This place sucks. Another monopoly in the state of Arizona. Most likely this place does business with the cartel.

Very professional and understanding of individuals. Also very cool that location is in township of Guadalupe. Way to go Yaqui's!

this is by far one of my favorite dispensery by far every time you come in its like home always greater nicely and great service and the first time visit was great to can't go wrong with some free gifts

Great place, staff are friendly. Variety is one of the best I have seen in AZ. I think the staff could be better educated. I don't think I should know more than your employees.

Omar M. was so kind and helpful! I was waiting for a little longer than usual to be called up and when I asked for help, Omar didn't hesitate. He helped me get bomb flower and walk out with a handful of prerolls and goodies. I dont normally go to dispensaries on this side of town but ill be making time to come by again!

Horrible in honoring new patient deals and promotions. And the manager has horrible customer service, and does not value the patients at all. Looks like he just works from his computer "desk" down on the end in the left corner, and is ready to tell patients whatever answer that will get them to hurry up and get out the the door. Just because your the "boss", dont forget there is the REAL boss over you! You work in a medical marijuana dispensary, " why you mad bro?". I wouldn't be surprised if patients do not come back, at least not as often. I know I will not.

It was my first at this dispensary and it was an awesome experience people were real nice made me felt welcomed the person who attended me was super friendly very knowledgeable and and asked me questions to know what he could suggest he also gave me a couple pointers to make my experience with cannabis even better so definitely going back again

I've gone here several times for Thursday's K.I.N.D. cartridge deals, which K.I.N.D. advertises as 50% off. This is the second time I've seen Mint's ad offer only 30% off. It's currently posted on K.I.N.D.'s website as 50% off April 30th (today). Last time they had a discrepancy the manager honored the advertised 50% off. Today they will not. Someone get your shit together. I drive almost an hour to this shop. No longer.

Might seem great by appearances... if what you want is a fun entry way, this is your place... they carry all the positive weed vibes BUT if you're looking to conduct business with a professional company... you're out of luck here for sure!!! Please don't ever call, they hate it so they won't help you and they'll make you feel dumb for even trying (pretty sure you can hear their eyes roll when you ask for assistance). Also, don't look for deals or items in stock on Leafly or on their site... they don't update anything or have anywhere you can look (again please don't call) ... the buttons are all pretend and no one cares anyway. These people are toooooo stoned to conduct good business... hard pass.

I’m sorry to write this, because I’ve shopped at the Tempe store since the beginning of rec sales and spent plenty of money there. On Wednesday, I ordered the Grow Sciences Secret Triangle rosin for pick up and a little while after I received the text stating my order was ready, I got one from a different number saying they were out of that and would be replacing it with Sour San Souci, to which I replied I do not want that, but would consider a Drago. No other texts from either number. I looked on line and the Secret Triangle rosin was still there. At the drive through they actually tried to sneakily give me the one I said I did not want! They tried to give me a different one yet, then they actually let me drive away to make the purchase at Jars! Meanwhile, right now, on Saturday, that rosin is STILL ON THE MENU! I absolutely have no idea why they would wish to not only lose my business on Wednesday, but probably pretty much forever. Clearly there was something sketchy happening.

Ordering ahead is a joke - you still have to wait in line with everyone else just to pick up your order. So take your chance waiting in the drive thru or just order ahead somewhere else if you want convinence because this place isn't it.

Will NEVER return to Mint, very shady business. Before the release of their Grow Science rosin, I called over to see if they had released it yet. They weren't sure, and left me on hold for FIFTEEN minutes with no answer. A question like that should take no more than a minute or two to figure out. Days later, I see they added all the rosin strains to their Leafly menu and decided to wait a few days and stop in during the weekday morning so I could get 20% off. I figured out the strains I wanted on Leafly in advance and double-checked to make sure they were still available and drove 30 minutes to visit this morning. They were out of the first strain though their menu said they had it, so I decided to go with the second strain I had in mind that they still had on display in-store. The budtender went to grab it from the fridge, and came back only to tell me they were out of that one also, despite also being available on Leafly. I wasn't about to compromise on one of the other strains when I'm paying top dollar for concentrate, and decided to ask for a manager to try and reconcile the issue. He came over and didn't seem to take any responsibility for the mistake, and gave me a gram of dried up popcorn in an attempt to make up for the problem. This place needs to get their practices in line, and I will never recommend any patient spend money at this trash dispensary.
