I went for Valentines day for the Baked bros BOGO deal I called the dispensary to make sure they had super lemon haze strain before I made the drive there and Courtney was rude After I did talk to the manager and he made everything better. I appreciate when dispensaries make a bad situation better and dont put blame on the patient. We are human we all make mistakes but what matters is turning it around and making it better and making the customer happy so the customer can return and spend her money there.

the "top shelf" flower smoked like it never was flushed properly. Expensive headache weed fosho.

Felt super rushed, wasn't shown around like at all other dispensaries.. kinda felt as if the bud tender thought I was an idiot for most of the time I was there.. probably won't be back

I remade a review bc I was going to never come back after that last one & the terrible experience that I had. I decided to one more time on 7/10 and the Budtender Jacob reassured me that it's not normally like that and it was just chaos from Covid and being busier than ever.He also explained everything to me about the deals strains and helped me save over 60$ in deals ! If only I could give 0 stars It’s been been since June 2nd and you still haven’t gave me my free pipe for first time patient ! I’ve been there multiple times and still nothing I have called and no one had called me back So I waste gas going from Santan to Mesa for no reason !!!!!!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER I will like the manager to contact me

Like the thief that shows you a real Rolex watch, then does a bait and switch for a fake one. Mint Dispensary pulls out a tray of ragweed for its recreational use customers, giving you a selection of a lesser product. As more dispensaries are permitted for Recreational use cannibis, quality will be a deciding factor for which dispensaries will get the most business. Mint had the opportunity to spearhead the market, but failed with the “back shelf/under the counter” bait and switch. I would find another place.

I’ve been going to the mint dispensary ever since it open they did their medical customers dirty bunk ass punchcards it sucks to because I was loyal to the mint I only bought my weed there NOT ANYMORE!

this is the only dispensary that takes forever to let medical patients in . All other dispos put medical patients first .

i went their today and got their 1 min before closing and i was turned away.. honestly very disappointed because im a regular patient and i think closing is at 9 pm if i got their 1 min before closing i should have never been refused to get my meds .

Wait in line, product in jars sealed like a salt shaker, pre packaged, top shelf not top shelf

Placed an order online, get all the way there to get in line just to find out they didn't have what I ordered. On too of that after standing in line for 15-20 mins in the heat, we find out the system is down. Bad business

So I Just did a curbside pick up for the first time it went smooth until I pulled out the parking lot and seen I didn’t get the free pre-roll for the happy hour so I called the guy from the front counter he said to come in and show my receipt I told him I did the curbside pick up because I had my boys in their car seats seats He said I had to show him so I had to park got down All just to be told that they don’t do happy hour on Wednesdays and it seemed weird because it’s not my first time I’ve been there ,I have went in different days different hours and have Received the pre-roll when in happy hour so yeah It was kind of frustrating To get down for nothing...smh

I love coming here and the customer service is nice and their chill.

Dishonest and unprofessional, I came in for the online advertise special my bud tender told me that it was for the following day and they did not even have the cartridges in the building. Once I got outside because I realized I totally could’ve been wrong about the add and double checked it then decided I should go in and speak to the manager who looked at me like I was a fool and continue to tell me that the Buy one get one cartridges were in fact in the back but didn’t have a sticker on them and she wasn’t going to honor the advertised online special. I felt belittled and there unprofessional manner makes me never want to go back
