Kyle was great! Helped me select some nice products. The location is very nice and the kyle knew everything about what they carried. The location is small, but they have a great selection and nice staff. This seems like a store focused on quality.

don't understand why more people can not be served in the facility. customer service was excruciatingly painful and lackluster. Felt rushed. Will come back because the bud is decently priced thought customer service needs work.

I had to wait for almost 45 min after being told it was going to be a 10 min wait and had to watch people who arrived way after me go before me it's located in a awkward spot and the service is terrible
