I bought two co2 cartridges from pharmacannis, unfortunately both of them pulled terribly even when i covered the carbs, the clerk mentioned that they had changed their oil to be pure as that was a concern of mine however i purchased two cartridges directly from them just one month ago and they worked fine and were also undiluted, i was able to get a small amount of product out and into one my xl etain carts but a good amount got wasted and at these exorbitant prices you just expect qc to be a priority.

First time checking out this place was last week. It's set up for COVID right now, so I didnt get a look inside. They seem to have a good selection available. Front desk was helpful. Whoever I asked a couple questions to over the phone didnt seem overly knowledgable. But mostly, I opened up my matter cartridge yesterday and there was a small leak inside the container (its still usable). I noticed a small chip/crack in the cartridge at the top, and something sounds loose when its shaken just a bit. I'm not sure if that's affecting the draw/flow, but for $75 I'm a bit disappointed. I'll give this place another shot (another cartridge I bought was not damaged), but the first visit was average at best overall unfortunately because of that.

Wonderful place and staff!

This is my favorite dispensary in WNY. I feel comfortable there, the staff is kind, the pharmacist is occasionally available to speak with directly, the atmosphere is not triggering.

Love this dispensary! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The staff has been great helping me manage my RA pain.

First, the pharmacist was outstanding on my first visit. My feeling is that this company is truly looking for the best interests of their patients, and this has continually reinforced each time I have visited, at this point I have recommended both the this pharmacy and my provider to many others with legitimate medical conditions. one of the things I really wanted to share was a comment made by a customer at my place of employment, who said " we didn't know what to expect, but they were wonderful, and explained everything to us we needed to know. this was a very straight laced couple, who were try Rx Cannabis out of desperation. my wife is now a client too, and is equally impressed. As a veteran, the discount is nappreciated too. Highly Recommend this firm!!

It was very convenient to order online and pick my medicine up within the hour of the store opening. 100% will be returning and recommend that anyone give this a try.

Just wish you had a bigger selection with higher thc mgs per dose. But other than that its a great, clean, friendly and helpful atmosphere. The staff is absolutely fantastic!

I've been coming to this place for months now. The house brand tincture is perfect for my depression. Their overall product selection is great and everyone who works there (securitity guard included) is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair too, probably on the cheap side considering the quality of product.

When I walked in it was so pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is so quiet and relaxing. Not like other dispensaries I've been to. The pharmacist gave me all the info and more that I needed to make good choices. I will definitely go back again. My new favorite place.
