I will never be returning to this dispo ever again. This guy offered me some 20 dollar gram of wax for a bogo as my ftp special. Well I get home to smoke it and this garbage smells and tastes like straight cbd. I smoked a full gram in less than 24 hours. That’s sad. The guy told me the wax was comparable to a platinum tier. That crap was straight bronze. And their carts are weak too. OG clear is just at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to house brand names. I wish they had a return policy because I wasted 50 dollars.

They have really great deals, their wax and bud is okay, the deals make up for it, defiantly quantity over quaily here, at one point they had the best wax, everything's okay!

I normally have had a decent experience with this place but they made me mad today and clearly I’m not the only one it’s happened to. I placed my order earlier in the day so I could pick it up after work, got the order confirmation text and then 4 hours later as I literally have my keys in hand and about to head their way, I get a text my order is cancelled. No explanation , no offer to replace what I ordered with something comparable. I tried to call to see what the heck is going on and nobody answered the phone. Very unprofessional and as of now they’ve lost my business.

I placed my order then five mins after it was confirmed.. it sent me a message saying it was locked up.. sh*tty customer service in Sunnyside Dispensary's part.. I use to like this spot. Smh..

Everything is legit. But they are slick every time alien labs goes onto deals they alway remove the biskante strain and others that are fire. It’s the 3rd time I’ve noticed that. It was in there yesterday as well. I know it’s not sold out haha.

I visited your store today. I checked my receipt and see that the bud tender rounded my total to the nearest dollar this totaled extra .87 that i did not authorized. I feel that i was hustled and money stolen. Please advised your bud tenders to make sure that they ask patients instead of stealing tips. I have been long time patient with sunny side but this experience makes me not want to return to this untrust worthy dispensary.

I visited the place because they had my strain. The first time it was great but the 2nb time I placed the order online.... Came home and weighed it 2.9 instead of a full 8th and it was most recent time, I had the girl helped me and I noticed she only gave me 2.12 grams instead of 3.5 while distracting me. I wonder if this is a practice encouraged by the owner of this place or by the dishonest employees. I hate confrontations and besides it feel stupid to bring that up because I doubt it that they will do anything about it. I won't be driving all the way from North Phoenix just to wait an hour and then deal with dishonesty. I think they do this practice because they don't think anyone will say anything because they give you some free shake but I go just for my strain. Time to find some new place that carries my strain.

One of the most budget friendly state. Pros include 10 dollar grams. 40 dollar grams of concentrates out the door. Free shake if you come and wait in line from 6-10. Big selection. The only downside it people love coming here so it gets packed at times

I have been a patient at Sunnyside since it was called Encanto. Infact I make the drive all the way from Casa Grande because I'm a military veteran on a fixed income and they have had the best deal until recently, now I have to choose between the daily specials offered to everyone or use my discount which cost me more than if I did not use it at all. So you do NOT honor your veterans by making us forfeit our discount to get the same deal as everyone else who did NOT take up arms in foreigds to fight so the rest did not have to. And shame on the young lady showing no respect for the female veteran who pointed out this flaw. I will start looking in Tucson for a dispensary that will not tell me I'm stacking because I served!

I’ve been a customer for Sunnyside for over 2 years. Lately the customer service is terrible and they never have the products they put online. I wasted my gas and time and when I got there my order was canceled and they didn’t have hybrid cartridge in stock. This dispensary is a scam. Don’t spend your time and money here.
