I am a huge fan of Monarch. It's such a clean facility and every staff member I've encountered has been knowledgeable and friendly. Jane is the person to speak with here. She really knows her stuff and has made some great recommendations for me. Monarch has a punchcard program where you can get 10% off your purchase but they send out 20% discounts once a month as well. Highly recommended overall!

Been to a couple dispensaries here since AZ went recreational. I was disappointed, nobody had recreational edibles, and if they did there was not much to choose from and if felt like a waste of time. That is until I can here. Victor was awesome! Not only did he help me find exactly what i was looking for but I did not feel rushed or like I was a bother to him. He was friendly and knowledgeable, reminded me of the fun times shopping in Cali. This is the experience I was expecting and so happy that I had. This is now my go to place. Thanks Victor!

Sarah C was super helpful and really personable, she most definitely gets 5 stars! To date I have used other dispensaries in Mesquite, Nevada and Palm Springs, California. MedMen was my first visit to a dispensary in my home state of Arizona. I knew what I wanted but am always very open to guidance from dispensary staff. Sarah was meticulous about guiding me to exactly what I was looking for. She fully and in detail explained all options. Equally as important, Sarah was great fun to work with, while she guided me to my selection. Definitely a 5 star experience and I absolutely will be using MadMen in Scottsdale again! I’ve been coming here since it was Monarch. Sarah and Alberto helped me today however I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. This dispensary is on the more expensive side however I keep coming back because it’s convenient and I adore the staff.Don’t forget to tip your bud tenders! There’s an ATM.
