I love this place

I love the people here. Dawna was absolutely great yesterday. She made sure I got the smokin deals that I was looking for!

I love the Mint, but today they let me down. i drove by this morning and I see the led sign outside advertising BOGO on Kief I go in but some no problema.I swing by after work cause you can't pass up a BOGO on Kief, the bud tender tells me they won't honor the sale price because the sign is broken. I was disappointed that they honor the sale in the morning and then they come out with excuses in the afternoon. Bad customer service.

Poor experience with pick up. Called multiple times without getting an answer, got out and waited in a longer medical line than rec line. Couldn't get curbside pickup at 8:33pm because I was 3 minutes late. Canceled order instead of waiting even longer

Why the mint using stock qrc codes for their $99 Jenny kush halves? Since the budtender said I believe it's high in thc I bought it and thought I'll just check the qrc code to see the results and all 4 8ths had generic stock qrc codes. What's the point of buying medical if there's no results?

Ever since the Mint in Mesa stopped about 2 months ago of daily giving away a free 420 pre-roll without purchase, I have found no good reason to return. They were unique among dispensaries when they did this, and I loved to go daily, get my pre-roll, and more than likely, buy some flower or a vape cartridge. Now, not so much. I recommend that they resume this practice. I am going to go there today to see how they are doing...I'll buy something so I can get a pre-roll with purchase. The best part of this store is the bud tenders working there. They are the best and most friendly. I love them, and they should all get raises. So my recommendation would restart up the free pre-rolls daily again. The Mint makes millions off their customers, so they can afford to give some of that back to the public...they need to remember that we are the reason they are in business.

My neighbor raves about this place. I will be stopping in today.

I don’t like the fact you have a sale on a brand wtf but don’t show anything online For that brand I call she tells me to come down there to Maybe/waste my time to see if you guys have what I want This isn’t the first week it’s been like this for a couple it’s bullshit There’s a reason patients buy online Unbelievable

Every person I encountered was friendly. My budtender just was not that knowledgeable when I would ask questions being someone new to the dispensary. I love flower and theres isnt in my top 5 of smell/taste/quality.

they give you free pre rolls everyday because of how horrible customer service is they have to give you some type of something to make you come back

computer system down, 2 hour wait, nobody knows whats going on or why the wait is so long. Clearly they are not able to handle the volume generated by a couple BOGO deals...Very disappointed

Never have gone in and felt like I was shorted for my cash. They're quality bud with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great new patient special too :)
