It think its convient if you got cash to spare. But I went there cause I wanted to get a free pipe. But I got denied twice. So thumbs down

Instead of making leafly more of a go to with this outbreak, they take it away and REQUIRE you to stand in line close knit with everyone. Why did they think that taking away leafly was a plus? I can do self checkout at grocery store, but with my weed their is no easy access without standing with the masses. This is BS. I'm looking for new dispensary that is smarter; and i have shopped Mint for 5+ years.

Just came to make a review to let others know about the god awful pre rolls here. Purchased their 5 pack for 20, a typical deal at dispensaries, and I received 2 different strains, J1 and Lava Cake. Both vastly different lineages and types of strains, right? Well, unpacking the pre rolls you would find a very almost fake green color flower. And I smoked both different strains, tasted the exact same. The high very light, the taste, dry, dirty, and cheap. Needless to say, never ever purchase Mints pre rolls. The budtender was nice, the experience quick, the weed awful.

No Leafly orders?? No menu to decide what to get before I show up.. Must come in knowing we are under social distance orders.. You guys just saved me gas money to come in && lost out on a huge chunk of money I was about to drop before our state is under mandatory quarantine.. Off to spend my money somewhere else No need to support a swayze corporation✌🏻

Been going here for more than 2 years, and they keep not having the deals that they advertise.

Management is horrible to deal with....... its come to the point where I tense up when they have to call a manager over. it's a bipolar experience..... I never know if they are gonna be happy and calm or amped up and irritated. I've seen Management belittle their Budtenders in front of Customers. This use to be my go to spot but the past few months... aside from the pandemic this place has really changed for the worse.

Only stopped in here twice, both times the bud tender I had seem irritated and like I was an inconvenience. Poor service

I used to be a regular Grow Science buyer, Patrick promised that if I spend enough that I could get a BOGO with their "420 card" on Grow sciences. They stopped carrying it for about a year and a half. I called back and actually got to speak to Patrick. He told me my BOGO expired and there is NO expiration date or limitations on my card. They straight up lied to me to get me to spend money, knowing the only thing I purchase is GS. They blatantly disregarded their advertisement and won't stand by their word. I would go almost anywhere else but the Mint. Their prices are high, WTF house extacts are garbage, and they falsely advertise and think it's okay.

This was my first time at any Mint location, I was excited because I had heard they have really good flower. I am a top shelf flower smoker and regularly buy Grow Sciences and equivalent from other locations. I asked the budtender for the best quality flower they had (whatever he recommended) as price was not a concern. What he gave me was 2 jars of HI-Klass 8ths that were harvested 8/21 and packaged 1/22 and was the driest flower I have ever purchased. It turned to dust in the grinder. While the service was good I would never purchase flower from a Mint again. Very disappointed they would recommend something so old and terrible as their “best”.

This was my Go To but I stay away at 8 am opening time the daily deals are sold out. Except for 2 flavors. When you do get an order on Leafly at 8:00 am by 3:00 P.M. your bag is pilleaged empty bag because the bud tenders go sack surfing. A bunch of little kids without supervision.😂😂😂😂 Place is a joke now

I didn’t see anyone wipe anything down the whole time I was there like 30 min? This is the 1st place that I seen not wipe ANYTHING down. I know it’s gets busy but regardless I’ve seen workers wipe everything down after every use.. I had stopped sitting in the chairs once I found out no one was wiping anything down..

The Mint (Phoenix location anyway) is getting away with selling AzCompassionateCare (TruMed) discarded throw away buds, at top tier pricing. That is false advertising and should be illegal. The last 5 batches that I tried via the mint, from their tiered flower, was nothing but a bag of SEEDS. Literally grams worth of seeds. When a plant begins producing seeds it has passed its prime and begins breaking down. They cannot get away with selling throw away buds at top tier prices! Blasphemy!

Was overcharged and didn’t catch til I was home. Called in about it and was only asked to bring receipt. Manager gave me a hard time trying to be refunded for product I was overcharged for and wouldn’t provide refund until I went home and brought back all purchases. Not apologetic for any of it and had an attitude like this was my fault. I’ve shopped here since opening and I will not be back.

40 min wait catering to leafly orders and then letting them add to there online order I lost more money Than I spent based off my wages.

The location is extremely small and there is never enough room in waiting room. I also tried calling to see what strains were available for the shake bags and the person on the phone refused to answer my question. He said he was too busy answer my question even though it would have taken him less time to just answer my question then it did for him to explain why he couldn’t answer my question.

Great customer service, and a wide variety of vape pen cartridges, and tasty flower

I ordered two strains of top shelf from "The Vault". I did not get anything remotely close to top shelf. When I opened them, it was crispy. No fluff, burns up quick and I paid $92 for a quarter.. All 4 jars were the same, horrible quality... Staff member, who helped me, was nice but not knowledgeable in the strain type I was requesting, which was just straight indica. I came out with Hybrid due to no Indica top shelf..

I've been to Mint Mesa 4x. The 1st time was cool (I was a 1st time patient) the 2nd time was ok (the guy ended up being friendly by the end so I decided to write a good review) the 3rd time I waited in the lobby for a min. with the girl just sitting at the desk not even trying to help check me in and the other guy walked away so I left and the 4th time... What I like is that they had good flower (per usual), but I disliked the customer service and the lack of care. I also didn't appreciate having to consistently remind her about my free pre-roll for my review and then "forgetting" to give me my review card back. When I visit some dispensaries, it seems like their happy to help and have a job. I don't get that impression from Mint. That's just my opinion...

Poor customer service I called to check on a daily special ...phone rang once and disconnected. I tried several times and no phone could to its to pick up and disconnect. I still drive by...and of course the item had sold out. If they would answer their phone I would have saved time and given a better review ...but if you’re are wanting to check something BEFORE coming you might want to try a dispensary that actually answers the phone

I have no problem with the dispensary itself other than the cafe I waited for a free Taco for 15 minutes to people went before me when they came after me and then the girl sees me and asked for my ticket and I say I already gave it to you she says oh walks away talks to another lady and they're both looking at me as to discuss it like lost and then I'll leave out I would never do mint dispensary Cafe again I won't even try it because of this that sucks big balls cuz I like the dispensary but I will not do their Cafe and will speak out against it always because of the poor customer service

Came in for the new patient special! very vague and doesn't tell you that you have to get the 1/8s for 35 and up. very disappointed and probably wont be back!

First time patient so.. got a free edible :) the staff was friendly and well informative. Definitely recommend this location!!! Thank you The Mint

This is my favorite dispensary for deals. Friendly staff. They play good music, but it's really loud so everyone has to shout over each other and all the noise gives me bad anxiety. The Leafly orders definitely get you out of there quicker. Recommend 💯
