Decent place,great costomer service,the ad about the rewards points is a little confusing though,it should say $1:00=1point.i went n spent $100 as a ftp my rewards points came up to a 100 so what that actually means is 100points amount to $1,meaning if you spend a $1,000 you will recieve a free gram.lol i dont know about any of you guys but if im spending a $1,000 at a store with promotions and deals i better be gettiing atleast an OZ for free for that $1,000 i spent.lol

I think I'm done spending $120 per quarter for the "top shelf" product. The quality isn't reflecting the marketing... Sorry.. Love your shop but you are gouging customers with bud that isn't as high of quality as we might hope for at that price.... Better options out there for less money... I'll be back when the quality comes up. I do hope you stop charging drug dealer prices.... While I do love the experience of shopping at your store, I get a knot in my stomach every time I smoke your overpriced, mid quality herb... I feel liie I'm fully funding the college education for the picture of the baby on the wal....

Ugh. MedMen doesn’t carry the brands I’ve been buying at Monarch for years. I love edibles and can easily spend $100 a week on them, but there’s hardly any selection anymore. No idea why they aren’t carrying the best brands of brownies like Amy & AL’S, flourish and Sublime. No longer any deals on edibles. No 20% off days. Most of their business now seems to be flower. Very disappointing! There’s another local dispensary going into business with MedMen too. Hope they don’t make the same mistake by dropping favorite brands.

Wow! I was never a fan of the old Monarch. I always thought the flower was way over priced for what you got. I was just checking out reviews to see if things have improved since MedMen took over. I guess that is a big fat no.

It took me awhile to write a review for any one dispensary since becoming a medical patient (6 months ago) and got a chance to look for my provider. With most dispensaries and "co-ops" the first time you walk in you might be treated nicely and once you become a regular you are treated like a number if you are lucky not to be talked to like and by a high school kid. Not with Monarch, in fact they conduct themselves in a friendly professional manner in which keeps myself and other patients coming back. It is now exclusively the only place I get my meds from and as long as the discounts continue to come around, I will always bring my donations here. Logistically, I happen to be very close to Monarch luckily but I would travel across town to get this service, these meds, and if you pay attention prices can be good also. As far as quality goes what can I say, beautiful stuff folks. Good, clean, pure, sticky, fresh, frosty.... of the best I've ever seen. Keep up the good work Monarch and keep the weekly 20% discounts + coming and you'll have me as a patient for the future. Thanks for the relief! By the way, one more thing, the strains....some places you go have strain "names" that have nothing to do with the actual strain you are buying. In this case "Apple Jacks" tastes exactly like the darn cereal! And so on! Amazing!

Good products. Terrible location. Mis-advertising on leafly. Went there during the week of 4/20 to pick up some meds using one of their promotions going on. Spend 420- get 120 off. After deciding on what I wanted to total up to that price, she then begins to tell me that somehow to get the money off, my total has to be over $420 after all other discounts are applied. This is the first dispensary that I have been to that has ever looked at a total after discounts were applied instead of the original subtotal. Not a fan and will no be going back.

Excellent customer service, professional, intelligent individuals who can answer all questions regarding the large selection of products. Really pleased with Huxton flower. I want to know where the product came from and who is responsible.

MedMen ruined it, there’s nothing more to say, it’s just a bunch of shit weed, gimmicky weed, flavor weird, but none of it’s good weed.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now and I do love the new construction. However I am bummed they don’t have the great specials anymore. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and prices are decent so I will be back

As a first time patient I did not know what to expect. Walking into Monarch I was welcomed with a smile and felt at home in a positive atmosphere. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and it only took a few minutes to fill out paperwork and the next thing you know I was legally buying medicinal marijuana in Arizona. The selection of strains was overwhelming at first but the wonderful woman behind the counter helped me select the perfect strain. I was impressed with the menu of strains and edibles. I left with the "Classic OG" and the Caramel Corn 4oz. Bag, 100mg. I was beyond satisfied to say the least. I will definitely be returning to Monarch again. I would recommend stopping by if you are looking for great strains, great prices, & great service.

This place is THE BEST. Not only do I get great customer service, I get the care and attention I need to find the best medicine for myself. Do your self a favor and check this place out.

The very first time I walked in, I was very impressed. The establishment is of high quality and the staff is extremely friendly. While I waited for a short period of time I enjoyed some Blue Planet on the televisions as well as the flavor morph star burst on the coffee table. The medication is great, I really enjoy when the dispensary actual has the percentages labeled for each medication, this allows me to specifically choose the right strains that I need. I was assisted by Brandon this time, he accidentally rang me up for an incorrect medication but didn't realize it until after I had paid...although he quickly resolved the issue by offering me a lighter and a free pre roll which was more than enough. Thanks again Monarch, I will consistently be back here!

Very clean, very professional place in a decent location (not nestled in some stripmall, or in some industrial ghetto). The staff was friendly, and they got everything done very quickly, I was in and out as a new patient in about 15 minutes. They had some strains that I hadn't seen before, but *all* of them looked good, which seems to be kind of rare. Other strains I've seen before, like Chemdawg, but theirs honestly looked better than "chemdawg" from other sources. I've only been in a handful of dispensaries so far, but this is the nicest location I've been to, and their quality-to-price ratio is probably near the top of the market in this state.

This was my first time at a dispensary and it was a wonderful experience , very helpful with helping me find the best medication for me ! I will fer sure be returning !

This place is really top shelf in every way. It's obvious that they are catering to people from Scottsdale and the price bracket that accompanies that demographic. The meds are top shelf quality, but the prices are ABSOLUTELY ridiculous unless you buy a happy hour strain. $65/eighth is way too steep for me. Won't be coming back unless I win the lotto.

I have checked out many of the dispensaries in the Phoenix area. I keep coming back to Monarch. The quality is top notch and consistent at all of the price points. The butenders are always informed and friendly. I see people have had issue with the price. You want decent quality, you won't be paying bargain basement prices. The $150 credit deal is great. I will keep using Monarch as my main dispensary for the foreseeable future. -Brian
