My first visit this place had quality product and great, professional customer service especially in the front office but after checking the store's Facebook page I was completely disappointed in the post I saw objectifying women. It's things like this that perpetuate the "lowlife, sleazy drug user" stereotype that as a female cannabis user I find offensive for multiple reasons. If that's the kind of business this place is then I will be taking all my future business elsewhere. Keep your free pre roll for this review because I will not be coming back there and I will not be recommending this place to anyone that I know .

worst experience ever i drove a hour away to wait in line because my bud tender had no idea what he was doing will never drive for the dispensary again or even mention mint to people will let people know to avoid mint
This is my second time here and both times was with a light skinned guy with curly hair. When I say he cared less about my needs and my meds I couldn’t emphasize it enough. #1 your job is customer service so instead of rushing each individual out the door maybe explain a few things about the products your selling. He seemed irritated that I kept asking about different flower, had that “hurry it up bud” mentality. This use to be a friendly dispensary. Then he made it seem as though I’m being cheap, when god knows things are pricey at the moment. Love the products but can’t say I loved the experience at all. And I’m not a picky person, I actually hate leaving reviews. But when someone rubs u the wrong way TWICE, something needs to be said.

the lady who answer the phone on 6/28/17 around noon time was very rude and pushy I was just inquiring about 1st time deals. Won't see me here.

I normally go other places but since it's my first time why not... I got my deal thank goodness. I went home excited to smoke and it did not do its job. I feel like it's over priced, I got the same strain I got somewhere else and it was way better. In my opinion customer service was good but I don't think I'll waste my money on overpriced weed that in my opinion was not cured correctly

Been coming here since they opened and I am never disappointed. Even their "budget" strains are sticky and potent. Customer service is always on point. I've been here dozens of times and not once has there been a long wait. In and out in 20 min max, and I always leave with a smile on my face.

Very knowledgeable staff. They seem to care about the patient. Their speacial are awesome. The $25 1/8 are better than most of the top shelf meds I have had at other dispensaries in AZ. Go there now!

Came in for a Goldsmith syringe but gave me a "dabaratus". Bought 2 grams for early bird special, came out to be dry. Been here multiple times, WTF carts were on sale but didnt get my discount for 2.

I've been shopping Mint for YEARS. i consider it my "home bar" until now. How many products can you find inside a Mint store? well, according to Leafly's online menu, there are exactly 143 products and none of them is a joint. So Mint, it's been a special journey, but you can keep your free tacos and t.v.'s, and call me if you ever get back into the business of stocking patient meds without the Walmart vibe. I don't need a Mustang, I need pain relief at a reasonable price and accessible. Your staff is amazing, until you burn them out. What's your attrition rate again? 🤔 it's not them, it's you.

Really efficient new dispensary!! Great prices, great staff, thicc and juicy bud. Thank you Amy for helping me finally find some good edibles. The Marijuana Dew is really yummy and really potent.

Well organized, clean enviro, friendly staff. They were busy, forgot to double check my doob tube, I called and talked to them. Went right back and they took care of me-no problems. Make time to check when they're specials are, because if you're in a hurry, because when they're busy, they're busy! However, they have more than enough hands on deck, so it's ran pretty legit!

This place is amazing!! The bud and shatter are always such a great quality. The staff is so friendly they really make you feel welcome! Also the prices are really great
won't return until they offer pick up again. only dispensary in town to discontinue online ordering, instead of encouraging it as the other dispensaries are. clearly, mint only care about one thing, and it's not the patients. you all should be ashamed. smh.
I agree with a few post here, you should be doing online ordering like everyone else during this time. Regrettably, you are risking me, and those that have other health conditions. I hope the owner of Mint and their all stakeholders understand and value their patients.

Bud tenders seem bothered when you ask them to help you find something. They regularly (like... weekly.) advertise products they don't have in stock. The security guard is rude as hell and thinks she's being funny but honestly is just obnoxious. I hate going here for any reason. They are always out of everything. The ONLY time I will go here is when then have a BOGO or discount on one of my favorite products, but then 70% of the time, they don't have the item in stock. i walked out last time even after waiting in line becaise they were out of stock of an item they were advertising.

I usually go to another place, but I stopped here on my way home because I heard decent things. When I got home and opened my half oz, which I’m glad I got on a first time deal, was dried and didn’t even need my grinder. This was their Northern Lights. I’m not sure I’ll be back. It didn’t even smoke that well. I’ll probably just smash it down into a keify substance and use it to dust an oz from Nature’s Medicines.

I bought what was supposed to be top shelf and what I got was old dry weed that crumbled into dust with no smell or taste. When u buy top shelf u expect good flower not dust. When I called to complain they basically told me fu*k off and that they do NOT stand behind their product.

If you are thinking about using mint dispensary, I would caution you to think twice. If you are considering mint dispensary drive thru, I would dissuade you completely. Tonight, I visited the mint drive through for the 4th or 5th time, I use this for the convenience. Tonight, unfortunately, the level of ineptitude was off the charts. Issue one; I ordered $161 worth of pot products, to align with mint’s Friday “deals”. I ordered several BOGO edibles, BOGO carts, and some flower. The deals: spend $125 get an edible, spend $150 get a free cartridge. Great I rang my bill up to $161 pretax. Unfortunately, I am a rec patient. The drive thru bud tender said I get to choose one or the other. Second issue, they over charged me by 20 dollars, I explained the price was wrong and my total should be about $206 with tax added in, but they insisted on charging roughly $227. The drive thru attendant wanted nothing to do with this error… He informed me it was illegal to open the paper bag to check my order. The third issue was the discrepancy in price. I ordered several BOGO edibles, and they did not take those off the receipt. In the end, I paid for the “Bogo” chocolate bar. Apparently, mint does not want you to get the correct products or verify products. just move you along as fast as possible. After being unresponsive to my issues, I was forced to go inside. Inside I was told I could only get a $20 dollar credit to my account, no further considerations for their own errors. I was informed; to get a cash refund, I would have had to bring all the product back into the store. I cannot begin to express my displeasure in mint. In the long run, I paid an extra $20 dollars, and missed out on a free edible. It is going to be a real shame if I give them a second chance and $20 dollars is not credited to my account. But that seems far-fetched after tonight. There is zero customer service at mint. After tonight, it lacks convenience as well. If you take one thing from my review, Check your receipt. Check your bag. It is bad enough the prices they charge, without “in error” ripping you off.

I paid premium top tier prices for a gram of flower and got popcorn buds again. The buds on display always look so full and healthy, but the ones I seem to always get look small and weak. I am so let down by mint. I doubt I'll go back.
