My favorite dispensary out of the three in NWA. Very nice packaging, leafly pickup available, super friendly staff, with around 5 counters to make the trip quick. In addition, its the most inviting dispensary as well; plenty of security, but without the heavy steel door separating the customer from the product, it just makes it a much more relaxed experience. Releaf also seems to update their stock almost daily and offers awesome deals, (20$ off an 1/8th for example.

PS.We’ve received many great products from this dispensary with acceptable service. Please read the following —> I discovered mold on a bud included in an eighth recently purchased from The Releaf Center. It was around then I came back to The Releaf Center to have my suspensions confirmed. Upon being introduced to the budtender, withholding the name out of courtesy, showed the moldy bud. To paraphrase in his commentary said things like “it’s just really frosty” and “even if it is mold it’ll only get you higher”. Sadly this couldn’t be farther from the truth as another dispensary owner confirmed the mold. For the safety of my fellow medical marijuana patients please note: Weed mold of any variety isn’t safe. Many molds contain penicillin which if allergic inhaling would have severe results. Others contain mycotoxins which don’t burn away, but instead continue producing spores in moist environments (like lungs). I’ll end simply by saying just because someone works in the health profession doesn’t mean their looking out for our health. To The Relief Center- I did not appreciate being lied to and my girlfriend does have a severe allergy to penicillin which makes me worry for people who trust others at their word. Had I, she would be in the hospital right now.

After ordering online and driving 40 miles, the website said the desc kush was 23%. When I arrived it was 20%. So I cancelled half my order.

My trip to the Releaf Center was my first time to a dispensary. It was in a beautiful location, the building of the dispensary was rustic and so pretty. I felt very calm and comfortable! Which, wasn't what I anticipated. The staff were all very kind and informative. It was a professional setting and I was very please with my overall experience!!! I have and will continue to recommend other patients here!! I will say that for people with cancer, especially patients on chemotherapy, it's very difficult to see them sit outside, and waiting in the insane heat. The fans offered were great, but it's still a far cry for some people, and their illness!

They're always helpful with any questions I might have. They give recommendations on their products and it's always been a pleasant experience when I've come here. It's like a happy club atmosphere.

Need lower prices, especially on concentrates.

Can’t say enough about my experience there. Friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to make people feel less discomfort while the long lines were growing and the patience of some was thinning. They took it all in stride and did everything they possibly could have done to make this possible for all of us! Prices are a bit high and lines are long. Could we really expect anything less? Its just the start. Once things get all worked out long lines will fade and prices will drop. Again so grateful! I can eat without puking and if i do puke in the morning i can do something about it quickly!! Nausea was my main concern followed by pain and depression. I have exactly what i need to help them now and legally!! Keep up the awesome work! We are all applauding you!

Friendly and personal staff even in extreme opening conditions. Made sure customers had water in the heat and allowed a local vendor to sell ice cream for the patients who had been waiting. Prices are well priced for area and large selection of quality products. Had a small mistake on my transaction, but the management made a note on my account for follow-up and immediately remedied it. Inside interior is very well modernistic and large display monitors help customers know the products as they go in. THIS is the type of store that Arkansas needs and matches closely with the design and expectations of stores similar to this in other states.

It’s a far drive in any direction for myself at the moment. Went on opening day wasn’t able to get in but I knew that was a possibility but didn’t make it suck any less. These guys made up for it. They didn’t have to but they did will the sales and everything they always have going on. Not only that it’s the little things like having water just to hand out. The last visit I had been needing to put tape or something over my card to prevent issues as some have had. Yeah they took care of that as well an laminated my card. Once again didn’t have to but they go above and beyond. They have earned my business and will be a customer for life.

I am so glad this center has opened. It's been a long 3 year wait in our state. The budtenders are helpful. The staff in general are so nice. The product choice is pretty good. Hopefully the AR cultivators will have more choices in the future but for just starting out its not bad. I'd like to see Gummies that have a 1:1 cbd thc. Those work well for pain management through the day.

Made my first purchase today, and it was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first dispensary experience, so I don’t have anything to measure it against, but this was everything I thought it would be and more. If you can, I highly recommend checking it out.

The staff was incredibly polite and courteous. Though extremely busy, they were organized and efficient. the quality of the product is really dictated more by the rules in Arkansas, but the selection was amazing. I am looking forward to the state moving into the 21st Century and updating the rules so that growers may take advantage of hydroponic and aeroponic technology.

Its is an awesome place but they have started putting limits on some of the products and I feel the is wrong u should be able to get wht u want

Stood in line for over 5 hours, but once inside it was awesome. I would love for this place to become my second home, but those prices most definitely will have to come down. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Will be back for sure!

I was in and out within 15 minutes!! The entire staff is very kind and I really like the atmosphere of the dispensary. The price was reasonable for the lower tier cannabis, but the higher tier cannabis is definitely too pricey. I’m excited to see the prices drop and for the selection to become more inclusive!

Ordered online, got to store didn't have my order. Sold out of product that was on a confirmed order that was ready for pickup.I never received a notification other than my order was confirmed and ready for pickup. Not the first time this has happened. What's the point of ordering online if you sell the product to someone else anyway?

Been shopping here since they opened. Word of caution: Check the THC content before you walk out the door. They have repeatedly advertised a certain percentage and when you pick it up it's varied down to 6% less than what we ordered. Not an accident, this is the 6th time it's happened and they won't even call back to discuss it after saying they would. That's just bad business practice. They tried telling us THC content didn't really matter that much and it was no big deal really? Hmm that's not what their prices reflect. Check it before you leave!!! Caveat Emptor.

I'll try it out again when I'm not paying 70 dollars for a half gram cartridge. I can get 1 gram cartridges now for 35, and they're real and cheaper. Here's to hoping 1) prices go down as more supply comes in, and 2) competition will cause prices to plummet. Thank goodness I can't grow anything here yet, as it's still illegal to do so :)

Prices are high but with high demand right now it’s what you’d expect. 50-80$ for cartridges. Waited in line the first day they opened from 830am-200pm.
