The Mint Cannabis - Mesa (Med/Rec)

How hard is it to update your freaking Leafly menu?? Mint is ALWAYS like this.. You see something,, the leafly menu says it is available but "you can only buy this in the store only" and you go into store and the budtender says "I'm sorry we are out of that one"....

This dispensary is absolutely phenomenal with only the top notch bud. it is full of maybe I'd have to say it is one of the best dispensaries in Mesa definitely better than greenpharms try out if you're in the area or just looking for a new dispensary.

Standard G prices are high but the specials are frequent and amazing!!!

This is the second time I ended up disappointed after coming here. You see one thing online, but then you get there and try to take advantage of the deals that are supposed to be available and suddenly they say they're all out. I even called ahead this time because I didn't want the same thing to happen like last time, and I was told on the phone that every strain is on sale today because it's their Tuesday special. I'm still confused on why they have 5 different prices listed for that deal when they only have 4 tiers available.... but they specifically said all of the highest tier strains are available $125 per half ounce and that was what I was hoping to buy when I went there. I get there to buy the premium half ounce that I was looking forward to but they tell me that it's $175! I asked about the Tuesday special and they said there are only two strains for sale and those happen to be the lowest tiers, probably the crappiest stuff that they couldn't sell... why can't you get you guys get your management and your sales people on the same page?

They are taking to long and are pushing to many leafly orders instead of the lobby been waiting almost 2 hours and the store was not even busy the agents were slow an not seeming to the usual mint experience I have

Jeremy was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made sure i got the right product for my needs. The vibe of the place is very welcoming and was a very good chance of pace to what i am used to. I drove about 40 minutes to get here and will for sure come back.

Great dispensary with an even greater group of people working there! Donna was beyond helpful and such a sweet person. She really cares about helping the patients and that’s shown through how she does her job! The Mint is now my go-to

I realy loath going here,staff is rude, unknowledgeable on the product,its loud,the whole line thing is ridiculous,why not call ne back when your ready rather than stand there for 5-10 mins and you basicaly have to flag down a bud tender when there done to help you like your getting a beer at the bar. Ive been here 5 times, i was never offered the first-time patient deals and they wont give them to me even tho i never cashed in on them 10/10 id rather go to Bloom or Encanto Green cross.

Donna is 100% the best budtender ever! I've been there quite a few times but was never told I could get a discount for being local and always asks to stamp my reward card. It wasn't a one time thing either she always makes sure I get the most bud for my buck so Thank you Donna ps I'm going to buy that 2000mg black bar soon

This place couldn’t possibly care any less about medical patients. More than 6 hours since we put in our online order for cartridges and it’s still not ready for pick up. Taking my money elsewhere, this joke of a dispensary is no good.

I would give this place 1 star but the manager is pretty cool.. service I recieved on my first visit was unwelcoming to say the least. I left without a purchase ultimately because my expectations just weren't met. Tempe mint is alot better

very helpful and friendly staff! didn't rush me and answered all my questions and then some which is important because I just made the switch from opioids to mmj! thank you for the best experience so far and I've had some great experiences throughout the valley stores.

Just called the dispensary because I didn't see the item they were advertising on their deals list online. When I spoke to the associate they informed me that I would have to order it online. Before I could let them know that it was not available or wasn't showing up they hung up on me really bad customer service. I understand that it gets extremely busy, and can be hectic oh, but you really need to treat each customer as a priority. Especially medical patients. Needless to say I won't be going to Mint dispensary until some things change. So disappointing

I love this place? I've been coming here for almost 4 years and it's because of the staff. They are all so great. Since rec has become a thing I feel like the quality of the customers has gotten horrible. Some lady left her dogs in her car then complained about them and I had said to her maybe she shouldn't leave them in the car and she completely went off on me. I didn't say another word to that trash. I told dawna what happened and she was so nice to me. That lady won't deter me from coming back. The staff are the people that make the difference really. They always make me feel welcome and that's what counts! Love you guys! ❤️😊

Jacob was rad and helpful (sorry if I spelled the name wrong). He gave me honest details about different vape batteries I was interested in. Great people and great atmosphere. The 7 mile drive for me is worth it!
