Great customer service and selection!

Our favorite location on the eastside. My wife and I always have great conversations about all the new and old strains sold at this location. Super informative and just happy nice people. Also the ipad set to view the products is awesome. Thanks for the great service and store Novel Tree!

Awesome experience. Doorman was lil older guy, very welcoming and laid back. Suzanne was a pleasure to have as a budtender as she explained a few of the top % thc strains to me. Went for an Oz of sasquatch for 240.00, Thought that was a steal for I-502 stores! I liked the design and layout. A chill clean Amsterdam style wooden cafe. With the Cheapest prices and best staff in Bellevue hands down!

I'm from Bellingham. I've come the Novel Tree twice on two different occasions. On the first occasion, I don't remember the person's name, but they were very disinterested in selling me, anything really. First thing he asked me was "What do you want?" And I told him I was looking for a Sativa dominant hybrid, and I asked for Pearl Scout Cookies from Fireline. He rang me up, handed it to me, and simply said "Bye," before walking away. The second time I came in was more recently. Different person helped me this time. I walked up to the counter, told the person I was looking for a Sativa dom hybrid. He gave some good recommendations, until I finally decided to go with Starwberry Banana (as it was also recommended to me by a friend). However, I later discovered that Starwberry Banana is an Indica dom hybrid.

Top NOTCH Got the Sugar Black Rose very invigorating good for the pain from spinal cord injury gsw trauma and all that comes with it whew i needed that .

Great place! The people are very friendly, helpful and it's very clean. Most of the strains I have bought here were great quality and had nice highs or were great for medicinal purposes like high stress or body aches.

Best prices in the area! This is my go to shop because their prices great! I highly recommend this shop!

Friendly staff - discrete and convenient location.

I absolutely love it there. It's high end service, and high end products. I'm always greeted with a smile from beginning to end of transaction. The budtender is always engaging and friendly. It's probably my favorite spot other than the prices not being very competitive. You pay for quality and its well worth it.

Make sure u weigh ur weed. Because if it's short, novel tree won't do anything about it. So buyer be ware. My quarter I bought was two grams short. There yet to do anything about it, I don't think they are either

Soooo, in my opinion they do the best with this app, updating daily, and accurately. The transparency of what's available from what I've seen, is a plus. The prices listed, are the price when you checkout, although taxes are not included on prices listed. Its my preference to have the out the door price listed. Personally I'm a fan of the deals, good deals daily! Anytime you can get good smoke at a rec store for 9-12$ a gram, someone is being nice. One bad thing, they don't accept cards! People are awesome, place is always full of smiles and eye contact, good talkers and open to questions! Definitely a classier joint ;)

This is the place to go if you are looking purchase more than a gram or 2 (or in old terms; a dime bag). You are going to spend more money per visit, but you will get a better price per gram and will not be visiting has often. The atmosphere and quality of service what you would expect if you are spending a good bit of money has well. Overall a nice place.

I've visited this place twice now, and both visits were excellent. My only gripe (and a minor one) is that their selection listed on Leafly doesn't always match what's available on the menu in-store. The selection is big enough that this hasn't been a problem so far.

I love coming to the Novel Tree! The staff is very knowledgable about their product and the customer service is top notch. I've only been there 4/5 times and the guy at the door always recognizes me. There are definitely other dispensaries that are closer to my house but I will drive out of my way to buy from the Novel Tree!!

I love the Novel Tree!! Such a friendly, organized, and clean environment. The workers are very helpful, my personal favorite is Matt. He always helps me pick out the perfect flowers or concentrates for how I am feeling, and it always ends up being a great pick! Shout out to Matt for always making the Novel Tree an easy and fun experience by sharing knowledge and personal experiences to help match what I am looking for. The Novel Tree is the second recreational shop that I've visited. I think that it's pretty obvious that I'm completely out of my depth, but the staff is non-judgmental, patient, and incredibly helpful. The prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to the other shop that I visited. The store itself is comfortable and welcoming. Thanks, guys, for a great experience!

Very nice little shop with a great staff. I felt very welcomed and the store is very clean and the business feels very professional. We got the mini brownie edibles, which were very tasty and did the trick. I'm a once/month user, if not less so 1.5 brownies to start was perfect. I'll be returning soon for some more goodies. Have been to The Novel Tree a few times, and have had great experiences every time. Sarah and Evan helped me today, and both were extremely knowledgeable about not only what the marketing says about each product, but had personal insights to share as well. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted, and they gave me 4-5 options that fit my criteria. Great place!

Ive been to all the shops in this area. And this is the best. Super friendly, and i never feel like I'm not engaged in making a good decision with my purchases. The menus very consistent and I've yet to be told the strain i picked was out of stock. This is after multiple visits,and at different times of the day as well. And best of all, is a large variety of cannibis in different price ranges. I even bought some cheap shake and made powerful cookies.

This is the first shop I went to when I turned 21. Their prices and unbeatable also, I'd like to give A big shout out to the outstanding staff! I purchased Aliens on Moonshine and GDP. I HIGHLY recommend Aliens on Moonshine!

this was my first legal shop since I lived in Virginia and it was perfect! I had no idea how spoiled I was until I finally visited other shops, but the service here is top notch. Whenever I've asked for a recommendation their choices have been immediate favorites.
