This is is amazing to be honest. Loved the atmosphere. Absolutely loved the starburst just chillin there. The staff was really nice and they're buds were great! The guy that helped me out, forgot his name (sorry.), was a really cool dude and helped me out. He wasn't impatient and I didn't feel a bad vibe from him either which is nice. I don't like buying bud when I'm feeling a bit sketched out by whoever is helping me. He was really nice and easy to talk to and there was no problem whatsoever. Also they're the first dispensary that I've gone to that holds the Kiva chocolate bars, and those are amazing! Definitely planning on coming back!

I've been going to Monarch for about 6 months. My past few purchases contained stems, not a lot but I can't remember the last time I had stems. The flower has also seemed dryer. I'm not a growing expert but the harvest date on my labels was quite a while ago. I might try them again in the future but for now I'm moving to a different dispensary.

Very nice staff that knows there stuff. Ask questions so you can get what you want because they have a lot to choose from. If you have a problem with products they listen. Great happy hour!

Staff was nice and knew the products they offered. Will definately return, great inventory of flower and some I couldn't find elsewhere.

Vicky and Jordan were extremely patient and informative considering this was my "first time". They aim to make the customer feel very comfortable.

The place is very nice & the selection is amazing. But I REALLY loved my budtender Jordan! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, has an awesome attitude.

Once was a good dispensery. They have ok product. Price way high, staff - needs some professional training, needs staff changes. make patient rules the same for all... poor service

Friendly and fast. Didn't have to wait long to get called back. Great strains and prices, just make sure to bring cash or you will have to use an ATM. All in all very pleasant experience.

Very clean and inviting environment. Flower selection is very wide, lots to choose from. Staff is incredibly friendly. Only downside is I had said I was a new patient and was not offered the 10% off punch card, otherwise had a good experience.

State of the art facilities as well as a great variety of flower. One of my Favorite dispensaries when I'm in Scottsdale.
