There's nothing bad to say about this place. You may enter with a frown but by time you leave, you have a smile. Friendly workers speaking to you. Very helpful and want your feed back. Store is in a class of it's own so far. Keep up the great work!

I knew they'd be out of the $25 deal by the time I got there, so I made a delivery order the moment they opened (I literally refreshed the page until it accepted the order). I was assuming it would be delivered within 2 hours, as advertised. On the 2 hour mark, I got a call that they were just then preparing my order & that they were out of what I ordered. I've never had a bad experience here but this really rubbed me the wrong way, especially considering other dispensaries are considerably cheaper.

It's a no-brainer that dispensary prices will be higher until there's more competition in NWA. Other than paying 4x's higher than CO and both coasts, Releaf's quality can hold it's own to those guys. The bud tenders are well versed in medical benefits and the staff was very helpful. P.s. I haven't heard of a dispensary that answers a phone, but good deal with the online menu for folks 4 hours away.

I was so pleased with the ReLeaf Center. They provide one on one customer service. The employees are so kind and can help find the best product for you. I knew nothing going in there, gave a brief summary of my issues and what I did and did not want to feel like. The employee was so helpful to me, I didnt feel rushed, or judged. Thanks ReLeaf for your great customer service and knowledgeable employees. I would highly recommend this center and will be a returning customer.

Very nice play to go. First time and was overwhelmed with how well together the place was. I drove from Fort smith to bella vista. Very much worth it.

Excellent setup and Leafly price updates. Picked up a Pex3 for flowers and asked it’s features and asked about a flower grinder to with it, he said sure and by the time I got home, no grinder to use my new Pex3. Also I didn’t get to ask if cleaning kits and adapters were stocked all the time. Good visit just could have use more time from me being old school

Everyone was super friendly and helpful in anyway they could. Even though there was a line they were as quick and efficient as they could be getting people in and out. Not sure if this is gonna be in the future for you guys but an addition that could be beneficial and help with positive customer word of mouth would be having onsite strain experts to help customers in the lobby as soon as they walk in the door. That way during their wait time they could be educated a little further on the strains to find the perfect medication need and the check out process would be more efficient for the bud tenders. Just a thought but thank you guys so much its really appreciated.

The guy behind the counter told me my amount owed was 140.00 plus tax. The receipt was in the staples bag. When I got home it was 312 dollars. I’ve called for 2 days and no one answers. I had to travel 50 miles each way. The guy I did business initials is (JB) “morale of the story is check your receipt before ya leave the store”.

1st time at this location. Everybody was very nice a knowledgeable! I will defineatly be going back and using this location as my source for medicine! Thanks for a great experience!!!

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable in which product might best help me. Expensive, but what I bought should last me a long time. And truthfully, I haven’t bought anything since my high school/college days! Haha!

Friendly staff, nice location, and beautiful drive, however delivery is unreliable and manager does not take accountability for it when it fails. I am disappointed, I've been very happy with this dispensary until today.

Banana magic was dry. Just bought the 2 limit special 1-15-21 didn't expect this strain to be dry it burns up.

I’m a new patient but so far this place has the best deals and consistent quality. I saved $75 on my “first time patient” visit. ReLeaf is now my go-to in the NWA area. :)

Prices are still crazy high across the state but they have the best prices so far. Price still needs to come down across the board especially for concentrates.

Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would say check your product before you leave as multiple times i have received edibles so hard you cannot chew.

After ordering online so that we could receive expedient service, we showed up on August 14 to pick up our order and the parking lots were so full and the line so long that we had what looked like a very little chance of getting in to pick up our order by the 6:30 closing time so we had to just give up our order and drive 20 miles back home. It was hot and too far for my wife to walk to the shop. We are older and a two hour line wait is too much for a good deal on a couple joints worth when we made it so easy for you by ordering online. We spend a lot of money here, but maybe we need to shop elsewhere, where if you have a pickup order they attend to you quickly. We have always enjoyed doing business here until now. We are glad you had an outstanding sale day.
