You have to come in with a plan because most of the budtenders don’t know what to recommend. If I ask that I want a body high I don’t necessarily have to tell you that I want indica. I know it’s indica I just want your recommendation of the best strain of what I need to feel. Tend to my needs. When it comes to weed the budtender should be able to pick what’s best for the client needs. Overall, they have a great variety and you can get discounts.

I've been going to this dispensary since it was medical, it was my first dispensary I've been to and that was over nearly 5 years ago! The employees here are knowledgeable and friendly, I would drop names of the coolest guys and gals but they're all great :D The selection(varieties of strains and companies)/quality and pricing are far superior than Seattle shops and so many other dispensaries around. The amount of flower and oil selection are high and both affordable and rewarding! Bless your families! Lake Stevens class of 2011 Stay high homies🤙🏼

This is by far the best pot shop I have ever stepped foot in. Everything is on display neatly, great atmosphere. Katie is seriously the greatest budtender I’ve ever been helped by, she’s always so cheerful and happy to see everyone and has never left me disappointed. The only minor downfall I would say is they sometimes have things left on display that they no longer have in stock which can be a little frustrating at first, but they always recommend a second option that’s always fire. I highly recommend checking them out!!

Trash. I've had multiple issues when it comes to their pricing, especially for medical patients wit recognition cards. Even though they're not a recognized store, I've had bud tenders give me different prices on multiple occasions. Sometimes I get no sales tax from a bud tender with my card. Sometimes I don't. Today, a bud tender decided not to tell me a certain amount of a product wasn't available. Instead charged me regular price on two eighths. I told em fix it but of course instead of satisfying the customer they had to argue the issue. I've been to many places and this ain't ever happened so don't bother. This place bogus as fuck. The only bud tender in there that's koo is the black dude. Appreciate the business tho. Get y'all shit together.

Used to be my favorite shop. but recently the quality has dropped tremendously and i can say ill never be back. They will hire any jo blow off the street and expect them to do a job that requires experience. i usually drop about $400 everytime i stop in. There was a girl that worked there, she had long dark hair nd tattoos, i believe her name was Noe, she was by far one of the best budtenders ive ever worked with. Jessica and Trevor are my favorites as well but i never see them anymore. everytime i stop in now, it feels like there is tension in the air and everyone seems grumpy. sucks that this place took such a drop in quality. Guess i need to find a new shop.

Having worked in retail for two Fortune 100 companies, I understand world class customer service better than most. Upon my trip to The Vault in Lake Stevens, Lucas Cook provided nothing short of that. I was greeted the moment I walked in and served throughout my experience. Lucas was knowledgeable, fun, and a great salesman all around. Lastly, when I pulled out my money and realized I was 50 cents short, before I could even run out to my car he had grabbed it out of his pocket and told me no worries. I've been enjoying coming to The Vault for over a year now and I continue to come because of people like Lucas. -Chris

I have been here a few times now and the other day proved this place is amazing! My bud tender Donald was so helpful! The customer service was some of the best I’ve ever had! He actually showed me products in the cases that were absolutely amazing. And I can’t forget about William! His pre-roll suggestion was spot on! He was extremely respectful and his jokes are priceless! For sure will be going back when I need more!

The Vault is great and I'm a big fan of their pickup system, but some of their oil products are really hit or miss. Beware buying the Dose brand "tanker" refills, which are apparently not covered by The Vault's return policy. We bought 3 of them and none worked, which was a huge waste of nearly $100. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the return policy doesn't apply to these products.

I've been coming to the vault for years! I've always loved the people inside the customer service but lately a lot of really good people are leaving which is sad something else that is really sad to me as a customer that I actually look forward to coming in on a daily was the case with the percentage off of all the mismatched oil cartridges and flower. I'm pretty disappointed that the case is no longer it really was something to look forward to including the people that work there. at this point somebody that comes into the Vault daily I might be finding a new place to go.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service skills these employees have. Never have I felt so invasive because I had questions about a product. They are there to help decide on a product and answer questions. When I asked the employee about a strain, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back room. Been a customer here for years, will not be returning because of this lady’s approach on Customer service.

NEVER trust the budtenders to know wtf their doing. Came in here today, bought an eight of blackberry kush strain that was recommended by a budtender. Great. I get home only to find out, he actually didn’t give me the strain specific I asked for. Instead gave me sativa Dominant hybrid. I smoke indica only for a reason, so I gave them a call and let them know. Spoke with a budtender who at the time assumed it was him that helped me out initially. I asked him if it was ok that i won’t be for another couple of hours and he said it was totally fine. I come back to the store only to be told that it’s too late for an exchange and all they can offer is 35% off my next purchase. So basically, I’m out the money I paid for a bag of weed I can’t smoke, and expect me to spend more money to actually get what I already asked for in the first place. I was already anxious to begin with and now this whole ordeal has made it much worst! And all they can say is “well Nate didn’t know.....” how is it my problem if an employee is giving out the wrong info? Why am I the one paying the price for 2 employees mistakes? My advice is double check your product before walking out this store. Incompetent people seem to be running the place.

This, by far, is the best place to come for your products. The staff is awesome. They know their stuff. I drive 15 miles out of my way to come here because of the service.
