Very nice staff that knows there stuff. Ask questions so you can get what you want because they have a lot to choose from. If you have a problem with products they listen. Great happy hour!

They have a very wide selection and all of the employees are very knowledgable. They also have lots of perks like free grinders, discounts, and deals.

Staff was nice and knew the products they offered. Will definately return, great inventory of flower and some I couldn't find elsewhere.

Great friendly help, strains are hit and miss, overpriced wich is typical of anything in north scottsdale I suppose, great source for edibles and friendly service, flowers are very incosistant wich makes it hard to justify the pricing, however thats not to say that its not worth showing up to see whats available, recommendations for flowers =classic og, platinum gsc, purple krytonite, blue dream, grand daddy purp.

Vicky and Jordan were extremely patient and informative considering this was my "first time". They aim to make the customer feel very comfortable.

The people are alright but honestly this place has mid grade passed off as high quality. The atmosphere is cool the location is nice which confuses me this places owners clearly have money but they can't afford to pay top notch growers? It's just not for me there are an infinite amount of places out here that offer way better medication for a far more reasonable price. Final note be prepared to spend more than the donation prices on the menu being as the text is pretty damn steep.

pulled up to the parking lot pack tighter than a bowl of ogk and thought "I'm gonna be here for an hour." once I got inside, Alec asked me if I wanted to use the express lane which was a very good choice because I got in and out in less than 5 minutes. QUALITY SERVICE THANK YOU!

I went to Monarch for my first time today and was very impressed. The location was easy to find thanks to google maps. ✌🏼️ The inside was really neat. Comfy couches while filling out my paperwork and no wait! Groovy girl who signed me in and who passed me on to Cory who went above and beyond in helping me out. She was very personable and well educated and helped me pick out some strains which I am very happy with! Thank you Monarch!

Friendly and fast. Didn't have to wait long to get called back. Great strains and prices, just make sure to bring cash or you will have to use an ATM. All in all very pleasant experience.
