As a new patient, I was very impressed and happy to have found this non-profit business. Jen was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Considering this was my first visit to a wellness center, I really appreciated the time they took to educate me about the inventory that is most appropriate for my health. Mario was very knowledgeable and diligently answered all of my questions. It was a pleasant experience and I'd highly recommend a visit for others to see how professional this team is. My expectations were exceeded when I was kindly greeted by a security guard in the parking lot of an attractive building. When the executive director, Dustin took time to introduce himself and talk with me about the Monarch mission statement, I was convinced we now have a trusted provider of medicine and wellness services in our community! Thanks Scottsdale voters and welcome to our neighborhood Monarch!! Oh, and try a brownie if you really like chocolate;) Nice edible selection if cost is not a consideration.

Stopped by after a great exchange through email about the sativas they had. Very nice to see my old Elements tenders. Place is nice. Everyone is great. I came for the green kush 19.4% and all they had were grams but worked it out for me. I am old and been doing this to long so for me most strains were far to weak. After 40 years you need a blast. All the bud looked excellent. In the area stop by. Great selection in the 13 - 17 range.

Nice people and products. They let you mix and match products and charge only on the total product amount. Discount on first visit. I will return.

Picked up a pre-roll of the Grand Daddy Purple. The harvest date on the package was from a month before but it wasn't too dry. Quality of the preroll/flowers i give it a 4/5. Great atmosphere and staff. Check them out.

First time at a dispensary, overall great experience. Very friendly people, felt welcomed right away. Good quality medicine, just hoped of larger selection.

Shop was super nice - clean and updated. It felt more like a doctor's office. The staff was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The meds were great quality, and the pre-roll was one of the best I've ever seen/had. My biggest complaint would probably be the cost. I'd be happier if the prices were about 15-20% less.

Monarch is a step above many of the dispensaries as it really extends itself to both phenomenal service and product. The environment is pleasing, with a security guard posted at the door and a greeter with a huge smile to welcome you. The dispensary is clean and nicely appointed, giving a relaxing feel. Blakely is well spoken and clearly understands her products. She asks detailed questions about your condition so she can best match you with the correct strain. Her professionalism and warmth make it an easy interaction. Looking forward to making this my "home" dispensary. Thanks!

This place is convenient as hell. I don’t have to drive 20 minutes back and forth to the airpark and it’s the same pricing. Hidden gem for sure.
