I’ve been going to this location for years, for good reason. The bud tenders are always knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging, but I have to give special mention to Sarah C. She was exactly what I needed today, felt like running into an old friend. I love their Buds program, and I save five dollars or more almost every visit.

Alek told me I need to go here and I’m glad she did. Amit was so helpful and figured out exactly what I wanted and the products are great. For my first time going to a dispo I was not let down. I will be back!

I am in the cannabis industry in Las Vegas and we bonded over similarities and differences in both of our industries. I haven’t seen tevyn in a little while I hope he is doing well whatever he is doing. He always has great top shelf flower recommendations and is always on point and educated with his pre roll experience and knowledge I hope to see him really soon his friendliness and honesty about quality is what keeps me coming back when I visit Medmen all the staff is excellent but Tevyn’s vibe is very awesome and I can’t wait to see him soon.

The fact we were able to meet someone that didn't just wanna sale us weed, but that is the job, understanding customer service, in today's day and age you gotta overstand it's not just about the sale, we purchased a welcoming personality and customer service that will bring us back. People don't buy brands people buy people. Yeah the weed is pricey, so don't expect to hold on to many of those $$$$$, good quality and great Advice tho. The whole staff was chill.. My fiance and i were welcomed by BUD TENDER SARA WHOM made me feel like buying all the weed. I spent like $150.00 in dat joint and I DO NOT DO THIS, I SWEAR!!! BUT overstand it's NEW TO THE AREA, so if your Here on vacation EXPECT HIGH PRICE BUT MEDMEN KEEP IT FRESH AND GOOD. I REPEAT FRSH WEED MID THC HIGH EXPECY NO MORE THAN 26% NO TERPS DISPLAYED LABELS YET. ITS WAS FRESHER THAN LAS BAG VEGAS, I felt less hustled, and it matches the quality and service of California medMen. Thank you Sara got me 3 flavors and the 10% off.

(My apologies, my last post was to vent my anger at DosVape cartridge) *PLEASE KNOW this is one of the BEST Dispensaries in the state! They have always been consistent in their wonderfully bright staff and their primo selection and quality of medications! I do believe I was a patient very soon after they opened their doors and I still recommend them to anyone I know looking for a stress-free, welcoming experience every time. :-)

Med Men is my second favorite dispensary in Phoenix - but much closer than my first choice so I end up there often. I went last week and placed an order online before going. Long story short, they gave me the wrong flower. It's arguably comparable and the same price point but just tell me. Shouldn't be a surprise when I get home that I didn't get the right order.

The location was on point. Cory knew more than enough information to help me and my seizure condition. All the staff there is friendly and knows how to treat patients. A must go for anyone who is a cardholder!!!!!
