Dude didn’t greet me or nothing kinda just looked at me with a blank look like wtf do I want then I ask if the 3 jars on display were the only strains from vault he’s like yeah that’s all we have then I look at homeboy at the other register and he got like 6 different jars. The problem here is dude didn’t seem happy about his job he almost got punched in the face. You gatta show the patient what’s good Bust out the shits don’t just stand there with your thumb in your ass I would’ve got a bunch more shit but dudes vibe was just irritating the fuck outta me my first visit was dope came in with a smile left with a smile other then shitty service y’all shop is dope as tits

So don’t go the mint they do the ol bait and switch went there for the special they emailed an hour after they opened and it was not busy and what do y know the great deal they offered was gone but u can get a similar for an extra 30 bucks bait and switch dishonest and the people who work there are pretty fat

came here for the "first time patient deals." these people are definitely con artist and know how to keep you entertained while racking up the $$$ on your receipt. I was told about the $40 BOGO tier i was interested in, and when the receipt was rung up, miraculously it ended up being $70. they throw out bullsh*t pricing/numbers to get you interested. definitely saying a lower price point, and when its rung up it jumps up $8-$15 dollars. I will NOT be coming back.

For starters, the dispensary itself is pretty cool, unfortunately my first experience here was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary. I placed my order online to be picked up. After placing my order they promptly got in contact with me letting me know they did not have one of the two items I ordered, and asked if I wanted something else, so I gave them my second option, and they proceeded to tell me my order was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival I fill out the necessary first time of paperwork then go back to pick up my order. They tell me they cannot find my order but not to worry as they can just grab the stuff for me again. After I tell them what was in the order, they tell me they haven’t had one of the products in a few days, and do not have the other item that I ordered either. Waste of time. Probably won’t be going back.

I got a nice grinder.Their selection was weak.I only had 40 dollars.All I could choose was their 25 dollar tier and their 35 dollar tier . Unfortunately they only had one strain in both tiers that's just weak.Long story short I got their gromulan 1 quarter for 38 bucks.I will not go back unless they become the only dispensary left in the valley oh yeah the gromulan smokes o.k It was like that good reggie.

I’ve been here once or twice for the BOGO deals, which are nice; however the customer service beyond the first check in desk is an absolute disgrace. I walked in, was told to step down to a register where I was ignored for about 10-15 minutes. About 8 or 9 employees standing around doing nothing but talking, and watching, while the “working” clerks called everyone around me. Some of the “tenders” looked me in eyes purposely, just to call the next walk-in customer(I would’ve been gone already with my online order). I shared looks with other customers whom were also puzzled as to why this was happening, but went ahead anyway. I would suggest management cleans house of the hipsters and the “idgaf” attitude Thursday night crew. These people obviously hate their lives, or their jobs, either way I will never shop here again. No way. This place can be open 24 hours and I’d still stay away from it. Lots of places to spend your money, where they will treat you as a valued customer, not as if it’s the only place in AZ you have to go.

This place hasn’t changed, literally every positive review you see is a reflection of a free preroll program they have. Don’t believe the positive reviews because this place sucks! Two people test positive for COVID,.... hmmmm and they’re still open with no changes to their procedures, yeah I wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot pole....

Great location, even better staff and superb buds. My go to location, and would definitely recommend. Being a picky smoker this definitely suits my needs

I was reluctant to come back cause my 1st experience was horrible. Boy am I glad I did, my visit on 9/8 was great and felt like a whole new atmosphere. Sam took care of me. He walked me through everything visually which I really appreciated. Unlike some budtenders he didn't make me feel pressured and let me go at my pace engaging in conversation to make me feel comfortable. The next day I sent my girlfriend and 3 buddies to go see him. Thank you Mint for the awesome experience I will definitely be back to see Sam again. Get this man a raise please! 10/10 Experience

If you value your time and patience go somewhere else. Management could care less about you they just want to make money.! No respect for online orders! Worst Dispo I’ve ever went to!!!

Mint puts recreational patients way ahead of med. Line moves at double the speed and they waive through far many more rec patients to the DA’s, if you’re a med patient I’d avoid unless you want to wait around forever.

I bought an ¼ flower from Item 9 that was dry and and when powder like. I immediately walked back in to Mint on baseline showed the manager the product and was told there's nothing he can do about it. I spent $90 and its the day after Christmas. Mint has a grinch manager who left his paying customer severely unsatisfied! Never coming back last a good paying customer.

I stopped in for my first time deal and got grape ape and ghost og (off the bottom tier) and this bud is better then most other dispensary top shelf. I will defiantly be back even though I live 45 minutes away. Worth the drive!

I went in the Mint almost 2 weekends ago. I was happy about the first time patient special, I gotta free dab bong with purchase of a gram of wax. I found that the flower was super duper dry which is my biggest complaint. I plan on going down there tomorrow so hopefully the flower is not dry like it was the last time, because if it is, I don't know how often I will be going there for flower. Staff was very nice. can't wait to see what's up tomorrow on 420!(:

I've been to several dispensaries around the valley and I can say without a doubt that Mint is the best. From the atmosphere to the product to the value, it's all top-notch. And the employees are phenomenal - I've always felt like they're there to help me get what I need and make sure my visit is a pleasant one. If you're looking for a dispensary to call home, go to Mint.
