From WA so I missed having a weed store close to home. Good pricing on 1/2 of Sativa. Victor recommended exactly what I had came to the store to buy! Hard to get much better than that. Often it is a bait and switch or we just ran out. Victor was like this is our best deal! Great job.

This location of Medmen has always been one of my favorite dispensaries because of the cleanliness of the facility, professionalism and friendliness of the bud tenders, and their patient centric business model. Because of recreational, the line was longer than normal but it was well worth the wait. My bud tender Denitza from my visit today was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was amazing and made me feel so comfortable while answering any questions I had with a smile on her face. My only disappointment was that I could not leave a tip for my bud tender's hard work! Besides that, I'd highly recommend this dispensary to everyone!

don't understand why more people can not be served in the facility. customer service was excruciatingly painful and lackluster. Felt rushed. Will come back because the bud is decently priced thought customer service needs work.

Ryan was my budtender and help my purchase an oz. He didn't try to talk me out of my purchase for a higher price. But he gave me an awesome recommendation on another strain that I actually like better! Good job Ryan. I'll be back for sure!

I like the way this place is set up so you have a personal bud tender walking you through the shop, answering your questions and then completing your order. Augist F. was my bud tender. Everything is awesome except the parking lot haha. It’s extra secure, you’re escorted in by an employee with a badge. And inside there’s an awesome Apple Store layout of all the products and merch. Everyone is so friendly from the security to employees. Mark took care of me and he was super knowledgeable and personable. IMO they carry a top tier of tree so I’ll go out of my way to get G3 and Willie’s Reserve. I do wish their hours were better, but other than that they definitely have the best selection of prerolls in the valley.

Sarah C was super helpful and really personable, she most definitely gets 5 stars! To date I have used other dispensaries in Mesquite, Nevada and Palm Springs, California. MedMen was my first visit to a dispensary in my home state of Arizona. I knew what I wanted but am always very open to guidance from dispensary staff. Sarah was meticulous about guiding me to exactly what I was looking for. She fully and in detail explained all options. Equally as important, Sarah was great fun to work with, while she guided me to my selection. Definitely a 5 star experience and I absolutely will be using MadMen in Scottsdale again! Denitza was great, very knowledgeable! They didn’t have what I came for but I’m from out of state, so she recommended an alternative product and I couldn’t be happier, now I can finally get some sleep. I travel to Scottsdale for work frequently and I will definitely make this my first stop when I get to town.

I generally detest corporate cannabis but I was thoroughly impressed by my experience today at med men. Victor gave me some free samples, love that for myself! I’m also pleased to report that all employees were wearing masks. As a medical patient, it’s important to patron businesses which promote public health and safety. Thanks Victor!
