They never have stock for medical patients … since Arizona legalized recreational use they completely threw quality and allotment out the window. It’s essentially first come first serve and the lines are in favor of recreational users NOT medical oriented don’t really seem to care or have an issue with the fact that they are almost ALWAYS out of stock of the majority of items and lack a good balance of Sativa, Indica, AND Hybrid. . I paid almost $400 for my medical card and all I get for it is “I’m sorry we’re out of stock “ “sorry we don’t have any control of what’s ordered” “sorry due to the abundance of recreational response all we have is venom” NEWSFLASH venom f*{^{ing sucks. And no one likes it and only buys it for the price. Which is another point none of the quality I’ve received is worth the amount I’ve had to pay for it AS A MEDICAL PATIENT. I thought I was in favor of the legalization but it seems like the quality, abundance, and customer service surrounding it has taken this biggest plunge and there isn’t anything we as the consumer can do about it besides leave a review. I hope management takes their head out of their arse and prioritize the stock/inventory to better suit the field of customers their receiving.

Was welcomed by friendly greeting then was quickly serviced by a very informative bud tender who really made sure I saved some money!

The mint has changed :( Went there a couple times after not going there for a bit and wow.. the vibe is not how it used to be. I'm not greeted by the front desk. I really am not judging but some of the budtenders do not seem ok, like they literally look like they are on something... and i'm not taking about weed. The place looked like closing duties have not been done for forever. The budtenders did not seem like they are there to actually help you, just to sell you whatever they can and get you out the door. Are ya'll even training them on your products anymore? I used to take pride in going to the Tempe Mint but now it seems like they put all their energy into the PHX location and completely neglected Tempe. Even my dad said the place was NOT the same as it was a couple years ago and he used to love you guys!!! Just my opinion. Ya'll can do better if you wanted to. Shit i'll still come for those free street tacos though lol

I received an e-mail from Leafly advertising Wyld gummies Buy one Get one free. I called the Mint dispensary and they said they had no such promotion. I told them I had an e-mail from Leafly showing the promotion. They were very rude and told me they would not honor the promotion.
