Very easy with call ahead requests

this was my gf's and my 1st visit to a dispensary. i cant say anything about the quality of the products yet because she just started last night. but going to the botanist was a very pleasant and non stressful event for her. we met with brian, who was very professional and informative. im the caregiver for my gf and ill definitely be returning here when she cant make the trip. all in all it was a smooth process for her 1st visit.

The team was wonderful from door Jamal to pharmacist and medical assistance. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable about the entire process. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to this place for months now. The house brand tincture is perfect for my depression. Their overall product selection is great and everyone who works there (securitity guard included) is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair too, probably on the cheap side considering the quality of product.

When I walked in it was so pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is so quiet and relaxing. Not like other dispensaries I've been to. The pharmacist gave me all the info and more that I needed to make good choices. I will definitely go back again. My new favorite place.

Very secure location with a very spa like feel to it. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. When I had to speak with the pharmacist on my first visita there was a little hiccup that was solved in minutes. I personally go to DENT neurological and their recommendations are expected to be followed very specifically. I wanted to try the tincture option because it was more cost effective. When my script was looked up and it specified I had to use the capsules or vape the pharmacist was on the phone with DENT and got the tincture option cleared in minutes. Great service, a welcoming and comfortable environment that you can feel safe with no judgment.

The people that work at The Botanist are the reason I will keep coming back!! They remember my name and they are genuinely great people. I feel valued and I’m always in and out in a few minutes. Highly recommended!

This place is great, kudos for using paper bags where others use impossible packaging. Only thing wrong is the discount they offer is 5% less than Verilife if you are disabled or financially challenged.

First time there is very welcoming and they spend plentiful time explaining things to you and what would be best for you. They follow up with you when you come back very nice experience. Adapted to the pandemic well.

Omg the place is soooo cool and the people are so helpful and kind. This is my first time using any kind of cannabis I’m excited and can’t wait to try it!!!
