I've been to this location a total of four times and the only good experience I had was my FTP visit. My following visit consisted of a drive back on my courtesy and then I was told I would be compensated and never was.. I went back to give it another shot, not only was I turned down a compensation I was then overcharged. Long story short I'd say this place is hit or miss

Called to ask about their menu and the receptionist hung up the phone. Why would I want to come in and shop if you guys can’t even answer a question. I’ll let the owner know.

very nice and friendly staff, great location. I just received my card Saturday, and they are the first dispensary i ever went to,and i wasnt disappointed, i bought .5 gram of some terp sauce, and .5 of some shatter and it was superb, and for first time patients when u buy a gram of concentrates, gets a free glass rig, cant beat that, I forgot my bud tenders name but she had long dark hair super friendly, and knowledgeable,will definitely be going back again.... and again..... and again

I got lucky, This was the first dispensary I ever went to. I walked in and the staff is friendly, the service fast and efficient, and the vast array of products can take care of anyone's needs. I've been to other dispensaries closer to my home expecting the same level of service and staff, only to find out I definitely got it right the first time. It's for sure worth the drive. I was an alcoholic for 10 years and got cancer that grows out of my nerves, I couldn't drink anymore and needed something to deal with the pain, I was never really a stoner, I was around it but never really partook because I was a drinker. I've never felt better and the staff here helped me from finding the right strains to manage my pain and keep me grounded to trying out syrups mixed with non-alcoholic beer just to alleviate some of my social awkwardness. I've never had a bad experience here but I got shout out to Tom and Peter, these guys are the exact people you wanna buy weed from. They really take a sincere approach to the medical side, they're attentive and you get the feeling their right by your side for anything new. It's always nice to feel like a friend

I walked in and right away Edwin helped me he gave me great customer service showing me all the products Mint offers. Edwin had patience for me which I appreciate because I had a lot of questions about liquid medication he answered all my questions and offered me education. It was a wonderful experience. The flower he recommended was delicious I felt great. This was a great experience and I love my new free pipe.

this place has that fire! everyone is super friendly and helpful. I got a free shirt, lanyard and pipe on my first visit. definitely recommend

I was reluctant to come back cause my 1st experience was horrible. Boy am I glad I did, my visit on 9/8 was great and felt like a whole new atmosphere. Sam took care of me. He walked me through everything visually which I really appreciated. Unlike some budtenders he didn't make me feel pressured and let me go at my pace engaging in conversation to make me feel comfortable. The next day I sent my girlfriend and 3 buddies to go see him. Thank you Mint for the awesome experience I will definitely be back to see Sam again. Get this man a raise please! 10/10 Experience

Placed an online order on your site. I received a text telling me my order is ready only to come in and me told they are sold out and my order was replaced with something I didn’t order. Stay far away from this place.

I've been a medical customer of Mint since it opened. Now, they are recreational only and have abandoned their medical customers. Piss poor customer service. You've lost me as a customer!

This the second time where someone who seemed very new who was working the leafly checkout. The bud tender was going very slow and then also tried to pull from the regular line ahead of leafly and I am like um hello leafly order right here in front of you! I’m all for learning but I feel like you shouldn’t work leafly if you are still learning. The bud tender today’s also didn’t put the stickers on the individual items like all the other times I have been there and also tried to send me home with a bag that was not closed shut it just had the receipt stapled to it. I had to mention this and whoever was helping him (manager I’m guessing) had to explain why it needs to be stapled. Please have fully trained bud tenders working leafly pickup counter. Last time was almost as bad with how long it took and how little the bud tender knew what he was doing.

Everytime I got here, the customer service is horrible, I always feel rushed, I bought a gram of their “top shelf” and is not what I expected at all, it was shit, $15 for a gram, and didn’t even get me medicated, the WTF cartridge I got is way to harsh, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Came in for my first time from Glendale today and was seen pretty quickly . the security was kinda rude and the budtender was some help but seemed to rush me . I saw online that first time customers get bogo on flower and a free pipe . I asked if I would be getting the free pipe and he said I would be , so I figured he put it in the bag without me seeing since I was looking around at the same time . I go to my car and look in the bag and there was no pipe which was very disappointing because I felt like I should have gotten it especially since I asked to be sure .

Great location, even better staff and superb buds. My go to location, and would definitely recommend. Being a picky smoker this definitely suits my needs

I bought an ¼ flower from Item 9 that was dry and and when powder like. I immediately walked back in to Mint on baseline showed the manager the product and was told there's nothing he can do about it. I spent $90 and its the day after Christmas. Mint has a grinch manager who left his paying customer severely unsatisfied! Never coming back last a good paying customer.

Drive thru rips you off and they have an incentive to do good reviews, this place is overrated and trash. They charged me rec even after seeing my med card in the drive thru and then when I made another online order they made my order and it was completed but when I went in they swapped it for a more expensive one saying they ran out of what I ordered even though it was confirmed to be packed and ready. Their budtenders clearly play favorites and they’re sketchy

This place rocks .. spicy was a great help and fun to talk to.
