whoa wtf is up with the staff here! I understand you don't wanna be here right now but dang yall made me never wanna come back ever again ..every other place was lit today..but I made mint my last stop because last year 420 was the best there but with everything else aside it was a sad spot today

I didn’t see anyone wipe anything down the whole time I was there like 30 min? This is the 1st place that I seen not wipe ANYTHING down. I know it’s gets busy but regardless I’ve seen workers wipe everything down after every use.. I had stopped sitting in the chairs once I found out no one was wiping anything down..

Been going here for more than 2 years, and they keep not having the deals that they advertise.

Only stopped in here twice, both times the bud tender I had seem irritated and like I was an inconvenience. Poor service

It think its convient if you got cash to spare. But I went there cause I wanted to get a free pipe. But I got denied twice. So thumbs down

I'm not sure how being a first time customer excludes me from their regular deals. Sure, I could get a free lemon cake worth $8, but I don't get a free ounce, worth a lot more, even though I spent well over $125, which is the deal I would have been eligible for had it not been my first time. Was not even allowed to get a student discount because I was a new patient. Never before have I been to a dispensary that does everything they can to avoid giving the discounts that they advertise to their clients. Absolutely will not be visiting this one again.

No Leafly orders?? No menu to decide what to get before I show up.. Must come in knowing we are under social distance orders.. You guys just saved me gas money to come in && lost out on a huge chunk of money I was about to drop before our state is under mandatory quarantine.. Off to spend my money somewhere else No need to support a swayze corporation✌🏻

I watched two different people leave the building and hand a portion of their purchases to different people parked in their parking lot....can’t say I’ll come here again

Management is horrible to deal with....... its come to the point where I tense up when they have to call a manager over. it's a bipolar experience..... I never know if they are gonna be happy and calm or amped up and irritated. I've seen Management belittle their Budtenders in front of Customers. This use to be my go to spot but the past few months... aside from the pandemic this place has really changed for the worse.

This was my Go To but I stay away at 8 am opening time the daily deals are sold out. Except for 2 flavors. When you do get an order on Leafly at 8:00 am by 3:00 P.M. your bag is pilleaged empty bag because the bud tenders go sack surfing. A bunch of little kids without supervision.😂😂😂😂 Place is a joke now

The Mint (Phoenix location anyway) is getting away with selling AzCompassionateCare (TruMed) discarded throw away buds, at top tier pricing. That is false advertising and should be illegal. The last 5 batches that I tried via the mint, from their tiered flower, was nothing but a bag of SEEDS. Literally grams worth of seeds. When a plant begins producing seeds it has passed its prime and begins breaking down. They cannot get away with selling throw away buds at top tier prices! Blasphemy!

This was my first time at any Mint location, I was excited because I had heard they have really good flower. I am a top shelf flower smoker and regularly buy Grow Sciences and equivalent from other locations. I asked the budtender for the best quality flower they had (whatever he recommended) as price was not a concern. What he gave me was 2 jars of HI-Klass 8ths that were harvested 8/21 and packaged 1/22 and was the driest flower I have ever purchased. It turned to dust in the grinder. While the service was good I would never purchase flower from a Mint again. Very disappointed they would recommend something so old and terrible as their “best”.

1. They don’t update their website 2. Unfriendly staff; attitude 3. Mold in the flower 4. Uneducated/unwilling to help 5. Left without purchase And I never write bad reviews but dang this was no bueno, I don’t recommend. :(

Was overcharged and didn’t catch til I was home. Called in about it and was only asked to bring receipt. Manager gave me a hard time trying to be refunded for product I was overcharged for and wouldn’t provide refund until I went home and brought back all purchases. Not apologetic for any of it and had an attitude like this was my fault. I’ve shopped here since opening and I will not be back.

The fact you don't offer pickups during a global PANDEMIC is a complete joke. You clearly only care about profits, you lost a regular customer with your careless decisions. The Mint should be shut down for spreading Covid19

TERRIBLE the line I waited in was over two hours still didn’t get my product there was a riot with security guards yelling regulation is AWFUL please go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

They never update their Leafly. Be sure to call in because they will have out-of-date deals and out-of-stock items. Really hard for at-risk to plan ahead of time to beat any rush or avoid people

been waiting an hour for an online it's called with the come in. What's the point of having an online ordering system if I have to go in and still have to go to the back to pick it up

waited in line 45 minutes to be told that rec users cant buy the canary cartridges although you can buy 5 grams of concentrate and the cartridge is .5 grams. doesn't make sense. pretty sure the mint isn't understanding the regulations properly. guess I'll try another dispensary

Highly Disappointed I paid $43 for a 8th of flower that was dry and very low quality could have found better on the streets dont bother in buying any Meds here definitely not coming here again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
