What I love not like is their customer service. The place is like an Apple store very well organize and very satisfying to see. Sarah C. my cannabis Genius was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. Being the seasoned veteran of the lettuce, I needed something STRONG!!! She recommended the Mac 7 wax and the Golden Goat Sativa to polish me for the night. I would recommend this to the most distinctive connoisseurs of the industry. Thank you Thank you!

Sarah C. Was amazing! My moms first time to a dispensary and while at first she was very overwhelmed, Sarah did a wonderful job at easing the situation for her and finding exactly what she was looking for. The selection at this store was incredibly, and the layout was even better. Almost like walking in to an Apple store. Lol. 10/10 will be going again next time I’m in Scottsdale!

MedMen Scottsdale location can't be beat for pleasant service and good selection. David T. and Justin T. along with Amit G. and Madison K. and including the security staff always have a great customer service approach, friendly/informative.

Love this place...such a nice surprise to have JT outside talking with customers at check-in, he was able to answer a lot of questions in advance while I was waiting and it helped the time go faster. He has a broad range of knowledge to share & isn't bad on the eyes either! If you want to learn about different types of product, ask for JT.

This place is a joke!! Online ordering has been down for over a month!! Went down there and wasted an hour of my time just to find out they didn’t even have my item instock. Why?? Because the inventory system is broken too. It’s 2022, most things are inline??!! Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else
