Why does my regular store not keep Chill Pills in stock? Medical patients have problems when we can’t get the product we need.

I’d never go back to this location! I only went here bc they were the only location that had the products I wanted. So, I put in an online order, waited hours and never got a confirmation email. Go anyways get there and they were unable to complete my order. The Tempe location will text me and let me know anytime that happens. I wore my mint shirt and spent over $50 so I could spin the wheel all for the manager to say the wheel wasn’t available lol how is a wheel not available!? Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend this location to my ppl personally. But, Mint is still my favorite dispo I’ll just stick to the Tempe & Mesa location only…

Need more competent inventory management. So many times I order things and they are out and said my order was ready, or they show it as available online and let you order just to tell you they didn't have any after hours and driving more distance than I would have liked. This is why JARS is becoming more popular than. Mint.

I remember when pot was oked here in Arizona, I have a license dated to the exact dat of legalization for medical reasons. Back then Monarch had the best weed anywhere, I'm a veteran of over 50 years smoking, and bar none, back then it was 10 star quality. Now days it's a sheer guess at what quality your gonna get. The Huxton brand should be avoided all together. No flavor, disgusting taste ect. Thus description covers most of the Mint products. Honestly, I expected better weed and service especially for a dispensary in Scottsdale. Ended up getting a Half Oz of your premium mint flower prepack (Ice cream cake) and 2 (1) gram disposables from WTF. The disposables are good and hit amazing but the flower is not up too par in my eyes.Very dry, no taste, and burns fast. To top it off the lady says to me, you spent over a $100 you get a free 1/8th, once again here lies the issue. The flower is just not up par in my eyes and I'm sure there are other patients like myself you can agree! Gonna take a lot for me to step back into this dispensary especially after my visit last evening! Any Questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me. Thank you

Public Service Announcement: Ask to see your receipt before leaving the counter. I was overcharged $5 as well as not getting the early bird discount. Since the receipt was stapled into the bag, didn't realize it until I got home. Notified Mint and have had ZERO response from them. I like this dispensary alot but Im not putting up with the lack of customer respect.

The Mint Cannabis-Scottsdale is my new GOTO dispensary. Without question the best in the valley.

There is no contact with them should you have a question. I just placed a order, but now can only pick up tomorrow. I wanted to advise them. But like you said, nobody home. Come on, answer your phone and get some other form of communication, like a phone!!!!.

love the Halloween decor, the tender had no idea what kind of deals where avaliable and ultimately left without the product I wanted.

Chill vibe every time I come into the store. All the staff and are kind and respectful. I wanted to write a review because I enjoyed this 🔥🔥 concrete called cherry bang bang by High Grade. Some of the best wax I’ve had. The Honey Dew Jeeter is super fire.

I bought some Jeters, maybe the 3rd time buying. Spent over $80 on 2 5pks and half of the joints don’t even burn/hit, pull at all. Total waste. Well at least total disappointment and half a waste!

Can’t find Tempe. New website is horrendous. Used to check the menu and the deals in the morning. Not anymore! Change it back because it is by far the worst website in the entire world.

My only problem is, with the pod packaging. I'm handicapped, and got tired of nothing but Bummer flower being available. So I switched to the concentrates, pods. At least the have the strains I enjoy. But come on people that pkg these things. Jesus, had to use a knife and dangerously cut my way through the overdone packaging to get to the product. Lighten up guys, JEEZ

I'm going to miss medmen! From 3 dispensaries to 1, and now they are done...The employees are always awesome and I certainly hope they are not left unemployed. Being in job limbo in this economy is not an easy thing to deal with and still greet everyone with a smile!! I hope the Mint keeps them on because if not they will be losing great people!
