The Mint Cannabis - Tempe

I usually go to another place, but I stopped here on my way home because I heard decent things. When I got home and opened my half oz, which I’m glad I got on a first time deal, was dried and didn’t even need my grinder. This was their Northern Lights. I’m not sure I’ll be back. It didn’t even smoke that well. I’ll probably just smash it down into a keify substance and use it to dust an oz from Nature’s Medicines.

I bought what was supposed to be top shelf and what I got was old dry weed that crumbled into dust with no smell or taste. When u buy top shelf u expect good flower not dust. When I called to complain they basically told me fu*k off and that they do NOT stand behind their product.

It was very busy, waited 20 minutes to get in the back only to be stuck in line for another 40 minutes. I personally won't go back. Quality was good, didn't blow me away but good. What got me was that they don't include tax in the price, ok but name brand items are priced the same as other places and tax is not added yet. Don't go for concentrates cartridges or anything like that you will pay more. Flower prices were normal after tax.

I agree with a few post here, you should be doing online ordering like everyone else during this time. Regrettably, you are risking me, and those that have other health conditions. I hope the owner of Mint and their all stakeholders understand and value their patients.

If you are thinking about using mint dispensary, I would caution you to think twice. If you are considering mint dispensary drive thru, I would dissuade you completely. Tonight, I visited the mint drive through for the 4th or 5th time, I use this for the convenience. Tonight, unfortunately, the level of ineptitude was off the charts. Issue one; I ordered $161 worth of pot products, to align with mint’s Friday “deals”. I ordered several BOGO edibles, BOGO carts, and some flower. The deals: spend $125 get an edible, spend $150 get a free cartridge. Great I rang my bill up to $161 pretax. Unfortunately, I am a rec patient. The drive thru bud tender said I get to choose one or the other. Second issue, they over charged me by 20 dollars, I explained the price was wrong and my total should be about $206 with tax added in, but they insisted on charging roughly $227. The drive thru attendant wanted nothing to do with this error… He informed me it was illegal to open the paper bag to check my order. The third issue was the discrepancy in price. I ordered several BOGO edibles, and they did not take those off the receipt. In the end, I paid for the “Bogo” chocolate bar. Apparently, mint does not want you to get the correct products or verify products. just move you along as fast as possible. After being unresponsive to my issues, I was forced to go inside. Inside I was told I could only get a $20 dollar credit to my account, no further considerations for their own errors. I was informed; to get a cash refund, I would have had to bring all the product back into the store. I cannot begin to express my displeasure in mint. In the long run, I paid an extra $20 dollars, and missed out on a free edible. It is going to be a real shame if I give them a second chance and $20 dollars is not credited to my account. But that seems far-fetched after tonight. There is zero customer service at mint. After tonight, it lacks convenience as well. If you take one thing from my review, Check your receipt. Check your bag. It is bad enough the prices they charge, without “in error” ripping you off.

Really efficient new dispensary!! Great prices, great staff, thicc and juicy bud. Thank you Amy for helping me finally find some good edibles. The Marijuana Dew is really yummy and really potent.

First time here.For a new place you would think you were getting fresh flower. LOL not so much, flower is actually labeled from another dispensary called "level up" It was SO dry it turned to dust in my grinder! Total waste of money.....I won't be going back

Well again Mint shows why CS is so important, after calling to verify Venom deal travel to Mint to be told its not a deal today. Wow ok. Last week Mint would not honor the $50 Bogo card, its their card. You spend $50 and get a mark off. Full it up and get a slab Bogo. But guess what they don't have slabs. So you make a Bogo card for a product you dont have. Last week she, Zamy, tried to cover with 7 wtf grams for 85. More then its suppose to be, but guess what they are out of venom, so let's punish your customers for your issues. Then after telling me this I go checkout,cashier needs her approval, goes to get it and Zamy raises the price 15. I go back to her and she says yea sorry forgot to tell you. Back to this week. They have venom but are not honoring the deal. Aviod this place like the plague. Past review: Sadly after a year of great service, one sour mornings attempt to speak with a manager left me avoiding this place. 1st call, put on 15 min hold, tried again, 2nd call, asked to tell why I needed to speak with a manager, after issue with service was not enough info. 3rd call told would be placed on short hold, 20 mins later, tried again, 4th call Vince was put on and told me to tell him our I would be place on long hold again and each time till I told them why I wanted to speak to a manager, classy move. 5th call Tried again, this time when asked for a manager, Vince just hung up, then on next call claimed I hung up on him. 6th attempt, placed on another hold.... This is how you treat a 2 time a week patient that has been shopping here for over a year, thank you. Will not be back.

The quality of the flower is poor. The buds were dry and stale. The concentrates were very tasty, but again their price to quality ratio was off. I tried the dispensary twice in April and was disappointed both times.

Bud tenders seem bothered when you ask them to help you find something. They regularly (like... weekly.) advertise products they don't have in stock. The security guard is rude as hell and thinks she's being funny but honestly is just obnoxious. I hate going here for any reason. They are always out of everything. The ONLY time I will go here is when then have a BOGO or discount on one of my favorite products, but then 70% of the time, they don't have the item in stock. i walked out last time even after waiting in line becaise they were out of stock of an item they were advertising.

This is a recreational location only, so if you have your med card say goodbye to ordering or trying to buy from here. Thanks for wasting a 30 min drive just to not pick up my order.

I use the drive thru at this location. Bud tender always super nice and helpful. That doesn’t help that the product is absolute trash. I don’t know why I go here lol it’s so ghetto. If you want boof at an average price this is your store. Never have I seen “ outlet” products on a dispensary menu. Just say it’s garbage like all the item 9 crap. You guys are not into cannabis you’re into money and that’s it. It’s to bad places like this make the entire mmj program worse. These products belong in the garbage. Item 9 is a joke.

I called Tempe they told me to hold and instead hung up on me, this has happened multiple times and I fucking hate how I can’t get any information from them. Mesa location 3xs better 10x better service and always helpful and informative.

It's a big NO from me! I went in for FP deal (novo flower or wax; choice of Grinder or pipe- and all I got was a free pre-roll. I kept seeing the special on leafly and last visit I overhear them telling another patient about special. So I ask why did I only get a pre-roll, they say special has changed (which it has to INCLUDE more variety) but essentially called me a liar and that was not the special two weeks ago. Walked straight out- will not be getting another penny from me. I can get shitty pre-rolls anywhere. Your pricing and product need a step up as well.

The FTP brought myself and a friend in, but I’m not sure I would return. The $50 8th’s I purchased were not impressive. The Sherbert was very dry and the effects weak. The budtender kept on forgetting stuff for our FTP deal (BOGO and pipe). The bargain bin looked like it had potential, maybe?

The mint is an excellent dispensary and I can usually find what I am looking for and have rarely had any issues with my experience. However, here are two recommendations I have. 1. The quality of your flower needs to get better. I realize that a lot of people are into vape, dabs, edibles etc., but many of us that are into the traditional ways of using Marijuana are getting left out at The Mint. You should upgrade your quality of flower! I find it is usually very dry and definitely not as strong as advertised. 2. I know you can't control the quality of your customers but it can get sketchy at times with some of the folks that frequent the Mint. The Mint staff need to realize that some of us are regular people with jobs and live normal lives. I don't want to hear extremely loud music of any kind nor listen to (basically junkies) come in and are loud, obnoxious and really are coming to abuse the privilege of a Medical Marijunana card.

They have a great selection and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I love the in and out fast service as well. The girls in the front are also super sweet!

I love it best place ever

Well organized, clean enviro, friendly staff. They were busy, forgot to double check my doob tube, I called and talked to them. Went right back and they took care of me-no problems. Make time to check when they're specials are, because if you're in a hurry, because when they're busy, they're busy! However, they have more than enough hands on deck, so it's ran pretty legit!

This place is amazing!! The bud and shatter are always such a great quality. The staff is so friendly they really make you feel welcome! Also the prices are really great
