The Mint Cannabis - Tempe

If you are thinking about using mint dispensary, I would caution you to think twice. If you are considering mint dispensary drive thru, I would dissuade you completely. Tonight, I visited the mint drive through for the 4th or 5th time, I use this for the convenience. Tonight, unfortunately, the level of ineptitude was off the charts. Issue one; I ordered $161 worth of pot products, to align with mint’s Friday “deals”. I ordered several BOGO edibles, BOGO carts, and some flower. The deals: spend $125 get an edible, spend $150 get a free cartridge. Great I rang my bill up to $161 pretax. Unfortunately, I am a rec patient. The drive thru bud tender said I get to choose one or the other. Second issue, they over charged me by 20 dollars, I explained the price was wrong and my total should be about $206 with tax added in, but they insisted on charging roughly $227. The drive thru attendant wanted nothing to do with this error… He informed me it was illegal to open the paper bag to check my order. The third issue was the discrepancy in price. I ordered several BOGO edibles, and they did not take those off the receipt. In the end, I paid for the “Bogo” chocolate bar. Apparently, mint does not want you to get the correct products or verify products. just move you along as fast as possible. After being unresponsive to my issues, I was forced to go inside. Inside I was told I could only get a $20 dollar credit to my account, no further considerations for their own errors. I was informed; to get a cash refund, I would have had to bring all the product back into the store. I cannot begin to express my displeasure in mint. In the long run, I paid an extra $20 dollars, and missed out on a free edible. It is going to be a real shame if I give them a second chance and $20 dollars is not credited to my account. But that seems far-fetched after tonight. There is zero customer service at mint. After tonight, it lacks convenience as well. If you take one thing from my review, Check your receipt. Check your bag. It is bad enough the prices they charge, without “in error” ripping you off.

It was very busy, waited 20 minutes to get in the back only to be stuck in line for another 40 minutes. I personally won't go back. Quality was good, didn't blow me away but good. What got me was that they don't include tax in the price, ok but name brand items are priced the same as other places and tax is not added yet. Don't go for concentrates cartridges or anything like that you will pay more. Flower prices were normal after tax.

I get covid has put a strain on everybody but you guys are using that excuse to the max... no phone orders! Walk in on by no lobby so everybody has to be in the Arizona heat!! They set up some seats where everybody was sitting right next to each other?! Where is the social distancing ? Very disappointed, this dispensary went down hill..

I've been goin to mint a long time I've spent well over 1000 Bucks and ive gotten Great deals on my points but of late I feel like there quality has gone down hill a bit especially the staff experience. For instance i got an email saying if i go in today ill get a free preroll after i had already been there and left so how come the budtender didn't mention it? also they started doing the punch system again and i was totally oblivious to it and i actually was the one who asked about it and she was like o yea. Seriously? Kinda makes me not want go back but i like it there they just need to up there experience and get better fire on the $25 1/8 cause the choices got a little wack.

Well again Mint shows why CS is so important, after calling to verify Venom deal travel to Mint to be told its not a deal today. Wow ok. Last week Mint would not honor the $50 Bogo card, its their card. You spend $50 and get a mark off. Full it up and get a slab Bogo. But guess what they don't have slabs. So you make a Bogo card for a product you dont have. Last week she, Zamy, tried to cover with 7 wtf grams for 85. More then its suppose to be, but guess what they are out of venom, so let's punish your customers for your issues. Then after telling me this I go checkout,cashier needs her approval, goes to get it and Zamy raises the price 15. I go back to her and she says yea sorry forgot to tell you. Back to this week. They have venom but are not honoring the deal. Aviod this place like the plague. Past review: Sadly after a year of great service, one sour mornings attempt to speak with a manager left me avoiding this place. 1st call, put on 15 min hold, tried again, 2nd call, asked to tell why I needed to speak with a manager, after issue with service was not enough info. 3rd call told would be placed on short hold, 20 mins later, tried again, 4th call Vince was put on and told me to tell him our I would be place on long hold again and each time till I told them why I wanted to speak to a manager, classy move. 5th call Tried again, this time when asked for a manager, Vince just hung up, then on next call claimed I hung up on him. 6th attempt, placed on another hold.... This is how you treat a 2 time a week patient that has been shopping here for over a year, thank you. Will not be back.

Love, love, love this place!!! Super nice staff, excellent prices, wonderful buds!!! I haven't been able to find a place to really stick too, but I'm sticking with you guys!! Keep it up!! 😄✊

This the second time where someone who seemed very new who was working the leafly checkout. The bud tender was going very slow and then also tried to pull from the regular line ahead of leafly and I am like um hello leafly order right here in front of you! I’m all for learning but I feel like you shouldn’t work leafly if you are still learning. The bud tender today’s also didn’t put the stickers on the individual items like all the other times I have been there and also tried to send me home with a bag that was not closed shut it just had the receipt stapled to it. I had to mention this and whoever was helping him (manager I’m guessing) had to explain why it needs to be stapled. Please have fully trained bud tenders working leafly pickup counter. Last time was almost as bad with how long it took and how little the bud tender knew what he was doing.

Well I went here since I just got my car. Y’all offer the deal of spend $40 and get a free small dab rig. Didn’t honor this in store. Then told me the glass I was buying was $10 for piece and $2 for bowl, I didn’t look at the receipt because I trust people. Get home, friends wife is saying she doesn’t like the Mint for X, Y and Z so I looked at my receipt and sure enough $10 for piece and $15 for bowl... hmm 🤷🏽‍♂️ I won’t be coming back here forsure.

Nothing to write home about, fairly new dispensary so I assume they need time to settle in. Pretty much all around mediocre.

They are all very friendly. The flower there is amazing and they always have great deals.

I walked in and right away Edwin helped me he gave me great customer service showing me all the products Mint offers. Edwin had patience for me which I appreciate because I had a lot of questions about liquid medication he answered all my questions and offered me education. It was a wonderful experience. The flower he recommended was delicious I felt great. This was a great experience and I love my new free pipe.

Bummer when updated Leafly menu is wrong and you wait in line forever and not in stock. 😥

Great place. Everytime I come thru, they never disappoint. Staff is knowledgeable and aways friendly. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

First time visit, i got more of a walmart-ish vibe. The quality of bud and concentrates was below average, especially for the pricing. The new patient deal wasn't too bad for what it was, the free pipe was nice. My budtender was chill, but he didn't know much about any product. Probably won't be back unless they invest in better product and consultant education.

Good selection and prices. All of the budtenders I've met are awesome and really helpful! :)

This place rocks .. spicy was a great help and fun to talk to.

Lowkey a reggie dispensary I drive from west Phoenix wasted my gas

I came in about two weeks ago. It wasn't my first time in, and my budtender(Peter) was extremely helpful. I got some bud and one of the 1,000mg Korova brownies. Highly recommend trying one of the brownies! I ate one third of it at a time, spaced a few hours apart until it was gone and I had a blast

love the service will be coming a lot more

Really like this dispensary just started going in over the last couple weeks! They have really good specials and really competitive prices on all of their inventory!
