you're on 27th Ave...

I love this shop every time I visit but today I called in and the guy that answered was not helpful and just wanted me off the phone and pretty much hung up on me.

I love the service and the everyday low prices! Keeps me coming back time and time again.

last time I came here I left with the green Crack and Diamond og because EVERYONE was talking about it in our 30+ min wait. minus the wait the flower was great.

Used to be a decent place, but the current situation is woeful. I got three different kinds via an online order (different prices and strands). However all the bags looked and smelled the same (other that the label). I repeated the experiment the following visit, and again got the same exact flower under different names and prices per oz. Also the service is super slow. I made an on-line order and came in to simply pay and go. 11 minutes is how long it took to simply give me the bag and take my money (order was confirmed as "ready" prior to my arrival). There were internal system problems, an IT guy and a manager had to come over . . . Do not recommend, stay away.

Worst dispensary I’ve been to atmosphere is so dead and boring bud tender didn’t know much it seemed like she didn’t know the difference between shatter and live resin.

I'm not to happy with there flower , bottom self . also they dnt do any free pre roll for the review. . . so that's really lame because everyone loves free flower. there only thing that I was happy with is there Dr.doo

I like coming here for my shatter. I’m always greeted and treated well. But this visit my budtender seemed more interested in getting home or talking with other budtenders. I understand the work you guys do. But it also good service to have some type of conversation with the patient. I’ll come back either way but I hope the budtender i had can step it up in customer service.

I love this dispensary AND the people that work there! They are all very nice and get to know you well compared to other places where it’s just in and out and the people have no personality. The best part is they have the best prices on basically everything.
