I will not be returning to this location. I like the smaller quaint stores and was referred to this one. I was browsing and asking questions and was unsure if I wanted to make a purchase. The guy that was helping me pushed me towards the Leafly menu because he didn't want to answer questions and deal with someone who didn't know what they wanted buy. Talk about feeling like I don't matter. I have not had that issue at the other location. I rather drive further for better service then return to that store. The girl who checked me in was way now helpful them him.

staff at this location is a joke they have a attitude and just want to rush people out the door I spoke with Garlet If I was a manager I would want her off my team as she has no customer service skills

very close to house, coveinient, budtender was great, bud was dry, not moist. Whole atmosphere was great, more personal than the other, that I love! my tenderbud😀was very patient with me as I am very picky.

I come to the Mint pretty much only now..its close,prices are really good compared to alot of others in the area. they are SUPER friendly and helpful. Always love the GREAT DEALS!!!
Love this place and my favorite bud tender Dawna! She the best with great service!😋
The leafly menu is NEVER up to date, even on items that aren’t on sale and are regular priced.
Y'all gotta do somethings for these ppl who actually paid and have a MC who are now having trouble picking up due to the lines we're now seeing. Website said its wasnt as busy being almost closing time so when I pull up..huge ass crowd outside waiting outside yet again. I waited all after work this last week and it's the same crap everyday.

I wasn’t expecting much when I saw how small this place is from the outside, but they make the most of their space. Helpful and enthusiastic staff, and an enormous assortment of freshly made edibles. It’s a little loud inside, and can get a bit crowded. The first patient deals listed are inaccurate—you only get a pipe if you buy flower, but I did get a free preroll. I’ll definitely come back just for the edible selection.

40 min wait catering to leafly orders and then letting them add to there online order I lost more money
Than I spent based off my wages.
so you guys can run every other special in the week.but not free weed friday. bunch of cheap a***. dont try to blam this on covid 19 lol. you guys are juat trying to save some money. pathetic. you should be helping patients not getting over on us

Only reason I rated a four star atmosphere is because it’s usually always packed, but for a reason. These people give out ridiculous deals that you won’t see anywhere else. The flower is either really good top shelf or low mids but is priced accordingly. Concentrates won’t disappoint either. Not to mention the point system for every dollar spent is pretty rewarding. FTP deal bogo on a quarter. All in all it’s a great experience and even more friendly staff makes it even more enjoyable. Thx Mint!

waited in line 45 minutes to be told that rec users cant buy the canary cartridges although you can buy 5 grams of concentrate and the cartridge is .5 grams.
doesn't make sense.
pretty sure the mint isn't understanding the regulations properly. guess I'll try another dispensary

Highly Disappointed I paid $43 for a 8th of flower that was dry and very low quality could have found better on the streets dont bother in buying any Meds here definitely not coming here again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I love everything about Mint!! Today, especially, I would like to mention Morgan. I had a very traumatic day, came in at the last minute for my meds. I explained that I was All in a fog due to the death of my son. Morgan came out and asked to hug me. normally, with this Covid-19, I would have said no, but the fact that a perfect stranger made a point to try to brighten my evening with a hug, was priceless. These are the kind of people that you want working on your side. Thank you Morgan, you made my night a little better. And thank you Mint, for employing this kind of person. I'm always greeted with a smile, from everyone, great personalities and a great selection. go see the awesome budtenders at Mint

I ordered two strains of top shelf from "The Vault". I did not get anything remotely close to top shelf. When I opened them, it was crispy. No fluff, burns up quick and I paid $92 for a quarter.. All 4 jars were the same, horrible quality... Staff member, who helped me, was nice but not knowledgeable in the strain type I was requesting, which was just straight indica. I came out with Hybrid due to no Indica top shelf..

Came in for the new patient special! very vague and doesn't tell you that you have to get the 1/8s for 35 and up. very disappointed and probably wont be back!

I've been to Mint Mesa 4x. The 1st time was cool (I was a 1st time patient) the 2nd time was ok (the guy ended up being friendly by the end so I decided to write a good review) the 3rd time I waited in the lobby for a min. with the girl just sitting at the desk not even trying to help check me in and the other guy walked away so I left and the 4th time... What I like is that they had good flower (per usual), but I disliked the customer service and the lack of care. I also didn't appreciate having to consistently remind her about my free pre-roll for my review and then "forgetting" to give me my review card back. When I visit some dispensaries, it seems like their happy to help and have a job. I don't get that impression from Mint. That's just my opinion...

The location is extremely small and there is never enough room in waiting room. I also tried calling to see what strains were available for the shake bags and the person on the phone refused to answer my question. He said he was too busy answer my question even though it would have taken him less time to just answer my question then it did for him to explain why he couldn’t answer my question.

I would like it if they had '1/8ths only' properly marked. And if you have stuff in back, but not available for at the counter sales, and only for pre-order, then it should be marked on the app as such as well. Would prevent customers from being disappointed. Otherwise, I love The Mint
