I don't really don't do this but Im gonna do this cause I feel disrespected after spending what I spent in here. My budtender sold me on a SHANGO BOGO 1/8. What I got was one SHANGO 1/8 and one 1/8 of bottom tier house flower in a SHANGO jar not sealed. I go back up there and speak with the budtender and who ever the manager guy was there. They both agreed it was not the same product. The manager guy walked off and the budtender said sorry about that I don't know how that happened so I'm gonna replace it for you and you can keep the open Shango jar with their bottom tier house flower like he was doing me favor. False advertising it a difference between Shango and Mint bottom tier flower. Nobody could tell me how this happened makes me think it was done intentionally probably never going back!

Highly Disappointed I paid $43 for a 8th of flower that was dry and very low quality could have found better on the streets dont bother in buying any Meds here definitely not coming here again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I probably will never return to this location again. Guy at station 8 had a bad ass attitude like it’s not a bunch of dispensaries in Arizona AND cheaper than mint. I won’t never go there again.

The medicine I purchased from the Mesa Mint Dispensary was good. The dispensary is clean, and the people are nice and energetic. The reason I gave the service three stars is for this reason: I purchased a half ounce of flower from the "deals" list that I viewed on #leafly priced at $89.00. Because I did not have the financial means to purchase something that was regularly priced, I am no longer eligible to receive the "first time patient special". The advocate who was helping me said "If I didnt use it today I would lose it because she did not have a way to notify the system that I didn't use it. She made me feel pressured to spend money I did not have to get to receive the #FTP special. I have went to a few other dispensaries, and all was able to provide me with the option to use or save my discount.

waited in line 45 minutes to be told that rec users cant buy the canary cartridges although you can buy 5 grams of concentrate and the cartridge is .5 grams.
doesn't make sense.
pretty sure the mint isn't understanding the regulations properly. guess I'll try another dispensary

Very pleased with how they are handling the current health situation going on. Arrived around 9 a.m. and they have moved the waiting room area to the front outside lot with plenty of space to be by yourself. Called us in one by one. All employees are sanitized and gloved. I did not feel uncomfortable during any time of my visit. Very easy and thought through! Thank you for being open for your patients! Stay healthy.

Everything is great here with one exception! They need a dedicated online/call waiting line because how it’s set up now, patients that wait in the dispensary are bypassed by call in orders...not cool! So if you’ve been patiently waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes, someone can pull up, after you’ve been there, place an order in the parking lot, and they will get ahead of you, which would be fine if they had a dedicated line, or just handled the order at the window like other dispensaries! Not the case, so far however!

The Mint In Tempe used to be my go to. I have moved to Mesa and must say that you should avoid this dispensary. Go to jars harvest or kind meds lol
1.) there is no pick up line. The only dispensary in the state without one. Makes preordering totally pointless.
2.) the menu, is never ever correct. I went in for a half of MSG with some back up “gold tier” in mind. I get there and there is one choice and it was definitely not “gold” quality. More like some small bug, PGR boof
3.) lack of card readers. You can claim it’s not
Compliant but every competitor does it. It is very possible.
4.) no organization, employees just stand around and act as if they are doing you a favor. Some are nice but many are condescending. Many of your clients know much more about the plant then you.
5.) all deals on flower run out by afternoon….
This location used to be great, but now the bud tastes bad, the employees keep getting weirder, and the prices keep going up. Keep shopping around, you will find better prices and quality elsewhere.

Crazy deal on kief every Saturday! I'm not sure if it's every single Saturday, but the mint has a bogo deal on kief when its oink you priced at $10 a gram to begin with. So essentially $5 grams of kief and you can get free pre rolls or flower on top of you spend more than $100 bc on Saturdays's, the day they usually run the kief special, you can also pick any other deal of the week! Always a ahort to medium wait < or ~10 min. on average, friendly staff, premium products. Just do it

Came in for the new patient special! very vague and doesn't tell you that you have to get the 1/8s for 35 and up. very disappointed and probably wont be back!

Love it! It’s literally less than a half a mile from my home!!
This is my favorite dispensary for deals. Friendly staff. They play good music, but it's really loud so everyone has to shout over each other and all the noise gives me bad anxiety. The Leafly orders definitely get you out of there quicker. Recommend 💯

I wasn’t expecting much when I saw how small this place is from the outside, but they make the most of their space. Helpful and enthusiastic staff, and an enormous assortment of freshly made edibles. It’s a little loud inside, and can get a bit crowded. The first patient deals listed are inaccurate—you only get a pipe if you buy flower, but I did get a free preroll. I’ll definitely come back just for the edible selection.

I've been to Mint Mesa 4x. The 1st time was cool (I was a 1st time patient) the 2nd time was ok (the guy ended up being friendly by the end so I decided to write a good review) the 3rd time I waited in the lobby for a min. with the girl just sitting at the desk not even trying to help check me in and the other guy walked away so I left and the 4th time... What I like is that they had good flower (per usual), but I disliked the customer service and the lack of care. I also didn't appreciate having to consistently remind her about my free pre-roll for my review and then "forgetting" to give me my review card back. When I visit some dispensaries, it seems like their happy to help and have a job. I don't get that impression from Mint. That's just my opinion...

This place was amazing when it first opened. For the last year it’s been the only place I go. The crew was great and super friendly. However, it has gotten busy obviously but that shouldn’t affect customer service. Really sneaky about pricing all the sudden. Will not be coming back again.

I was absolutely humiliated! I'm permanently disabled and spent over a half hour walking to their location in pretty bad pain, trusting Mint would treat me well. I arrived as a 1st timer and was called to the back. I wasn't able to afford flower of a higher tier(theres 3 tiers) so I inquired about the least costly tier, asking about the FTP special. I was told the special didn't apply to the lowest tier, which is fine. So then my interest was just to purchase a single $8 gram of flower, with no interest of the FTP special...I was denied a single $8 gram. I was told I could only buy from the top two tiers and cannot purchase from the bottom today.... So I left with nothing. I've never been denied the ability to purchase medication from a dispensary.

I will not be returning to this location. I like the smaller quaint stores and was referred to this one. I was browsing and asking questions and was unsure if I wanted to make a purchase. The guy that was helping me pushed me towards the Leafly menu because he didn't want to answer questions and deal with someone who didn't know what they wanted buy. Talk about feeling like I don't matter. I have not had that issue at the other location. I rather drive further for better service then return to that store. The girl who checked me in was way now helpful them him.

I would like it if they had '1/8ths only' properly marked. And if you have stuff in back, but not available for at the counter sales, and only for pre-order, then it should be marked on the app as such as well. Would prevent customers from being disappointed. Otherwise, I love The Mint

I ordered two strains of top shelf from "The Vault". I did not get anything remotely close to top shelf. When I opened them, it was crispy. No fluff, burns up quick and I paid $92 for a quarter.. All 4 jars were the same, horrible quality... Staff member, who helped me, was nice but not knowledgeable in the strain type I was requesting, which was just straight indica. I came out with Hybrid due to no Indica top shelf..
