Best flowers in the valley!

I've used this dispensary since it opened and it is always improving (not that it was bad). The medicine is generally top shelf and always tested. The prices are arguably higher then other places but the sales and specials offset a lot. The staff is generally speaking very knowledgable and always have a accurate recommendation for what I'm looking for. I will continue to use this as my only dispensary because they have everything I'm looking for, other than some kief or water extraction hash.

Loved it! Great staff, great store, great experience. The meds are terrific and I will definitely be stopping in again very soon.

super upscale facility, I actually enjoy the waiting room here compared to other dispensaries, never have to wait that long which is the best part. the budtenders are excellent at suggesting different flowers but the meds used to be alot better, still my fave dispensary.

This is the only place I will go in the Phoenix area. Always a friendly and helpful staff and everything is fresh.

I had Girl Scout cookies the other day, very euphoric and relaxing. Had a little sweet flavor to it too.

I first would like to start with great employees from the security, front desk and entire staff. This is the first dispensary I have ever been to in AZ and might be the first and last. Both gentleman from my first an d second visit new so much and were both extremely patient with me, this is all new to me. So as someone who ask a lot of question they both never got frustrated to me and only wanted to assist and sh me more things . So to have staff members like this is rare and I felt they really care about what they do and appreciate what they do. And today received a 20% discount what a great surprise! Anyways could keep going on but recommend and stay committed to Monarch. The 2 guys that help me , one was really tall and the other had short hair in lane 2 today. 5 star all around and very clean and comfortable. Great service!

I just received my card and I've driven past the building many times and never knew what it was. The atmosphere is inviting and professional and I had a great experience. Blaine helped me tremendously during my first visit, which can be a little overwhelming. He was able to help me figure out what would be best for me and I look forward to seeing him next time.

patient 2521 wow so dissatisfied. So the my 1st experience was nice .I came back today and got helped by this asian/oriental guy who seemed he like he could care less. I told him i was looking for sativas he said noting so i asked him for a suggestion. He showed me some buds really didnt say much . after finding two strains i liked he looked only for a sec and said sorry we dont have any more gram individuals when i felt like he didnt even really care to look . So i picked two other ones after asking if they were sativa strains. He said yes kind of quick blowing off the question. I get home took some meds and the effects were makinng me sleepy and drowsy the effects I did not want . So I went to the monarch's menu come to realize he sold me "Indicas" . Is there any way you can help me with this problem . help patient2521

So let me say I am not the easiest person to deal with and I applaud Monarch's staff's patience. After much research I can say Monarch is the premier location for meds. I've dabbed about 6 grams of shatter and it can compete with anyone's I've sampled, extremely clean, uber clear, and terped out ridiculously. I'm challenging them to nugrun exclusively OGs and Cookies for future batches, their flower stock for those strains are beautiful!! Keep it up!

I have been to Monarch numerous times. I find them to be very knowledgeable & friendly. The first time I was there I spoke to the owner who I believe is a physician. She actually gave me the name of a eye doctor who is sympathetic to patients who choose an alternative approach to treating their glaucoma. I also suffer from migraines & have found Monarch's recommendations to be be extremely helpful. I like that they reward you for being a loyal patient/client too.

We'll the medicine looked extremely good in their new microscope tool but it tasted absolutely terrible. They really need to take some tips from yavapai herbal services. Also how do I know I really go a gram? Do I have to go out and buy a scale to smoke weed here. Get scales, Trim and weight the weed if your gonna call yourself a dispensary, it doesn't take them long to do. If not call yourselves a marijuana shop.
